+ Amabilidad en recepción.

- No hay nadie en recepción hasta las 13:00h (no se puede dejar el equipaje antes). El ambiente alrededor es algo extraño, hay gente tirada en el portal y escaleras… Cogimos una noche en una habitación doble privada y, aunque las fotos no parecen gran cosa, la realidad es aún peor: la habitación llena de polvo, manchas y suciedad, paredes agrietadas, no había papel higiénico, ni toallas. Las sábanas (si se pueden llamar sábanas) estaban manchadas, la ducha no tenía alcachofa y también tenía manchas en el suelo (no nos pudimos ni duchar), el lavabo prácticamente no tragaba y no había calefacción (la habitación estaba congelada). Por el mismo precio, hay hoteles o alojamientos con mucho mejor servicio e instalaciones o, al menos, con unos mínimos decentes.

+ House keeping not friendly .. talk rude to me … i checked in and after 30 mins I leave the place . I will not go back there not even for 5 mins

+ The location is perfect, and the employees are nice

- Small bed; no towel and shampoo

+ The location is central and the bed and bathrooms are clean.

- 1. During the booking process I already wrote that I would like a bottom bunk that's in a quieter corner. Then on the day I was assigned a top bunk right in front of the door, and that all other beds were assigned already. So either all other people made a similar request before me, or they didn't care about my request at all. 2. There were no hair dryers in the shower rooms. I know it's not uncommon in hostels, but are we supposed to bring our own?

- Cleaning was okay, the washrooms were a bit dirty. The space was very congested, around 50 bunk beds in a room. The place is okay if you wanna stay for one night but not more than that.

+ Het personeel was vriendelijk. Ze gaven aanbevelingen over de buurt en cafés. De prijs was prima, maar verwacht niet te veel van het hostel. De basis is aanwezig, maar daar betaal je dan ook enkel voor. Voor één nacht is het prima. De locatie is erg centraal.

- De kamers waren enorm klein. Onze badkamer had geen goede afzuiging en de deur bij de douche sloot niet goed, waardoor het continu nat was in de badkamer. Doordat de kamer ook enorm klein was, werd het hier ook helemaal nat. Ventileren was geen optie, omdat er voor ons raam continu gerookt werd. Daarnaast hadden we enorm veel last van de voordeur die constant kei hard dicht viel. Incheck is vanaf 15:00. Toen wij om 16:00 aankwamen werd ons verteld dat het mogelijk was dat onze kamer nog niet schoon was. Er was geen housekeeping meer te bekennen, maar schoon was de kamer niet per se. De bedden waren in ieder geval opnieuw opgemaakt. In de tweede kamer die we geboekt hadden rook het bij binnenkomst enorm naar sigarettenrook. De andere kamer rook enorm muf.

+ Very clean, good location, there were not too many people in my dorm so it was pretty quiet.

- If your check-in starts at 15h, perhaps have someone at the check-in desk when a client arrives at 16h30? It was pretty annoying to have to wait for 15 minutes by an empty desk before being helped. Please then also provide check-out instructions at check-in, because I again waited at an empty desk for 10 minutes before being told I only had to drop the key card in the box and leave.
