I booked the ‘Superior Double Bed Private Shared Bathroom’. I emailed two weeks in advance to let them know I would be checking in late; they replied that this wasn’t a problem. Upon my arrival at 23:00, I was told that my booking wasn’t on the system. I showed them an email confirmation, to which they then told me that they don’t even provide private rooms.
