Had to leave an hour after checking in because the room was so gross and the mattress and pillows were covered in mysterious yellow stains.

Dirty and stained sheets. Bed bugs.

Wir sind hier 2 Nächte geblieben und ich muss leider sagen wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Late Check in hat nicht geklappt wir sind vor verschlossener Türe gestanden - Nacht mussten wir trotzdem bezahlen. Die Duschen sind schimmelig und viel zu klein, man kann seine Sachen nicht aufhängen und muss nackt nach draußen - leider nicht Männer Frauen getrennt also extrem unangenehm. Unser Zimmer hatte auch einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch und man bekommt keinen Bezug für die Decke?? Einfach nic...

Este hostel es una ESTAFA. La zona es considerada por los habitantes como "peligrosa". Reservé una habitación de 4 femenina y había un varón durmiendo. Tanto el baño como la habitación están sucios, se nota de hace mínimo una semana sin limpiar. El ambiente es muy pequeño y espantoso, ni siquiera me recibieron los dueños del lugar, dejaron a un huésped. Pagué 4 noches y solo me quedé una, me tuve que ir del olor y la mugre del lugar. La ubicación es buena, y el personal atento, es lo único que podría valorar como bueno. El baño se comparte con todas las habitaciones de cada piso. La limpieza del baño fue lo peor sin duda. El desayuno también deja mucho que desear.

Mi experiencia en el Hostal fue terrible. Los baños estaban sucios, los botes desbordados de papel, el piso y escusados sin limpiar. Las habitaciones muy sucias, había basura en el piso, en la orilla de la cama y polvo en todas partes. Y lo peor es que en las camas había chinches, otros viajeros que compartían habitación conmigo y de otras habitaciones tuvieron el mismo problema. Me sorprende que los comentarios y puntuación del hostal sean tan altos. Cero recomendable.

leider enttäuschend - meine reserviertes bett war schon belegt und es gab kein weiteres bett mehr für mich. deswegen musste ich in einem öffentlichen zimmer schlafen auf einer matratze auf dem boden. es gab kein schließfach und ich konnte das zimmer nicht abschließen. Ich habe mich nicht sicher gefühlt. Das personal war bemüht mir zu helfen aber ich habe bis heute keine rückerstattung erhalten. schade

Was not clean in the rooms at all, and one of the beds had bed bugs. Never had such an uncomfortable experience in a hostel before, with people in the room being obnoxiously loud at odd hours and someone in the room even using my flip flops.

Charge us more but you should make the bed . And should provide towels. People don't mind paying more for this service

Great location, staff is nice and facilities are good. Bathroom is pretty small for the floor I was on, but entirely useable and clean

First off Claudia was amazing she helped me get sorted after a stressful delay for my flight. The hostel is in a great location although can be very loud at night due to central location. The rooms are ok, a bit small but does the job. Small marks on towels, bathroom in our room was clean but the drain in the shower wasn’t very good, the shower would flood and take a while to drain but not the end of the world. Amazing facilities the kitchen is fully stocked up and the terrace is gorgeous.

Nice location in the old streets of the city, nice common area and free breakfast. The rooms are pretty old, not very clean and not well taken care of. Overall it is fine for one, maximum 2 nights. Pretty good quality-price ratio .

The staff was very welcoming however the rooms were very dirty. We had to make our own beds with sheets that had many stains. The rooms walls were very dirty, and when we arrived we found many hairs in our beds. The common areas were clean, but the rest was very dirty.

I had a very pleasant stay at Quartier Hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was as I expected and it is very good value for money as it is an excellent location. The walls in the bedroom need a bit of paint but other than that, all good.

honestly the best thing were the showers in our 4 bed dorm and of course thethe location. Very tiny room, no privacy (no curtains, beds 20cm apart), no proper kitchen where you can cook

Super Mitarbeiter und cozy Atmosphäre im Gemeinschaftsraum. Frühstück leider etwas wenig Auswahl. Microwelle zum Aufwärmen von Speisen und Kühlschrank vorhanden (keine Kochmöglichkeit). Leider keine Vorhänge bei den Betten und die Nassräume könnten sauberer sein. Lage hingegen top.

malheureusement pas très propre et on n‘avait pas de rideaux dans notre chambre (32) les lumières étaient beaucoup trop fortes, il n‘y avait pas d’étagère à coté de la prise électrique

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas para la cantidad de camas y no tienen nada de privacidad, ninguna cortina ni nada. Además, aunque está bien ubicado, la zona es ruidosa y se escucha mucho en la habitación durante la noche. Los baños son insuficientes para la gente que hay y son bastante sucios. El desayuno está ok. Aunque no quisimos usarla, la cocina solo tiene microondas y un pequeño horno eléctrico. Destaco al personal de recepción que fue amable y nos dio buenas recomendaciones.

Liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Zwei Minuten Fußweg zur zentralen Markthalle. Fünf Minuten zum Domlplatz. Die Metro-Station ist in 8 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt ein Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen. Natürlich etwas weniger opulent als bei welchen die extra etwas kosten. Nur die unteren Betten könnten etwas höher liegen. In meinem Alter ist der Ein- und Ausstieg etwas mühsam. Oben im 5. Stock existiert auch eine kleine Dachterrasse. Insgesamt für mich ok.

Hostel como se ve en las fotos, personal muy amable y a disposición para resolver dudas. Todo funciona muy bien y con desayuno incluido. Todo el staff es amable y con muy buena onda 😎

Great place to stay in the heart of the old town, clean, comfortable and the staff was outstanding; we were able to buy food at the market nearby and use their kitchen for a healthier meal.

J'ai réservé un lit dans une chambre de 4 réservé aux femmes. La chambre est beaucoup trop petite pour 4 personnes. On se marchait dessus. Ce n'est pas normal de louer ce type de chambre. Malheureusement ça a gâché mon séjour
