I had multiple issues with this hotel. They overcharged my credit card twice, and I had to request corrections both times. Upon arrival, they refused to give me Wi‑Fi or access to the property’s main door until 4 PM, leaving me waiting outside with my luggage. Housekeeping also pressured me to leave an hour before the stated check‑out time. The bed is too soft, the window can’t be opened, and the air becomes stale. Only the location and the snacks are good. Not worth the price.

Excellent location. Frosted windows and some sound-proofing make the place quiet-dark even though next to busy roads and near the airport. Check-in was ‘contactless’, unnecessarily—there’s a person present from at least 8am to 10pm, and the automatically generated texts made the check-in process seem like a tease. The $25 ‘resort’ fee is absurd. It’s not a resort. The available snacks and water were helpful and a really nice touch. Despite advertising/snacks, this is not a luxury h...

Place was great - clean, close to things and felt safe. There was noise from the highway and flight path but the room had white noise machines and ear plugs, which really helped. There is an undisclosed $25 per day fee that you don’t get notified of until you check in. For this reason alone, I wouldn’t stay again. I was there 3 days and this greatly increased my cost, plus it feels really deceptive.

I loved my stay here. First time in San Diego, I hadn’t received my check in info which made it hard to get my room sorted but after emailing the staff they sorted it for me really quickly. The safe was out of use which was a pain and kept beeping but that didn’t last long. Other than that. The staff who was there dying the day was so lovely, we never had to queue for the bathroom, felt very safe and was so close to everything.
