Nice hostel, but I don’t trust the team in prices for things. keep your nose up scams, lovely hostel otherwise.

Overall not impressed. Parking was limited and when I parked where I was told I ended up with a $50USD ticket. Told I could pay with USD before I arrived but then was told the only accepted pesos when I arrived - costing me more as I had to withdraw from a bank machine. Room was dingy and old. I was in Chile/Argentina for 3 weeks and this was the only place I would not go back to.

The hostel is very pretty and clean however it missed a certain vibe. The hostel is on the pricy side for what it is. We booked a private with shared bathroom for about 50 USD. The kitchen can not be used after 10 PM. And the front door closes after 10:30, so be sure to ask for the entrance code. We booked a tour to Torres del Paine through the hostel, this was very nice. Good coffee at breakfast.

A nice hostel with a boutique feel. The rooms were perfect and the kitchen was super convenient. Unfortunately, the entire hostel is locked at 10pm - no one knew how get in or out. Of course this is a huge security and fire risk. A guest opened a window so we could climb in since we were locked outside. The gear rental was cheap but that's because it's not really adequate for camping in Patagonia.

Although the place was nice and clean, we didn't feel the atmosphere of an hostal. The staff wasn't really involved. They sell tours and rent trekking equipment, but they don't inform us about what we should do and see. The sound insulation wasn't good at all. We heard the street noises even if the windows are supposed to be double glazing. They offer the laundry but for a laundry for 1 person is 10.000CLP !!! You could probably find a better place to rest for the same price or even chea...

Our stay had some serious downsides. We had several bites from bedbugs after staying in Room 6, which was very concerning. When we reported it, the staff’s reaction made us feel they may have already been aware of the issue. It was also extremely noisy — you could hear everything from the floor above. On a positive note, the breakfast was fantastic, the common areas had a lovely atmosphere, and it’s very convenient that you can rent camping gear on site.

Nice hostel, very clean and tidy with a cosy common area. Friendly guy at the front desk. Maybe a bit expensive considering value for money. The private I had didn´t have the option to make the room dark, would have expected for the price.

I booked a 4 beds dorm and they arranged a 2 beds foe which is the room just behind the reception. The upper bed had no ladder to climb. I have to use the side of window to assist me. When I go to the window side, I hit twice on the wooden shelf. I feel so frustrated and the staff ask me to a chair to climb which I think is even more dangerous.

I would give a 5 star. However the front desk receptionist when I asked if they had buses that take you to the national park she kept trying to sell me on an excursion and you can get buses on Busbud by typing in the name of the park. You can also just search on bus-sur. I get it, it’s sales but when I ask a specific question don’t lie to me telling me all the buses are sold out cause they were not. They had a 10 am and before noon buses.

Great choice for hikers who wants chill and relaxed vibes. The owner offered us free upgrade. What should I say more? During weekend, even it was way earlier than breakfast time, they offered breakfast for people who woke up for hiking. Super clean, nice staffs and great location

100% recomendado!

Loved my private en-suite bathroom with 2 full-sized bedrooms and a good bathroom size! Beds were amazing and comfortable! Great staff! Also loved the free breakfast from 6:15-10 AM with a very friendly staff worker who would serve and clean dishes! Very cute interior design with the plants. Location was really nice where most things were within half a mile block from it.

Yagan house was one of our favourite hostel experiences! We stayed in the double bedroom with private bath for two nights before and after completing the W-track. The hostel is super cozy and clean, has great breakfast and super friendly staff, and also allowed us to store our luggage while completing the W-track. We can highly recommend!

Lovely little hostel, very chill and cosy - perfect for prepping for/un winding after hiking or the W or whatever. Lovely breakfast included, bathrooms were good and cleaned every day, kitchen well equipped, nice social spaces too, close to the centre of town. All in all I enjoyed and would stay again

We stayed at this hostel before we left for trekking in Torres del Paine, after we got back, and then again when we got back from Argentina. We loved our stays each time. The staff were lovely, they stored our luggage for free when we went trekking, the breakfast was a decent size (with freshly cooked eggs). The property is cozy and very clean and the perfect home base. Would recommend to anyone staying in Puerto Natales.

I loved the stay, it is quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. Staff is very friendly, cute common areas, breakfast was delicious. I was expecting yogurt and cereal but received scrambled eggs cooked for me, fresh bread with cheese, salami, butter and jam along with your yogurt, fruit, cereal choices. Would stay again.
