Morada Hostel

Uff, mi experiencia fue mala. No tenían registrada mi reserva, Tuvimos la suerte de que nos asignen una habitación, pero nos cobraron más del número que salía por esta plataforma y no me reconocieron el valor de la reserva hecha por aquí mismo. Casualmente, mientras reclamaba un comprobante para poder gestionar este reclamo en la plataforma, me enviaron una captura de que SÍ tenían registrada mi reserva!!! El lugar más que Hostel, es una pensi´ón. Los colchones y almohadas dan asco. El personal ponía música alta pasadas las 12, y se encontraban ahí 3 habitaciones, incluída la mía. Los muebles viejos, el ambiente feo, con pinta de sucio. La ropa de cama estaba rota y sucia. No había caliente, y me dijeron que habían contactado un gasista. Primero el establecimiento no me quiso descontar el iva, a pesar de ser turista extranjero y querer pagar con tarjeta de crédito, segundo me cobraron un 10% extra por pagar con tarjeta y no con efectivo, le expliqué a la chica de la recepción que no correspondía que me cobren extra si no es lo que decia Hostelworld, por algo yo reservé con un precio, asi que me molestó bastante, ya que no solo no me descontaron el IVA, si no me cobraron extra.

All the place is very run down, it seems no maintenance service has been done for years. Jamas registraron mi reserva, llegué al hostel y no estaba el registro que hice por este medio. No me devolvieron el dinero que transferí por la reserva. Experiencia negativa. Muy mal. Nunca más!!!!!

Durante los dos días que estuve no hubo agua caliente ni en los baños ni en el espacio en común.

Decent facilities, but not the most social hostel. The kitchen could benefit from an electric kettle instead of manually boiling water always. The bunk beds were really small and on the bottom bunk I would hit my head when I sat up if I was not careful. The private room I had was comfortable. One of the female staff members that worked there was really rude, condescending and unpleasant to deal with. This spoiled my experience at this hostel.

Sehr hilfreiches Personal im Hostel. Die Lage ist sicher und nicht grds. schlecht aber min 20 min weg von dort, wo man sich eigentlich aufhalten möchte. Wir hatten das Doppelzimmer mit privatem Bad, was leider direkt an der Bar/Küche liegt. Musik läuft bis nach Mitternacht und das in der Nebensaison - ich will mir nicht die Hauptsaison vorstellen. Das lässt das Schlafen vorher leider nicht zu. Die Preis-Leistung stimmt, da günstig aber das Zimmer schon stark abgenutzt ist. Insgesamt ok.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette auberge. Nous étions un groupe de 8 personnes et avions réservé un dortoir complet. Les propriétaires ont eu la gentillesse de nous installer dans une chambre de 10 personnes afin que nous soyons plus à l’aise, une attention que nous avons particulièrement appréciée. Good hostel with perfect staff, very friendly and useful. Even cooked us a free BBQ

Amazing hostel! Staff very friendly and always keeping us updated and invited to any events going on. Very clean and awesome kitchen on the rooftop. The only qualm I had is it’s hard to get in and out of the top bunk. The beds are very squeaky and the ladder is useless so I learned to gracefully climb in.

The crew were really nice and helpful. However, outside the rooms a lot of mosquitos, in the kitchen they don't have basic facilities.

Super vriendelijk personeel die je graag verder helpt. Ze hebben een fijne keuken met kruiden ter beschikking! Ook de handdoek die je kreeg was zeker een groot pluspunt! Alleen is er niet veel ruimte om te chillen

Awesome hostel with lovely staff. We had an Asado night and dll went drinking. good dorms and beds and Adri and Manu are both awesome people. Highly recommended.

Incredibly friendly and generous staff. They are there to help you with anything and organise plenty of events

The private room was a good size but it wasn’t overly clean. The shower was directly beside the bed with no real separation aside from a flimsy curtain. Also, the windows couldn’t be closed and our room was linked to the area where guests and staff smoked so we couldn’t do anything to stop the smell. Podrían mejorar la calidad de las instalaciones. Lo demás muy bueno.
