+ Liberté d'aller et venu.

- Remontées d'odeurs d'égouts depuis les canalisations de la salle de bain, non réglé malgré une intervention du personnel. Obligé de laisser toutes les fenêtres ouvertes. De plus, le propriétaire s'est permis de sous entendre que j'inventais un problème.....et bien non j'ai d'autres chose à faire de mon voyage à priori.... Chambres très mal isolées phoniquement, et malheureusement un coq/poule vit juste en face d'un des côtés du bâtiment, il a de la voix, donc 1 chance sur 2 que vous tombiez sur une chambre où son cri vous réveille à intervalles réguliers dès 4h du matin. Au même pris il y a de bien meilleurs choix d'hôtels de l'autre côté du canal, je trouve celui-ci surnoté franchement :/

+ Tranquilo, zona silenciosa. Agradable balcón.

- Camas muy duras, telarañas en techos, no hubo nada de personal en los dos días de estancia que estuvimos. Ubicación un poco alejada de la zona céntrica.

+ De plek, het fijne contact met Su, de flexibiliteit

- Het raam kon niet helemaal dicht van onze kamer en er was veel geluid van straat (straathonden, haaien die verschillende keren midden in de nacht gingen kraaien). Aan die geluiden kunnen ze niet veel doen, maar aan de ramen of hoe het geluid binnenkomt wel. Het bed was ook wat aan de harde kant

+ The room was simple, but Su was incredibly helpful, always responding promptly and helping with any question I had, including letting me check in early when I unexpectedly arrived earlier than planned.

+ It was good for what you pay!

- Mattress was very very hard, therefore very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on, and on arrival there was a very strong smell of cigarettes!!!! Even though supposedly smoking was not permitted there!!!!

+ Hot water in the shower available, air con working properly

- We decided to book this accommodation because of the good reviews, but it was disappointing, cleanliness needs to be improved, the sink in the toilet was dusty, shared kitchen area was dirty and dead cockroaches every day. The fridge was disgusting inside. The shelves with the utilities for cooking dirty and someone’s dishes in the sink all the days that we stayed. Bedsheets were not changed, as we found dry contact lenses on the bed sheets. We did the check out the last day in the morning and left the bags downstairs with our valuables and when we came back the door was open and no one there.

+ Está todo muy bien. El internet va rápido y las instalaciones están muy limpias, no tiene ruido así que lo recomiendo para descansar y explorar. Por el precio inmejorable

- El sitio no tiene personal, el dueño se comunica rápidamente por WhatsApp así que no es un gran problema, pero por esto es preferible usar servicios externos para cualquier otra cosa como motos o lavandería, a pesar de que el dueño puede ayudar por mensaje

+ Good sized room with some nice touches, eg the bedside lamp with power outlets! Inside motorbike parking, shared kitchen, Tasteful decoration. TV downstairs, free drinking water. Friendly host that we never met, but was really avaliable on WhatsApp.

- Kitchen not very clean, sliding door pint balcony damaged and vert hard to move, hurt my hand on it. Noisy morning with roosters and school across the road.

+ The best stay in entire Vietnam. Felt at home. The host helped in booking transport from hanoi at most affordable rates than available online. Also let us rest on the first floor when we arrived. He arranged motorcycle which wasnt good, but immediately exchanged with a better one. Would like to go again. Hot water was so soothing.

+ Very large room. Quiet location in a side street. Comfortable bed. I never met the owner not anyone else during our stay, but he was very helpful and responsive through WhatsApp.

- Very cold shower. Room a bit dated, but still ok for the price.

+ Arrivés et départ autonome Chambre spacieuse, agréable, calme et propre Le propriétaire est tres sympa nous avons pu réserver nos billets de bus avec lui et louer un scooter. Possibilité de rester dans les espaces communs avec un canapé en attendant le bus

- Les casques pour le scooter sont tous en taille XXL, pas de porte téléphone, ni de sangle pour le scooter

+ Nice common area. The bed was nice

- Not much to eat in the area while I was staying there

+ Phòng khá rộng và thoáng tiện ích đầy đủ , anh chủ home rất dễ tính chiều khách

+ The owner woke up at 5am to let me in because I couldn't find where to put the code

+ Tiện nghi phù hợp với các bạn trẻ đi chơi về muộn

+ Der var rent og dejligt at være. God aircondition der ikke larmede for meget. Det lå blot ca. 15 min fra det centrale, hvor det meste sker. Vi lejede en scooter, som tydeligt var velholdt og fik nogle rigtig gode og fine hjelme med.

- Eneste grund til vi ikke kan give stedet 10/10 var desværre grundet, at vi ankom meget tidligt om morgenen, hvilket vi havde oplyst, men endte med at stå udenfor og vente i lidt over 1 time, før han svarede os. Vi kunne godt have brugt at få koden dagen forinden, så havde der intet været.
