- Please don’t check in online(their website) if you don’t want to be charged again after you checked out only because they can’t find a power board. They charged me 10 dollars 2 days after I checked because they think I took their power board. And, without my knowledge and permission. Even though they don’t have any evidence to prove it. What’s more, they do not have air-conditioner in the room but it shows they do have on the booking website. I asked the staff they asked I could change to another room which is better but the air-con doesn’t work properly either. The last thing I want to say, I didn’t do anything wrong. I didn’t take the power board or I didn’t get a room with air-con. But I have been treated badly by their Property Supervisor via email. This is horrible. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

- La recepción anda vacía. El cuarto estaba lleno de arañas en el techo y había una grande en la puerta de la habitación, habían cucarachas, me toco un huésped desconsiderado en el cuarto que dejaba su celular con sonido durante la noche, tiraba la puerta al entrar y salir, hacia ruidos fuertes sin importar la hora. Todos los baños privados (eran al menos 4 o más) dejaron de funcionar al momento que quería tomar una ducha porque había un problema con las tuberías, y el baño compartido no tenía donde apoyar tus cosas, estaba lejos de la habitación y no olia muy bien. El camino hacía mi habitación estaba lleno de abejas y tenía que desviarme por la cocina.

+ Heating in rooms - was lovely and toasty In theory the check in system would work really well especially if you could activate it without any staff input that would be ideal. Great kitchen Great location
- Check in process - I was coming after hours at 1830. Reception shut at 5!! The automatic check in using your app has to be started by staff. Otherwise they leave a key in the lock box. I’d received emails in the run up. Was quite chilled about it bc I thought 1830 reception would be open. When I realised that wasn’t the case. - hadn’t emailed the code for the lockbox. Luckily someone let me in then I buzzed the emergency intercom inside the property. They gave me a code that still didn’t work. Then I had to wait 30 min for someone to come to let me in. Alice springs isn’t very safe so thank god someone had let me in to use the intercom. Finally - the keys on your phone are a great idea but they’re quite temperamental and you have to keep waving them until they work. Two of the female members of staff were nice enough, male member of staff absolutely horrible. But all in all kinda useless - couldn’t help me with shuttle back to airport at all. Never saw them in reception during 9-5. Seemed work shy.
+ Outdoor space, kitchen facilities bedroom ok.
- The showers. There is 4 1 option: it didn’t get warm enough 2 option: only one in good condition 3 option: didn’t get cold water and the hot option can burn you. 4 option: out of order They put some cars in the garagem so late evening and 6am the garage gate wake you up because is super noise.
- Some loud people in the hostel at night.

+ Wonderful location
+ 我覺得這邊的冷氣很足夠，如果你感到疲倦的話絕對可以安眠入睡。 另外，之前有一些土著打算進來，那個時候我是有一點怕怕的，然後hostel 管理人員他們友善而堅定的攔截了！而且這裏的安保設施感覺上做得很好，這裏很安全。 這邊有曬衣服的地方，這一點我真是非常滿意，因為不用花額外的金錢去弄乾衣服。
+ Zentral gelegen, sehr gesellig in dem Hostel, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber, Matratzen in den Etagenbetten sind bequem (nicht zu hart). Gemeinschaftsraum und Außenbereich gemütlich.
- Einziger minus Punkt, zu wenige Kochstellen in der Küche, ansonsten gibt es für ein Hostel Nix zu meckern.
Solid and unique hostel- got everything you need and the detailed extras to make you feel comfortable and safe. Super neat that it used to be a walk in theatre in the 1950s, and that they continue screening bf movies for guest enjoyment. Lovely place :)

+Staff helpful, large clean kitchen and bathrooms were good. -Room felt damp and didn’t feel too safe as the crime in the area can sometimes impact the hostel.
+ De host Mervin is fantastisch! Ik kon tijdens mijn tour de bagage achterlaten en hij regelde dat deze op mijn kamer toen ik terug kwam van tour. Ook had hij instructies gestuurd voor de check in. Toen ik naar mijn kamer liep, kwam ik Mervin tegen en hij was heel attent. Hij vroeg hoe de tour was en of de kamer goed was die ik had gekregen bij terugkeer want er was alleen nog een topbed beschikbaar in deze kamer. Mervin gaf aan dat ik naar een andere kamer kon als ik dat wilde zodat ik in het lage deel van de stapelbed kon. Dat vond ik na de tour wel prettig en hij regelde dit meteen en hielp met de bagage. Wat attent, wat een swrvice! Het bleek dat ik de enige was in de nieuwe dorm, dus had ineens weer een "prive-kamer". Mervin is super gastvrij en heel behulpzaam, een super host!
+ De host Mervin is fantastisch! Hij is enorm behulpzaam en denkt met je mee. Ik kwam un de ochtend aan in Alice Springs en ik kon eerder inchecken omdat de kamer al klaar was. Het bleek dat ik de enige was in mijn dorm dus ik had 2 nachten ee "privé-kamer". Ook kon ik mijn bagage achterlaten voor mijn tour en regelde Mervin dat mijn bagage op mijn kamer lag toen ik terug kwam van tour. Wat attent en wat een service! De locatie was ooo prima, lag goed bij het centrum met de winkels op loopafstand. Het hostel was.schoon, het bed.lag fijn.
Good little hostel to use as a base for trips to Uluru. Loads of long term guests there, bit cliquey. Rooms were clean but overall the place needs a little TLC. The guy running reception / the whole hostel was really lovely and helpful. I got overcharged for the room but he was more than happy to refund the difference. Kitchen is decent sized but only 4 of the 6 hobs worked, and with a fair few guests trying to cook it was a little tricky.
+ Der Pool war super erleichternd. Die Küche und alles anders war super ausgestattet sowie alles war super clean .das personal total zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit . Das Hostel war in der perfekten Lage. Alles war ruhig . Wirklich toller Aufenthalt.danke :)
- Leider konnte man die Belüftung nicht einstellen und es war zwischendurch ziemlich frisch . Außerdem hatten die Räume eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit.
