- The alarm by the back door went off multiple times. There are elderly people staying who are difficult. The mattresses are incredibly stiff.

+ The location is the only positive in our experience.
- Our room was in the basement. There was a very unpleasant feces odor in the hallway. The street light shown through the blinds into our faces as we laid down for the evening. I had to get a towel to hang over the blinds. The bed mattress felt like I was going to roll out into the floor on the right side. There was a locked closet in the room that housed possibly a pump that kicked on and off all night startling me awake each time due to its loudness. The floors were dirty. The next morning there were soiled linens laying on the floor in the hallway. The shared bathroom sink had either vomit or feces around the rim and ants all over the floor. We will not be returning or recommending a stay here!

- Left my glasses on the table and went to the front desk to see if anyone turn them in no one was there. They had a sign for emergencies to call after hours three numbers no one answer. Highly disappointed is this the way they treat paying customers SAD.
+ Basically I liked nothing. But I would say check in process, check out and some communication towards those two were good.
- First of all you have horrible staff. They really need to know how to be nice to customers. Not flexible at all. I had made my reservation for wrong dates and there was no chance given to me for fixing it. Instead I was asked to pay extra to get the desired days plus the wrong ones too. And the bed I received hadn't even cleaned. The sheets were there as the last person left and nothing had done at least to make it look clean. You probably need staff for maintenance. And the quality was very bad. The bed was not comfy at all. There were no enough lockers inside the dorm of 10 packs. There were only four lockers and I had to go use a locker all the way in the kitchen. Water taps in both the kitchen and restrooms were very weak. I had to wait for a while for water to fill my hands. In short, I didn't like anything. And for sure I won't come again. I also would not let anyone I know stay here either.

- They weren’t at the front desk. They never told me what the clock out procedures were. I called and one of the workers berated me and abruptly hung up on me. This is terrible customer service. Some of their workers should not be in the hospitality industry.

As a lover of hostels and dorms, never staying here again. Sus how this has high ratings. Poorly converted place & a staff which smugly says "what do you expect?" over resolving issues. Room doors *loudly* say "DOOR UNLOCKING / LOCKING" every use which sucks when others are coming & going at ALL hours. One guy played music 3 - 5am on speaker -- staff again: "what do you expect?" Your job, customer service? They refused any refund or repair. Condescending staff when they should be embarrassed.
Did not spend much time there, essentially luggage storage and sleep. But it's nice.
Friendly/helpful staff, good location, but my issue is with the lack of amenities. No luggage lockers in the room (and the lockers outside the room are v. small.) No mirror in the shower room, very small/weirdly shaped mirror in the bunk room. The beds have no privacy screen, no individual lights per bed, and I couldn't find an outlet. Even with earplugs in, every time the person above me moved (constantly!) the bed squeaked like crazy. I could hear everything being said outside the room.

Great place that feels like a home! I seriously don't think I've ever seen a cleaner hostel, it's amazing the good care they take for the common areas. My only complaints are the bunk beds themselves... they're so flimsy that they shake uncontrollably when the person below or above moves or snores. If you could get a good carpenter to build better/more solid frames, it would be a huge improvement!

I stayed here for 3 nights in 4bed mixed dorm. Since it is in basement there’s no ventilation and the room is suffocating. However the upper rooms near reception seems better. Bathroom near Basement has choked basin, and shower is not functioning properly. Informed at reception hope that will be fixed. And hope they do something for basement room as it’s not worth staying in. Other Facilities are good.

I stayed here for 4 nights and I can say I was really impressed with the place! Besty and Ena were such a great help! They kept the place clean and managed the place well. I felt right at home and I honestly enjoyed the guests I roomed with. It’s so conveniently located and I definitely recommend this place. I definitely will be back!
The Wrigley Hostel came in clutch when I needed it. It was also my very first ever Hostel experience and I would say it went well! The staff checked me in nice and fast. They had several different bathrooms to use. The common areas were all not only nice, spacious, but also had good vibes. They had some lockers to use and locks for purchase. Also had a freezer for some deep dish pizza I was asked to bring back home. Charging outlet by bed. Freedom to come home in the late hours was a plus too!
Very kind stuff and super clean hostel.

+ Personal muy amable, el espacio estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Ambiente tranquilo y cómodo. La ubicación está bien conectada con metro y buses. La cocina está muy equipada.
- Las habitaciones son pequeñas, al menos la de 4 personas. Si el de arriba se mueve, la cama suena y se mueve bastante. Al hostel, les recomiendo agregar pequeños estantes al lado de las camas para apoyar los esenciales, considerando que los lockers están afuera.
