Mui Ne Hills Budget Hotel

+ The swimming pool because it was the only thing we could do.

- If you are looking for a place with liveliness and other people, do not book here. The place has good potential as it used to be a Mad Monkeys hostel and its fairly big but it feels like you are in an abandoned resort due to no other people being there- Its quite depressing. We paid extra to stay in the private room for our 2 night stay and not once was our room cleaned or towels replaced. I don’t understand why the staff would not prioritise cleaning/replacing towels for the only guests they have. The sand dunes are nearly an hour away from the hostel which we wished we researched more before booking. The hostel is up a steep hill and at the bottom of that hill, there is nothing to do (unless you want to sit in a cafe all day everyday). The hostel advertises how the beach is only a short walk away, but I dont know why they mention the beach as it is disgusting to say the least. There isn’t one bit of the beach that you could walk across, never mind sunbathe with all the rubbish or dare to swim in. Mui Ne in general seems to be a dying out spot for travellers to go and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going. The hostel advertises that they have 3 swimming pools, but only the main one is accessible as the rest of them are filthy. If you are looking to stay in an empty hostel and do nothing but read books/ swim in the pool then this would be the ideal location- but remember to bring your own travel wash to clean the towels and bed sheets yourself!

- Horrible procedure both at check in and check out. Electricity went out in my room probably around 25 times before they fixed it. You don’t get any information about facilities and if you ask if they have a gym (since it says so here on booking.com), some employees say yes and some say no - and the final answer is no

- 1. В номере бегают несколько огромных тараканов, у нашей подруги они тоже были в номере, наверное надо произвести дезинфекцию 2. В отеле есть бар у бассейна, называется Breeze, работники бара отвратительно ведут себя и также отвратительно разговаривают, он постоянно нас беспокоили и пытались загнать в номер в 22:00, не давали спокойно посидеть ни у бассейна, ни даже просто на террасе, каждые 15 минут приходили и говорили , что мы должны уйти, а мы не тюрьме, и заплатив за отель имеем право пользоваться его территорией, мы не купались в бассейне, не употребляли алкоголь, не шумели, просто тихо сидели, а они приходили и портили нам настроение, также они посылали к нам умолишенного охранника, лет 75, который вообще не должен работать на такой должности, по моему мнению, и он пытался нас прогнать, в баре постоянно хамили. В общем это очень испортило имидж отеля.

+ I was accomodate in hoel Bliss near there. And it was very nice room with terrace. Also benefit of pool was very nice.

+ The room was clean, spacious and modern. The plunge pool right outside the room was good with the children. The staff were helpful.

- The location and Russian influence in the area was not for us but nothing wrong with the actual place.

+ У меня был отличный номер с балконом и видом на море. Доплачивать за него ничего не пришлось. Большая душевая комната. Не было перебоев с горячей водой, что очень радовало, так как во Вьетнаме это очень частая история. Ежедневная уборка, смена полотенец и постельного белья.

- После 22:00 никого нет на ресепшен. Если возникнут срочные вопросы, то придется ждать до утра. В качестве совета, можно оставить номер телефона на случай чрезвычайных вопросов)

+ Location and room

+ The staff were really accommodating and helpful. The pool area is so nice. It is really central, near bars, restaurants and the beach, just bear in mind it’s a few minutes walk up hill from the main road. The shower was really hot and had good pressure.

- Unfortunately when I arrived the room was dirty, it may be that it sat vacant for a while since being cleaned but this should still be checked. The balcony was filthy, even had a cigarette on the floor that stayed there during the whole of my stay. The top sheet of the bed was dirty and there were bugs on the floor. I ask reception the next morning to have clean sheets, the cleaner did do a really good job of cleaning the room. This was disappointing on arrival as after staying in dorm rooms for weeks, this was suppose to be a little bit of luxury. Even with the cheap cost, I expect a clean room.

- Grab can’t access directly infront of the hotel due to narrow road. We need to climb up hill to that hotel. Receptionist not friendly, no iron provided at the hotel.

+ Rispetto alle recensioni ho trovato il posto carino e curato. La camera e il bagno sono abbastanza grandi e per me che viaggiavo da solo era ottimo. Si possono utilizzare le piscine gratuitamente e solo quelle valgono il prezzo del biglietto. Consigliatissimo per chi viaggia da solo

- Non facilissimo da trovare con google maps ma chiedendo informazioni tutto è piu semplice

+ Un complexe hôtelier qui a du connaître ses heures de gloire il y a quelques années. L'endroit est calme ; nous y étions presque seuls. Nous avons logé dans l'hôtel moyen de gamme alors que nous avions réservé au "budget hotel". Les piscines sont très agréables avec une vue sur la mer. Le complexe se situe en haut d'une petite ruelle à l'écart de la grande route et c'est plutôt bien. Les excursions proposées sont également honnêtes.

- Le confort global des chambres avec une literie dure et des insectes dont il ne faut pas trop avoir peur ! Après, les chambres ne sont pas chères, les piscines OK. Les chambres sont malgré tout vétustes. Le petit déjeuner facturé 75 000VND ne vaut franchement pas le détour ; pour ce prix, on peut trouver plus garni et plus savoureux.

+ L'emplacement et le rapport qualité prix est super, superbe piscine également ! Nous avons fait un guide tour via l'hôtel et c'était génial ! On a eu le temps de nous arrêter a chaque endroit c'était vraiment top Nous avons eu un problème de fourmis dans la chambre et le personnel est intervenu immédiatement ! Et également eu la possibilité de faire un late check in en plein milieu de la nuit, très arrangeant Salle de bain et chambre grande et très propre
