Mandera's Boutique Suites & Dorms

- I don't think they're genuine. I was supposed to get my access codes at 9am on the day of my check but nothing came. I tried contacting them at 13:30 via direct message here and calls, no response. Luckily, I was able to cancel and got a better accommodation.

+ Lokalizacja.

- Organizacja obiektu. Rezerwowałem pokój 502 na ostatnim piętrze z tarasem i widokiem na morze. W dniu przyjazdu dostałem na bookingu wiadomość że jednak mam wziąć pokój 501 bo tamten jest zajęty. Miałem kod dostępu do obu pokoi. Na miejscu się okazało, że pokój 501 również jest zajęty i są tam czyjeś rzeczy! Weszliśmy do cudzego pokoju! Podany na bookingu nr jest z Irlandii a na miejscu nie ma personelu. Nikt nie odebrał telefonu. Dostałem 3 kod dostępu do pokoju na 3 piętrze, bez widoku z małym balkonem i suchymi kwiatami w doniczkach. O 1 w nocy ktoś wchodził mi do pokoju mając mój kod dostępu! Po wzięciu prysznica w pokoju była woda. Nie polecam, nigdy nie miałem takiej sytuacji jak tutaj.

+ Lage ist ok.

- Das Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert. Schimmel und modriger Geruch werden mittels Geruchsspray übertuncht. Das Zimmer ist dunkel. Das Schlimmste aber ist die extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer. Bett samt Bettzeug waren feucht. Ebenso unsere Kleidung am nächsten Morgen. Sauberkeit insbesodere der Duschen lässt ebenso zu wünschen übrig.

- The contact is by messages. But they do not reply. Very rude! No phone answering..they are in another countey..I dis mot feel secure there

+ The WIFI worked nicely.

- The pictures and descriptions were highly misleading, showing a clean and cosy place with much sunlight. In reality it was very dark, even with all the electric light switched on. We couldn't use the kitchen, as it was crammed with garbage bags and there were neither spoons nor forks. The owner didn't respond to our mails at first, and when he did, was of no help whatsoever. The shower door did not close well. No hooks to append towels or clothes.

- Other people were leaving in the room we got assigned via an AI. There was 0 support. They ignored my call and messages. They stopped responding to my texts. I had to ask booking to support. The lights in the room we could finally get were not working. There was mold everywhere. The room was not in a state for renting.

+ It is centrally located and the room looks nice in theory

- We were planning to stay for three nights and ended up finding a much better place two doors down (Mandera’s if you want to avoid a nightmare stay), it was that bad. tv in the room was broken- had lines through it and netflix didn’t work one bath towel for two people one pillow each- no reply after messaging and calling no staff available or responsive plug for the bath is broken wifi wouldn’t allow to connect only lemon green tea with kettle only one bedside table no lamps door to the toilet doesn’t close toilet leaking onto floor black mould in the room no soap in the bathroom shower drain smelled of stale water

+ Un engaño . Sin calefacción , ni televisión , nada funciona , todo estropeado ,la tapa del wc suelta y puesta por encima , un desastre, dormimos vestidos por el frío , una sola colcha edredón insuficiente, una sola toalla de baño para dos personas . Las luces no funcionan la mitad de ellas , y podria continuar … Le llaman suite de lujo y el sitio es muy bonito pero todo es un desastre. Me siento estafada . Estancia terrible . Un timo . Deberían devolver el importe.
