Pariwana Hostel Lima

I was treated poorly by staff, specifically a desk agent by the name of Lucina. I am very unhappy. I had such a wonderful time and experience with Pariwana in Cusco that I used this place in Lima twice both times I had issues. Once I had something stolen while I was in the restroom then returned when I mentioned it was tracked by the government to the front desk. Immediately someone miraculously found it. I thought well maybe that was me. I gave it another try. I would like a call back

Absolue garbage place, over charge you for everything, room is pretty dirty and staff very rude, would never gonhere again

When I wax there the power was out for like 6 hours which is not the worst thing ever but then the next day there was no water to take a shower with. It is a nice central location with good employees though I might have just had bad luck with the days o was there

I would have left a 1 rating. O don’t generally leave reviews, but shocked with the high rating reviews for this hostel and it mislead me booking here. Possibly the worst experience I have ever had. The room I was given is not fit for purpose. The noise from the hostel itself and worse the noise from the traffic outside was so bad it was impossible to sleep. Avoid if you are booking a private room, not worth the money and definitely not worth the lack of sleep.

Really loud music at night until 1am. You will not be able to fall asleep. Showers are clean, beds are clean. Nice staff as well. Peruvian men come to the bar in this hostel and prey on foreign young girls. Please be careful. Pariwana should not be letting them in.

Shocked at the reviews this place gets. Can’t speak for the activities / social side as only stayed for one night. The room was awful. My bed was absolutely covered in human hair (not one or two stray hairs, it was all over the sheets). Blankets were also stained. Room was tiny, very dark and the en-suite bathroom had mould beginning to grow. Think we paid roughly $50 per night for a twin. For $20 more you can get a room around the corner, thats actually clean and twice the size.

If you want a good night’s sleep I wouldn’t stay here. Music continues until 5am each night and it’s very loud in the bedrooms. Was disappointed that staff turned the bedroom light on at 3am to show someone their bed. The bathrooms were dirty (vomit around the toilet and hairs all over the sink). There are no curtains on the beds either. If you want a basic party hostel it could be ok, but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend.

L’emplacement est parfait, mais pour dormir c’est différent, les chambres sont sous 20•C et on entend la musique jusqu’à 00h tout les soirs. La cuisine est correcte. C’est un hostel sociale, si vous voulez du repos, je ne recommande pas.

Great hostel. The vibe is amazing, you meet people immediately and ever night are activities. The salsa class was my favorite, the kitchen is okay, not the best stove but the location is amazing and the staff is so friendly. Especially Kathy always talked to me, was very helpful and lovely

Great stay! The hostel is very well located and clean, but the best part was the staff. Luciana and Diana at the front desk are incredibly helpful and friendly. They truly make a difference. Highly recommended!

Si vous cherchez de l'ambiance, vous êtes à la bonne place. Par contre, si vous désirez dormir à une heure raisonnable et bien vous n'êtes pas à la bonne place car cet endroit est pour les jeunes qui désirent faire la fête et c'est correct ainsi. C'est moi qui n'est pas choisi le bon endroit.

A really good hostel overall. It’s one of the best places if you’re looking for a fun, social, party atmosphere. But for a hardcore traveler like me who spends the whole day exploring and prefers a quiet night’s sleep, it wasn’t the ideal fit. I struggled to sleep because of the continuous music and loud noise coming from the common area. That said, the staff were amazing and very helpful throughout my stay.

General good I think the shared bath was a little gross

This hostel is honestly perfect. AC in the dorms and has a kitchen which is a rare find in Peru. Social areas are big but not too big where you feel overwhelmed to socialize.

Really good stay. The salsa class and after playing in the bar was a lot of fun. Would recommend. And the staff friendly. Good happy hour 241 drinks. Wish there was free breakfast though. Kinda loud from the bar at night but ended at like 11 ish. Bed was really big and comfy in private room

The best hostel I have ever been to! Huge thanks to all the lovely staff. From the front desk to the bar tenders, to the volunteers. All of them very welcoming and super friendly. Special thanks for Luciana and Lori for being so helpful with my arrangements. They took care of me and my stuff until the very end!

I stayed at Pariwana In Lima for 4 days before exploring the rest of Peru and then when I was done I came back to stay another 4 days. The Ladies are reception were always super nice as well as the house keeping staff. The main staff that stuck out to me and really got people engaged with activities were Michel, Karina, Mika. They went out of their way to always bring a vide and comfort!
