- Llegué al hostel a la 1:00 am después de que mi vuelo se demorara, algo que obviamente no dependía de mí. Después de insistir varias veces con el timbre apareció una persona y me dijo que no podía tocar porque el hostel estaba cerrado desde las 12 de la noche. Le comenté que no sabía nada de ese horario ya que en Booking no figuraba ningún cierre, y que asumí —como en cualquier hospedaje— que habría alguien de guardia para recibir huéspedes. Le pregunté si podía entrar y me respondió que no porque el hostel estaba cerrado. Al preguntarle si trabajaba ahí, me dijo que sí, pero que en ese momento estaba fuera de su horario laboral. Le expliqué nuevamente que llegué a esa hora por la demora del vuelo, algo totalmente ajeno a mí, y aun así insistió en que debería haber avisado antes. En un momento le pregunté directamente si podía abrirme y me dijo que podía hacerlo, pero que no lo iba a hacer porque no estaba trabajando. Después de varios minutos insistiendo y explicándole que a la 1:30 am no tenía dónde dormir en una ciudad desconocida, finalmente abrió de mala gana, me llevó a la habitación y tiró las llaves sobre la cama sin decir una palabra. El trato fue maleducado y muy desprolijo desde el primer momento. Después de muchas horas de viaje y cansancio, fue una pésima forma de empezar las vacaciones. Al día siguiente hice el check-out y me fui a otro hostel. Recomiendo confirmar previamente el horario de ingreso porque, al menos en mi experiencia, si llegás fuera de ese horario podés quedarte sin poder entrar aun teniendo reserva confirmada

- The stuff were rude, always cleaning after a each small step we did, watching you, talking about you behind your back. The room were awful, very small, you can’t moveC without curtains, no privacy, were crowded. I won’t come back and won’t recommend

- Reservei 2 dias antes, estive em contato com o pessoal do hostel, parecia estar tudo ok, mas quando cheguei não havia mais vagas. Eles reservaram para mais pessoas do que possuíam de vagas disponíveis. E isso não aconteceu apenas comigo, eu vi mais outras três pessoa além de mim q passaram pela mesma situação.

No wifi NO Electric charging
Bedbugs!! In two different rooms, two different guests, two different nights, same symptoms. Definitely confirmed. The staff accused the other person of lying when they told them about the bugs. Only spent one night there, but already full with bites. Don't even want to mention the electric outlet in the middle of the shower. No amount of niceness from the staff is compensating for this.
The experience was very bad. I checked out at 10 a.m. after staying for 2 days. My afternoon boat ticket. I sat in the public area and chatted with my friends to pass the time. I was asked to collect money before I could sit there. My friend lived there normally and let us go out without paying. His attitude was very rude. It's a bad experience that I've never had before. It's not recommended to stay.

Kleines, gemütliches Hostel mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Es gibt Schließfächer, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück gut. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde definitiv wiederkommen.

Eeeeek really didn’t like it here and checked out after one night. I arrived at 10am after an early morning flight and was told I could leave my bag but was not allowed to sit anywhere in the hostel until check in at 2pm - they told me to go and sit in a cafe for 4 hours. The staff are pretty rude and make you feel unwelcome in the hostel. The facilities are also super basic for the price. Highly recommend not staying here in Ushuaia!!!
Social hostel with good facilities. But they don’t allow you to be there before you check in or after you check out. Also the staff was very rude where several times I asked him to speak slower in Spanish so I could understand him, and he then spoke to me like I was a deaf 3 year old. This happened 3 times.

A social hostel with a chill vibe, and the guy who worked there was really nice (although he speaks no english). However the rooms were super small, with little ventilation, making it super hot during night and the room had a really bad smell. Small kitchen and common area, but has what you need, the breakfast is okay.

Staff only speaks Spanish - wasn’t an issue for me but if you don’t may be challenging. Hostel was very clean. Sometimes there was mud in the bathrooms but they tell you not to wash your clothes their so not hostels fault. No chargers next to bed. I stayed in the 6 bed dorm and it was a bit tight. Had lockers in the room to fit all your stuff. Free breakfast - fruit loops, one apple, bread, tea & coffee. Close to downtown area. + Location was great, right in town
- Breakfast is very basic. Sliced bread, jam and cornflakes. No toaster so you need to line up to toast your bread on the stove. Kitchen is closed before 8am and breakfast didnt start a minute sooner, not even to make a tea or coffee. The 12 bed dorm is extremely cramped, with 3 storey bunk beds and not enough lockers. They give you sheets and a pillow cover, so you make your own bed, and the blankets are on a shelf in the room. They're shared and not washed so its not the most hygienic thing ever. Theres also too many beds for the size of the place. On the nights the place was full, the tiny kitchen was so busy with people trying to cook you couldn't swing a cat in there. They charge 7000ars per person to keep your bags at the hostel after checkout, and half a nights accom if you want to stay in the hostel after 10am. Overall its fine for a few days and it was the cheapest hostel we found but probably wouldn't stay again.

The atmosphere is really nice, I really enjoyed my time here. Especially because of the people who work there are nice to hang out with. However, what I disliked was the bedroom being really small and the lockers were just too small to fit your backpack in. I feel like the bunks are just too low, there’s so much unused space left on top of the bunks.

The staff were super friendly and funny despite the language barrier. The place was spotless and although the rooms are cosy, I found it comfortable. It’s in a great location and the staff can help book tours and recommend hikes for all levels.
