+ It was in a very good location in Camden. You just have to watch where you’re walking at night because you don’t want homeless people to talk to you.
- So men came out of the women’s bathroom at two in the morning. The facilities weren’t up to par. When we walked in the first night, it actually smelled like someone died. It kind of smells like feet in the bathrooms were messy, and they also charged 5 pounds to use towels. If you want foot fungus, defo the place to go!

- Попри те що я зачекінився сам онлайн всеодно девелось 40 хвилин чекати на ключ карту в черзі, в кімнаті в одному ліжку зламана ніжка і ліжко колисалось воно було приперте до стіни, Туалет і душ був грязний, і побудовано одне коло одного скористаєшся душем, туалет ввесь мокрий, прохід у душ дуже вузький бо двері мішають, дзеркало розташоване надто праворуч і тільки у ванні якщо ти не лівша будеш мати проблеми з розчісуванням волосся, розетки без адаптера для європейців, а коли попросив на рецепції кажуть заплати 12 фунтів, купив власний адаптер в супермаркеті за 2 фунта з великобританської на європейську розетку але не працювали особисто в мене в кімнаті я повідомляв на рецепції і на барі проте ніхто не приходив до мене, доводилось заряджати на барі, правила дурні що не можна ні власного напою в кімнаті мати а також їжі, ти повинен все купляти в них, шумоізоляція на найнижчому рівні, чути все коли хтось на коридорі дурачиться до ночі чи стукають дверми чи бігають по коридорах, все чути навіть кашель із сусідньої кімнати чи розмови, не міг виспатись нормально, вайфай взагалі не швидкісний, на барі взагалі не працює, навіть не прогружує самі звичайні сторінки в браузері не то що відео якесь в ютуб, були проблеми з оплатою вдавалось оплатити замовлення із 3 разу, в кімнаті грузить краще але далеко не ідеал від швидкісного обіцяного інтернету, працювати онлайн було нереально, щодо сніданку, дуже велике скупчення народу яке не може нормально пройти одне попри одного, бо там стоять столи від schafle board, і через це дуже вузько люди штовхаються одне коло одного, персонал працював повільно, дуже довго доносили нові чашки для кави чи інший інвентар для сніданку, щодо ігор, більярд не в комплектований, кий тільки один від більярду і він розбитий наконечник має і ти не можеш добре бити по кулі, а самі кулі повторюються там наприклад 2 кулі із цифрою 10 просто замінили кулю любою іншою якої бракує, фортепіано не всі клавіші працюють, хотілось зіграти, коли на тебе дивляться...
+ The property is in a really good location, very close to a nice little pub with a good vibe and close to st Pancras and kings cross station and close to Russel square tube station. The cafe area played good music.
- I am extremely unhappy with this hostel and regret booking here. Had we known exactly how bad the place is I would never have booked it. For $596NZD for 3 nights in a two bed room that does not have a private bathroom, it is extremely steep for the lack of cleanliness, safety and warmth a hostel is meant to offer. To start off with some of the issues we are facing, the ladies toilet and shower facilities on our floor are abysmal. The showers do not have working locks on the doors, some of them do not have locks at all and the doors do not close properly. I have had someone walk in on me whilst using the shower and I have never felt as uncomfortable, unsafe and humiliated in my life. I do not feel I should be scared to use the shower facilities in fear that someone will walk in on me whilst in a vulnerable state. They lack space, having to squeeze behind the doors just to get into both the toilets and the shower and have no area to put your belongings without fear of them being taken or getting wet. We also had issues with the elevator door not opening multiple times when arriving on our floor which feels rather scary and unsafe to use as we felt like we were going to get stuck inside of it. As the door was not opening we would have to go back to reception and use the stairs, which was extremely inconvenient as my friend has an injured leg and can’t use the stairs very well currently. I notified reception, but was met with no urgency to fix the issue. Our room is also extremely damp and cold, and the heater in the room does not work. There is enough condensation on the windows to fill up a glass. After the first night, there was pools of water on the windowsill that has made lots of our belongings wet. While i understand the UK is currently in their winter season, I don’t feel that we deserve to be damp and cold in our room after the amount we have paid. I also have photo evidence of the condensation in the room.
+ Pas grand-chose à dire de positif. L’espace partagé est agréable, mais à part ça, l’expérience n’a pas été satisfaisante. J’avais réservé trois nuits mais je suis parti après la première. J’ai dû réserver un autre hôtel pour les deux nuits restantes. Heureusement que j’avais les moyens de le faire, sinon mon séjour aurait été bien moins agréable.
- Expérience très décevante, à éviter. J’avais réservé un lit dans une chambre de 4 lits sans salle de bain et je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Le prix peut sembler attractif pour Londres, mais ça ne justifie en rien l’état des lieux. La chambre était très sale, le sol collant, le lit collant également (seuls les draps étaient propres et heureusement). Les salles de bain étaient dans un état inacceptable. J’étais logé au deuxième étage et l’hygiène était clairement absente, on peut sérieusement se demander si les sanitaires sont entretenus et je suis passé à 8H30 du matin. Sur les quatre douches disponibles, seulement deux fonctionnaient.

