Very cramped room

Won’t refund due to a change of circumstances despite over amonyhs notice. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

AVOID THIS HOSTEL, I BOOKED A ROOM FOR 4 NIGHTS AT THIS HOSTEL AND THE PERSON I BOOKED IT FOR SAID HE HAD STAYED BEFORE AND IT WAS A DUMP AND COULD NOT GET A FIGHT FROM SPAIN THAT DAY, 20 MINUTES LATER BECAUSE THE PERSON I BOOKED IT FOR COULD NOT GET A FLIGHT FROM SPAIN, I HAD TO CANCEL IT. THE HOTEL THEN CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL CHARGE OF 4 NIGHTS. THEY ORIGINALLY SAID WE WOULD NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL. USING THE SMALL PRINT AS THERE EXCUSE. Supposed to be a hostel With good mannered staff Called them as cudnt find a hotel late at night and they just refused straight away without even asking for a reason even though they had availability. Krap staff Krap service Absolute rubbish Would not recommend to anyone

I booked 2 rooms through Hostelworld, on arrival receptionist informed me that they are overbooked and unfortunately they can’t accommodate me, even tho I paid deposit to secure my booking. I’m still chasing third part to get my deposit back and for obvious reasons I do not recommend this hostel to anyone.

First time in a hostel, good service but the communal toilets and bathroom is defo not for everyone!!!

직원분들도 친절하고 다 좋은데 8월10일 언저리에 갔는데도 더웠어요 선풍기를 틀어주긴 하는데 더위 많이타시는 분은 힘들지 않을까 싶네요 저는 더위를 잘 안탑니다

I had a really enjoyable stay at Llandudo Hostel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also spotless, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything I needed. The location was another big plus — it’s conveniently situated near the shops and very close to the train station.

Cercano al centro de Llandudno, y al mismo tiempo cerca de la estación del tren y de buses. Simple pero acogedor, llegamos bastante tarde y aun así nos recibieron super bien. El personal siempre está atento a las necesidades de uno. Las son muy cómodas. Gran servicio en general.

Alojamiento acogedor. Habitación limpia y cómoda. El baño compartido estaba muy limpio. Dispone de un comedor con nevera y microondas, que siempre es útil. Cerca de la playa y de comercios. Muy fácil encontrar aaprcamiento en la calle. Y el dueño muy amable.
