Too expensive for a cuarto privado
La atención al cliente era bastante ausente (excepto una chica con pelo moreno). Imposible de quedarse en la zona de pileta tranquilamente sin mínimo 5 chicos bebiendo cervezas desde las 8:30 am cada día, mirándonos sin parar. Era muy incómodo. Sobre la limpieza había una toalla higiénica pegada en la puerta del baño durante los 5 días de mi estancia, no hacen mucho.. muy decepcionada
Customer service was pretty absent (except for a girl with brown hair). impossible to stay in the pool area quietly without at least 5 guys drinking beers from 8:30 am every day, looking at us nonstop. it was very uncomfortable. about cleaning there was a toilet paper glued to the bathroom door during the 5 days of my stay, they don't do much.. very disappointed
The staff is rude and sluggish. There are much better hostels in this are i would much rather recommend

Le personnel je n’ai jamais vu si peu accueillant c’est vraiment limite… en arrivant si vous ne payez pas au taux blue on vous propose d’annuler la réservation à vos frais (donc on vous laisse pas le choix). Je dors en dortoir depuis plusieurs mois je n’ai jamais vu si oppressant… j’avais l’impression de dormir avec ma voisine de lit. Je parle même pas de l’état de la salle de bain (vraiment je passe les détails car c’est aussi de la faute des voyageurs) cuisi...
Not a place I’d ever stay again. Mold in the shower, floor was dirty when we entered the room, and in the middle of the night our A/C and electricity went out. It was hot, stuffy, and to make matters worse the night staff said they couldn’t fix the problem. Turns out our room was the only one without power that night. We asked the night staff twice to fix it, once at 1am and once again at 4am. Both times they said nothing could be done until 8 in the morning. Needless to say none of us slept...
THE PRICE CHANGE WHEN YOU ARRIVE IN THE HOSTEL, THEY CHARGE YOU THE BLUE TAX, SO IN THIS WAY IS THE DOUBLE OF THE PRICE THAT IS WRITEED IN THE WEBSITE I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS HOSTEL BECAUSE OF THAT.
When I checked-In the Circus Hostel the Staff asked me for if I want to pay my stay with Credit Card or US Dollars. When I denied both of it and told her that I want to pay in argentine Pesos, they calculated the Price with the unofficial Dollar Blue Exchange rate at this day . After some further discussions that I am not willing to pay the price to an unofficial Exchange Rate, we agreed that I could pay (“..OK THIS TIME…”) the normal Price in Pesos to the official exchange rate.
Pesima atención, no tenían nuestra reserva. Reservamos una habitación doble privada con matrimonial, nos dieron camas separadas. No nos dieron opción o beneficio alguno. El personal muy poco manejo y tacto para tratar la situación. El desayuno tiene solo te o café con tostadas. No lo recomendamos en absoluto.
Llegué al lugar y la recepcionista me comenta a las 11 de la noche que no habían habitaciones disponibles, pese a que previamente se había “aceptado la reservación correctamente”, por lo que no sabía qué hacer y me comentó que tenía que buscar otro lugar, insisto a esa hora y en un lugar desconocido para mi, le pedí que por favor me guardara el equipaje por un momento (como mínimo) para buscar otro lugar y me dijo que deje mis cosas en la entrada. Cero capacidad resolutiva, pésimo...
our stay was allright but not fantastic, the people who worked there were not friendly at all and we didnt feel very welcome, first I send an email to ask about the shuttle transfer but we didnt get a reply at all, with checkout we asked if we can get help with transport back to the airport but the girl at the recption gave a short answer "we dont have taxi services we work with so you need to arrange yourself". besides that the room was fine. Just a poor costumer service.

Was great a bit away from everything but still very nice spot
Staff were nice. Was good to have a pool (but it was a bit green). No planned activities at all (even on new years), which is odd for a big hostel. Atmosphere was lacking. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Gute Lage, schöner Aussenbereich zum verweilen, und das Personal ist hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und ein wenig heruntergekommen, auch die Ausstattung im Bad. Aber alles war sauber. Grosser Minuspunkt: extrem hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn auf Toilette gehen ..
Good location, nice outdoor area to stay in, and the staff is helpful. The rooms are very high and a little run down, also the equipment in the bathroom. But everything was clean. Big Minus: extremely hell-hard. You can hear the neighbors going to the toilet ..
Laidback hostel, comfy rooms with great shower. Nice chill out area downstairs with free teas/coffee & pool. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again, thanks for our stay!
Good hostel in the middle of a good area in the city. Very safe and I would stay again if I ever come back to B.A. Only 1 con is in my private room the electrical outlet seemed to big to fit the travel adapter in each of the electrical outlets in my room. Outside of this inconvenience the room and bathroom were good size and came with daily housekeeping.
Very good hostel, comfortable and very-well located. There isn’t a very social atmosphere in the hostel such as we would have liked, but we had the chance the meet some very friendly people. Considering the price for a private room and the location this hostel is definitely a great spot ; just don’t expect to have social events that are planned by the staff or anything.

This hostel was great to explore Buenos Aires from. Very helpful staff and great aircon. No safes in room but there is a cupboard you can padlock shut. Generally felt safe but would say Palermo or Recoleta are more up-market areas to stay in. The pool area is nice and refreshing. Kitchen is very hot and quite basic, but always useful to even just have a fridge to keep food in.
Great spot. Close to everything in San Telmo. The staff were awesome. The only complaint I might have was the bed, super hard, my legs kept going numb! Noise echos as well through the floors, ear plugs were handy.
Great hostel, nice pool. Travel adapter didn't fit on their wall plugs, not a big deal as there was a cafe down the road
Even though it has a modern and well-organized area. It doesn't have the vibe that a hostel usually has, with integration and collectivity. It's a good place to spend a few days, but it's more like a budget hotel than a hostel.

Excellent hostel in centre of the city with exc facilities and excellent breakfast, easily access able to anywhere.
Very clean and safe and great location in the heart of San Telmo.
Decent place if you need somewhere quiet and good value. In the heart of San Telmo which is handy too. The staff were very helpful and they secured me and some friends the cheapest possible tickets for a Boca Juniors game so that was a big win when i heard the prices others paid.