- It was a terrible experience. On the first night, I checked in to find the bedding was messy and clearly hadn't been changed since the last guest. Then, on the second night, I was bitten all over my legs by bedbugs. I still haven't recovered. Truly awful.

Appalling stay. I was meant to stay three nights but checked out after two. No tap water was available at night and I was told to buy £3 water from the vending machine, which felt unacceptable. The room lost electricity every night, so phones could not charge until reception fixed it in the morning. The room felt unclean and was impossible to sleep in due to alarms and loud guests. Security also made me feel singled out when entering. Only positives: good location and Carlos on reception
They discount breakfast 2 pounds at check-in but don't tell you breakfast is cheaper to buy at check-in.
All stalls in men’s bathroom broken, ants in my room, not very clean

Las habitaciones están muy bien, los baños también. Las duchas de varones funcionaban 2 de 4. La ubicación es buena, pero está bastante alejada de las principales atracciones de Londres. Simplicidad para realizar check inn y check out. Tiene mucha onda el bar y sala de juegos de la planta baja

TERRIBLE, HIDDEN LOCATION, THE BATHROOMS ARE HORRIBLE, THEY STINK, THE SHOWERS AND BATHING AREA ARE UNSANITARY.
The location is very good, close to the central area, cafés, museums, and restaurants nearby. The room was clean. The receptionist was very kind, and the food and drinks were very well priced. João, who works at the café, is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hostel for anyone traveling alone.🍀
The photos are real, but they’re very outdated. The hotel no longer looks like that and feels quite neglected. It’s time to invest in basic maintenance and renovations — painting the walls, improving the floors, and updating the overall look and feel of the property. Unfortunately, cleanliness is not their strong point either.
Solo lo usé para una noche. Lo bueno : Está bien ubicado , cerca hay una estación del metro que llegue directo de Heathrow aunque es tardado, King’s Cross y St Pancras están a unas cuadras , hay tiendas alrededor, tienen una opción de hacer check out tarde por 5 libras más lo cual me ayudó bastante , el personal fue amable. Lo malo: Me tocó el cuarto 10 y estaba lejos el baño , el cuarto de 4 camas es pequeño , las camas no tienen cortinas por lo cual no hay privacidad. Fuera de e...
Check in/out was very easy. Bar and lounge area was very well laid out and reasonably priced. Toilet and shower facilities are in need of some maintenance (lots of broken locks, hooks, doors etc.) £5 for a towel rental is way too high.

Lobby is nice but the washrooms could use some improvement as a few showers and doors weren’t functioning properly. The rooms are quite small, but they’re ok for sleep. It’s a large hostel with a mix of travelers and families, so it may not be the best choice if you’re hoping for a very social atmosphere.
This was a good stay for what we needed in 1 night. The room was not as large as advertised which made this difficult. The staff were somewhat friendly, amenities were available but not readily advertised making it confusing. Rooms were not bad for cleanliness but clear lines of dust and dirty floors were noticeable so we wore shoes everywhere.
Adorei minha estadia aqui todos muito simpático e queridos. Fui atendida no bar pelo funcionário João que me deu várias sugestões para a cerveja e aperitivo nota 100. Quero agradecer a todos que fizeram minhas férias serem perfeitas.

Strange place. We arrived and the floor was wet with disinfectant. We had a private room, someone no idea who. Opened the Door and popped their head in and seen us and scurried off?? If it wasn't for the good location the hostel and a good bar it doesn't have much going for it. One of the poorest hostels I have stayed at. I would recommend a hotel on the outside of London and use the Underground to get in. Same price much nicer!
Está a unos 7 minutos caminando de St. Pancras. Es una linda zona, no está cerca de las grandes atracciones de Londres pero no está mal para una ciudad tan grande. Las habitaciones tienen poco lugar en general. Los baños un poco chicos, en las duchas no tenes lugar para dejar las cosas sin que se mojen. El personal no me resultó de gran ayuda ni fue muy amable. Te cobran para dejar equipaje antes o despues del check in/out. Estuve una sola noche, para eso estuvo bien. Para una estadía más...
Trop bruyant, de nombreuses douches et toilettes qui sont défectueux. Clients assez peu respectueux. Difficile de dormir
