- I was very disappointed with my experience. The hostel felt unprofessional and misleading in the way it operates. The staff were not respectful toward guests and their attitude was unacceptable. I believe this place could be much better if they hired professional staff and improved their customer service. I would not recommend anyone to stay here until they change their policies and start treating guests with more respect.

- CAREFUL - THEY SCAM YOUR DEPOSIT! They take 2,29 EUR as deposit for the room card when you check in, and may never give it back to you if you forget about it! I remembered that they didn't give it back to me after I checked out and emailed them, and they made up nonsense excuses like I checked out late so they just took the 2,29 as 'penalty' - that is BS because 1) I checked out on time and 2) that'll be too cheap for a penalty lmao, and they specified the deposit was for the room card specifically. Not a lot of money but shame on them. Besides, the staff was really incompetent and rude, everyone seemed to have an attitude; and an unnecessarily huge lobby doesn't justify any of that

- The Worst Place to Stay in Berlin This is by far the worst place to stay in Berlin. I went to the reception around 10:30 AM to extend my stay and simply asked to change my room because people in my dorm were screaming and singing all night. The receptionist kept saying “wait 30 minutes,” then “wait an hour,” and then “we don’t know yet,” even though the hostel was clearly empty. Totally unprofessional. Then a blond guy with long hair and full tattoos — obviously a junkie — came out from behind the desk, started shouting, and almost attacked me. This person shouldn’t be anywhere near a reception desk. Unsafe, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

We stayed in one of the pods which was very fun. Did mean we shared a bathroom with 15+ people but there was 2 of everything (toilet/sink/shower) so there was never a queue. The bar never got used and the atmosphere was pretty much non-existent but it was nice and quiet and had good kitchen facilities.
the wifi doesnt work unless youre in the lobby which was a huge disappointment as i need to do work during my stay. the beds were big and comfy and the bathroom was clean. but the location was awful nothing to do around there and the vibe was weird
+ I am absolutely positive when I say that this is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The beds are super comfortable, very close to city center tons of restaurants nearby, private bathrooms for the rooms. The reception staff is very friendly and have been extremely helpful. Would recommend 10/10 value for money

+ The hostel is located in a quiet residential area but very close to the city center. Breakfast price is very reasonable for a full spread. Very good location and good place to stay.
- It is about a seven minute walk to transit and there isn’t a convenient laundry close by.
