Worst hostel I have stayed in. Most dangerous part of the city - around 10 African men stood outside the hostel entrance at any given moment who try put their hands in your pockets as you leave. It’s online only but they ignore your emails and they still charged me for an extra night. Completely avoid this hostel.

one the worst hostels I've been. a few locals told me that the location was unsafe and that's how I felt walking to/from the hostel. The common area was nice, it felt like a house. The room was really bad: broken curtains of the beds, light automatically turns on at minimum movement, also during the night. no blanket available at October, I froze all night. Bathroom didn't have a door to separate it from the rest of the room. it was impossible to use the bathroom and not bother everyone sleeping

Würde ich nicht mehr gehen. Ich ging auch schon früher als gebucht. Kein Personal vorhanden, man hat nur eine Whatsapp Nummer. Die Lage ist kacke, in einem speziellen Viertel. Hab mich gar nicht wohlgefühlt. In meinem Zimmer war der Abfluss der Dusche verstopft und wir hatten überall Wasser. Aus dem Wc hat es nach Abwasser gestunken.

Para empezar está ubicado en una zona que llega a parecer muy insegura, poco amigable para turistas, si a eso le añadimos que para entrar es con código y no hay nunca personal pues no estamos hablando de un hostal realmente seguro. Por otra parte no podemos hablar de que hay facilidades de hostal cuando todo es telemático y no hay con quien solventar dudas y obvio ni mucho menos hacer vida de hostal. Este es el tipo de hostal que es por el mero negocio.

I don't recommend this hostel for any solo female traveller. In order to communicate with the reception you need to send multiple emails (none answered) and try multiple calls until you get to their official Whatsapp channel. The hostel is located on a sketchy street, with suspicious people outside and even stranger people inside. The establishment seemed clean at first, but once you arrive the smell was unbearable and the sheets were stained (impossible to clean from multiple use).

El albergue no tiene ningún encanto. Es un albergue funcional con mobiliario de mala calidad. El hecho de que no haya recepción lo hace todo muy incómodo.

This hostel has big issues by design: it doesn't have a physical reception, nor any other staff around, and it's just not realistic to expect someone to be able to solve all the issues remotely. We also had some issues contacting the virtual reception via the number provided. The issues we had escalated a lot because of this. Plus, the lights in the bedrooms are automatic, so even if a person is trying not to disturb the rest when arriving late or leaving early, it's literally impossible.

There is no reception creating a very cold and not welcoming atmosphere. Overall seemed nice with kitchen area (no stove). At first the rooms seemed clean however after two nights I found bedbugs. Others in the room had the same problem. After messaging the hostel they booked us different hotels (sketchy ones but ok) which was nice but I think it‘s ridiculous that they didn’t inform the other people in the room and seemingly just let new people in there without taking care of the problem: AV...

I booked a women’s only six bed room and the first night they put me in a 12 bed dorm where a man was sleeping who the staff didn’t know was staying there. The area feels unsafe and it’s hard to contact the staff.

There are no receptionist in person and it's only telematic. There is no control over who enters the hostel. They gave me a bed in 12 bed room but I had paid for bed in 6 bed room. The only way to contact them is by telecamera at the entrance gate. After the first night at 12 bed room I was given bed in 6 bed room. Too many suspicious characters lurk around the area. Very unsafe especially for women. The toilet paper finished i requested the cleaning ladies, but they only replenished the nextday

No towels, no locks, no physical reception anf some shady, loud people in The Hostel an neoghborhood. At least it was clean and close to The City Center.

Nice hostel, responsive staff (no reception but someone picked up every time I called). Not a very social vibe in the common area, but still made a few friends in my room. Location was good, about a 15 minute walk from the sights. Saw a lot of warnings about the neighborhood, but compared with NYC at night, the area felt quite safe. Just exercise normal caution as you'd do in any foreign city! Bring a sleep mask because the lights in the room are automatic and extremely bright.

Would not recommend staying here. Rooms were so hot but temp couldn't be adjusted. Not in a safe area. If you arrive early, you can’t be let in to your dorm not one minute before your arrival time.

La ubicación es muy buena, decía que alquilaban toallas y no lo hacen, no hay recepción. La limpieza por otro lado estaba muy bien en mi caso no tuve el problema que vi de los bichos en algunos comentarios.

In my opinion, it is a little expensive for what you’re getting. Towels aren’t included, even for a fee, even though it says it’s available so that was unfortunate. It is also unfortunate that all female rooms are more expensive. Other than that, my actual bed was clean and the bathrooms were fairly kept clean.

Hostel todo telemático. El trato humano allí se echa en falta, y sin dispositivo tecnológico no se puede hacer nada. El espacio común muy pequeño, y no cómodo al 100%. La cocina bien equipada y limpia. Las camas son cubos con colchón de espuma. Limpio. NO HAY TOALLAS, Y LAS TAQUILLAS SON ABIERTAS (llevar candado) Ubicación: cerca del centro, pero el barrio no da seguridad alguna. No sé disfruta si vas en modo backpacker. Geniales los compañer@s de habitación

Everything was fine in general. the bedsheets I got had red stain on them (im sure they were clean but still, it’s a bit odd…). The location is not in the best area, but to get inside both the structure and the rooms you need a code so it is safe.

La lumière qui s'allume automatiquement dans la chambre et très pénible, et il n'y a pas de plaques de cuisson dans la cuisine

Pretty expensive for a dorm, but is a really nice hostel, modern, clean, private, and nice that you don’t have to physically check in. Definitely an older, remote work crowd here and not the most social. Super close to Centro, but street hostel is on I was told by my Uber is not the safest. However, this wasn’t an issue for me while I was there

Nice place inside, but the area around the place makes you feel unsecured while walking out of the hostel.

Er is geen personeel aanwezig. Je kan ze bereiken via de deurbel of telefonisch. Ik was twee uur eerder dan de check-in tijd, maar er was geen mogelijkheid om mijn tas al in hostel te leggen. De buurt is ook niet fantastisch. 'S avonds liepen er prostituees rond en wat schimmige figuren. Kamer was wel prima. Ik had een prive kamer met een goed bed en goed sanitair. Er waren alleen geen ramen die open konden of waardoor je naar buiten kon kijken.

Overall okay. It has a weird vibe because there is no reception, no music playing and not really the atmosphere to get to know someone. Check-in works with an access code. It's clean, mattress is comfortable but annoying that the light goes on automatically when while going to the bathroom at night, and it goes off every ten seconds in the shower. Thankfully the sleeping pods have a curtain. The woman from the phone service was very kind though and let me store my backpack at the partner hotel.

Nice place, comfortable bed. Located in a bit of a dodgy place (be careful when you come back late at night!) but I didn't have any problems.

Die lage ist echt nicht gut. Man ist zwar schnell an einer belebten Hauptstraße und auch die Markthalle ist in 5-10min zu Fuß zu erreichen aber das Hostel liegt in einer Gasse wo während meines Aufenthalts die ganze nacht durch laut geschrieen wurde. Ansonsten alles Top, Sanitäranlagen waren modern und sauber, Küche hat zwar keinen Herd aber trottrotzdem ganz ok.
