+ bohužel nic
- Nový majitele ,bohužel nestihli vyměnit ( nebo úmyslně nevyměnil) fotografie . Přístup mladíka na recepci byl otřesný , po tom co jsme řekli že chceme vrátit peníze že jdeme jinam nazval nás idioty ,zamkl se na recepci a už neotevřel . Pak přišel údajný majitel ,který ovšem údajně volal majiteli a ptal se na vrácení peněz ,nakonec si strhli za dvě noci s tím že zbytek pošlou zpět . Dodnes přišla zpráva že má banka peníze musí přijmout ,nicméně to kontrolovala paní ředitelka banky a ta řekla že peníze kdyby poslali tak se propiskou na účet a nepotřebují schválení . Komunikace otřesna, dokonce jsem již zablokovaný a peníze stále nemám . Booking situaci neřeší ani nemám zájem o kontrolu toho co nabízí , bohužel se mi to nestalo poprvé.Rad upravím hodnocení alespoň za čestné jednání ,ale ani to se bohužel prozatím nekonalo .Chcete-li toto ubytování využít nejprve se podívejte určitě neplaťte nic dopředu !!!!!!!

- PROPRIETARIO AVIDO E DISONESTO. HA SALVATO E UTILIZZATO I DATI DELLA NOSTRA CARTA DI CREDITO, CHE AVEVAMO USATO PER IL PAGAMENTO DELLA CAMERA UNA SETTIMANA FA, SENZA IL NOSTRO CONSENSO. PRIMA DI PARTIRE AVEVAMO PRENOTATO PER UNA NOTTE PER UNA SETTIMANA DOPO, CHE ABBIAMO POI DISDETTO DUE GIORNI PRIMA, QUINDI NEI TERMINI DELLE 48 ORE. LUI NON AVREBBE DOVUTO SALVARE I DATI E FARE L’ADDEBITO. STATE ATTENTI!
+ Nisiquiera nos recibieron, nos cancelaron la reserva por no pagar antes de llegar, cuando en la aplicación bien dijimos que íbamos a pagar con efectivo y no teníamos dinero en la tarjeta
- Que nos dejaron en la calle a las 11:40 pm, en un lugar que no conocíamos y el señor que salió creo que el dueño súper grosero al hablar

- The foreign employee that was confontational rude and un profesional from the very beginning respondíng to me using the saultation amigo saying its mi amigo and I am not your freínd. Then singling me out by saying he Just wants to get me out of the área were i was conversing with the other guests that were There also waiting for their rooms. So relative to my traveling hoteling and hostaling this is the worst experience that i have had in 68 years. This guy needs to go. all that was said was intentionally no miscommunication. The reason that i had to even interact with him was the Hostal was extremely busy so i was giving back my room to be booked by one of the other waiting guest. I could still catch a bus to my residence as i live here in Costa Rica and this was booked by me just for a border jump.

+ L'emplacement est bien proche des arrêts de bus
- L'hôte n'était pas très agréable ni accueillant. J'ai été placée dans un dortoir de 2 dans une minuscule chambre sans fenêtres. Les salles de bain étaient toujours sales et les équipements de la cuisine étaient limités ainsi que les espaces communs pour se poser dans l'hostel qui se limitaient à une grande table à manger. Je ne recommande pas malgré le prix attractif.

+ La habitación era amplia y con aire acondicionado.
- La habitación privada era muy ruidosa, se escuchaba todo lo que ocurre en la cocina compartida,en la recepción del hotel y los despertadores de las otras habitaciones, ya que las ventanas son de lamas y no cierran. Cada vez que llamaba alguien a recepción o sonaba el timbre de la puerta se oía como si estuviese dentro de la habitación. Esto hizo que no pudiésemos descansar y nos despertáramos a las 5 de la mañana con alarmas de otros viajeros. Las toallas valen 1$ a parte, único alojamiento en 9 meses de viaje en el que hacen esto. El trato del personal no nos gustó nada, tuvimos un error con Booking de fechas por el cambio horario y reservamos el día antes al que necesitábamos realmente por error de la plataforma. No nos quisieron escuchar en ningún momento, y no nos hicieron el favor de dejarnos quedar ese día (sin volver a pagar otra noche) aún teniendo habitaciones libres. Nos mintieron diciéndonos que nuestra habitación estaba reservada cuando no era cierto. No nos quiso ni enseñar la habitación y nos trataba mal y como si le hiciéramos perder el tiempo. Sólo piensan en el dinero, es super caro por lo que ofrecen (relación calidad precio malísima).

- The traffic noise is the loudest if any room I've started in, in 30 years of travel! Double rooms are close to ua main road, with trucks etc all night. Impossible to sleep

- La habitación. Solicité habitación con A/C y no tenía solamente expulsaba el aire, un calor horrible, súper pequeña. No había colchones solo goma espuma que da un calor horrible. Sop 2 wc para todas las habitaciones. No lo recomiendo para nada.

I am in from Canada. The host were fantastic. And I met some great people from around the world. It felt like my second home while I was there. And it’s very close to the downtown area. There’s grocery shopping about a block and a half And everything else around including the bus station if you want to travel even further.
Nice place to stay.

- Bathroom was filthy when I arrived. The whole place needs a deep cleaning.

+ Close to bus to get to airport. Use os kitchen. Close to supermarket.
- Paying for towels. Even though they didn't cost much, towels should be included as basic and not something extra.
+ Le coin extérieur est parfait et il contient tous ce qu'il faut pour se faire des repas et se reposer après une bonne journée de découverte!

+ Très bien placé, à proximité des gares routières. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Plusieurs hamacs et patio très agréable.

En gros, l’auberge était bien, mais la chaleur était vraiment intense dans notre très petite chambre à 4 personnes au 2e étage avec une petite fenêtre pour aérer. Les 3 ventilateurs ne suffisaient pas, et le bruit de l’un d’eux était vraiment assourdissant… Des crochets dans la chambre auraient vraiment été un plus pour accrocher nos vêtements et serviettes. La petite cuisinette commune est assez bien équipée pour se faire à manger.

+ Good location for us to get to the airport in a timely fashion. Comfortable beds.
- Light from kitchen area shined in through the curtains on the door. Sheets had holes in them. I had a good, hot shower but the space was very cramped which made getting dressed difficult, so I recommended that my friend try a different shower. She said you were out of hot water. The entry situation was kind of odd.
+ Cool property in the middle of town, nice communal area, open kitchen. All types of rooms for all budgets. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great stay!
- We only stayed one night but I could only find 2 toilets and 2 showers in the whole hostel. One shower/ toilet are in the same room so if someone is showering the toilet is occupied as well.

+ Personale og ejer var venlige og hjælpsomme.
- Der var ikke så rent, og sengen over min var ved at gå i stykker, så der faldt støv ned hver gang personen i sengen vendte sig. Personalet tog dog umiddelbart hensyn til dette efter jeg sagde det.
