Luca Hostel

- No tenia parqueo cerrado.

+ Ottima posizione e ho apprezzato la doccia (abbastanza) calda, cosa non scontata in Costa Rica.

- Struttura difficile da trovare. Camera e bagno non puliti. Attenzione, perché non c'è una cucina: c'è solo un microonde e la macchina del caffè, MA a parte qualche piatto manca tutto (posate, bicchieri ecc).

- Unser Aufenthalt im Luca Hotel verlief leider sehr enttäuschend. Bei unserer Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass die Dusche im ursprünglich gebuchten Zimmer nicht funktionierte. Daraufhin wurden wir in eine andere Unterkunft gebracht, die ebenfalls vom Anbieter organisiert wurde. Dort gab es jedoch keine Handtücher und die Tür ließ sich nicht abschließen, sodass wir uns nicht sicher gefühlt haben. Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns entschieden, dort nicht zu übernachten und mussten kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel buchen. Besonders negativ ist uns aufgefallen, dass der Anbieter auf unsere mehrfachen Nachrichten über Booking nicht reagiert hat. Eine Kommunikation oder Klärung des Problems war somit nicht möglich. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

+ Het bedlinnen. Was heerlijk zacht en comfortabel.

- Kille ruimtes en kamers. Maar het zit volgens mij midden in een verbouwing. Niet erg warm en vriendelijk.

+ I stayed for two nights in a private room and one night in the dorm, and both were very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very responsive and polite. The bathroom is clean, and even though there are multiple rooms and dorms, it was well maintained and always had hot water. The location is also very convenient. Overall, very good value for money.
