La struttura non risulta come dalle foto. Camere sporche, coperte troppo corte, pavimento rovinato e letti cigolanti. La cucina é piccola con pentole bruciate e poco attrezzata, sporca ed insieme alla sala comune, altrettanto maltenuta. In agginta, raggiungibile solo passando dalla terrazza e senza riscaldamento!!!!!! Sono rimasto molto deluso e nln lo consiglio.
Il locale a livello di pulizia si fa un po’ desiderare! Non parliamo del bagno praticamente distrutto! Buona la posizione!
No during my whole stay except in an unheated kitchen annex detached from the building and open only 12 hours each day. In that annex everyone wore winter coats because it was so cold and there was only one power socket and not enough seats. Staff was barely there and whole building was dark dismal and old. Everyone in my room was a 60+ year old man. No atmosphere at all and feels like a place where happiness goes to die.
Don’t recommend this hostel: 1. The door lock never worked properly and I could never open the door at once. (also not just for me but for all my roommates..) 2. There’s kitchen and dining area on the fourth floor but the electricity was down, no lights working, no fridge working, pretty awful. 3. I was assigned to the top bunk and oh gosh i had to risk my life everytime I was climbing the ladders to go up. Also the bed itself doesn’t have a fence and I could fall off at anytime while slee...
Alright for a one night stay but nothing passed that. The rooms did not feel too clean & there is not much of a social environment. The staff however was super friendly
NO AC! NO ONE WORKING TO CHECK YOU IN, waited 4 hours for someone to show up to check me in & my room wasn’t correct & the worst part was the heat because the windows wouldn’t open. Stay away from
Somieres con falta de lamas, colchones a los que se les notaban los muelles, cucarachas muertas en la habitación, fundas de colchón con agujeros, pelos en las almohadas
This property was very overpriced for what it was. My room had a nonworking shutter it smelt of damp and when I tried to sit on the stool, it collapsed underneath me and I’m not a heavy person because it hadn’t been put together. It was cheap. the cafeteria wasn’t open after six. I can’t believe I’ve paid €200 for two nights for this and I most certainly will not be going back there again.
Humedades con moho negro por todas las esquinas de la pequeña habitacion, servicio con bañera con azulejos llenos de moho, techo con humedades, enchufes que no funcionan, filtros del aire acondicionado repletos de costras de polvo, camas con lamas partidas, secador de pelo no funciona, protecciones de enchufes partidos. Todo esto que menciono con fotografias de todas las graves deficiencias de esta habitacion. Antes de salir del establecimiento he realizado queja al encargado Steffano
Realicé una reserva con meses de antelación para 3 personas en una habitación mixta de 4 camas. Cuál fue nuestra sorpresa a la llegada al decirnos que tendríamos que dormir separades por el mismo precio (uno en una habitación de 5 sin cajonera puesto que se trataba de una cama supletoria) y las otras dos en otra habitación femenina. No se nos dio más opción que irnos a una habitación de matrimonio con cama supletoria por el doble de precio, una vergüenza como nunca me había ocurrido ...

Best part of this hostel is the rooftop! The attached restaurant is also really good. Dorms are a bit cramped but the en-suite bathroom is nice. Note that there isn’t a luggage storage room, just a shelf behind the reception.
Großartige Atmosphäre im Hostel-Restaurant „Jerusalem“. Allein dafür hat es sich schon gelohnt. Essen sehr lecker, Frühstück vielfältig, Betten bequem, ruhige Lage.
The hostel is very well located, in the center of Toledo's old town. There is a kitchen and a terrace on the roof which is pleasant. The rooms are very small with no individual light but with individual plugs. The bathrooms are in the rooms. There is a café just next door which is convenient for breakfast. Es un lugar para zafar, no para descansar. Las áreas comunes están super desaprovechadas, la terraza tiene potencial pero está muy dejada, cierra a las 23h y es la única área comun. La cocina tiene una linda vista pero no se pueden abrir las ventanas para que circule el aire y habían muchas moscas. De limpieza en el baño y habitación, está bien. Las literas se mueven mucho, los colchones muy blandos. Pero si, teniendo en cuenta que es el lugar más barato que encontré, cumple.
Beds not super comfy and had no curtains. Very loud outside my room. And padlock on locker was broken. Good location and clean bathroom the only plus.
Mmm por el precio digamos que bien, pero hay cosas básicas que no les costaría mucho poner como cortinas en cada cama, no hay privacidad de ningún modo. Por otro lado, la cocina es muy fea, la terraza linda pero la cocina no tiene lo esencial. Ya de forma práctica, que sean que como es el centro hay mucho ruido, y las habitaciones tienen una pared muy delgada escuchas tod lo de las habitaciones aledañas.
Great location, super easy to walk places and see the sights. I really enjoyed the roof top and common area, very comfortable and nice view.

Good hostel for a night or two. I thought the beds had curtains but there weren’t any. Rooms are also small and the lockers were hard to put a lock on for me.
La ducha del baño se cae. Las toallas solo se alquilan. Buena ubicación. Una de las recepcionistas muy amable.
Ok for one night. Kitchen and common are not very inviting to stay there, some of the rooms are just right next to street, there is a club, party till 5 am. No sleep.
Everything OK but the kitchen should be updated with electricity ( security to be checked) and door handle.

The hostel is in a perfect position. With some effort (locks for every bed, a warm kitchen with good heating) it would get better easily.
C’était super ! J’ai adoré rester dans cette auberge de jeunesse ! Super bien placée, agréable, le personnel super gentil et bienveillant. Une terrasse avec vu sur les toits de Tolède juste magnifique et la cuisine aussi! Tout est parfait ! Je recommande à 100%
Great hostel right in the center of Toledo, easy access to everything. The beds were very creaky and the person on the top bunk moved so much at night that made it hard to sleep, other than that it was great, the kitchen could be stocked better and it’s just a hot plate if you want to cook anything. The staff was helpful and kind!
