Earth Hostel

This hostel was a complete disaster! The airport transport was unreliable and sketchy, and they tried to sneak in hidden cash fees upon arrival. The rooms were infested with cockroaches, and the promised AC was nonexistent. What's worse, the rooms and bathrooms had no working locks, making me feel incredibly unsafe. The staff was unhelpful and rude. The man who checked us in yelled at us and was super unhelpful! DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Horrible experience, was landing around midnight so I booked a transfer with the hostel, when I landed no one was there to pick me up Arrived at the hostel around 2 am, the guy opened the door angry that I came telling me that he had cancelled my reservation

This hostel wasn’t the cleanest one for sure. We had some blank spots all over our sheets… looks like someone had a great time in it before we arrived and they didn’t get changed.. The staff was pretty nice with us tho, we show them a picture of our sheets and they felt bad, they gave us new sheets. But still. I wouldn’t stay there again because of the poor cleanliness, but the staff and ambiance was great!

Terrible staff Super rude and disrespectful. You ask something and they seem to be annoyed or they are just unhelpful

Horrible Hostel

Malheureusement assez déçue de mon expérience dans cette auberge. En hiver, il ne fait vraiment pas chaud dans les chambres (demander bien un second plaid). Autres petits bémols : les chambres ne peuvent pas se fermer donc n’importe qui peut entrer. Il n’y a que deux toilettes (dont une très peu isolée), toutes en bas (donc pour les chambre à l’étage, il faudra descendre).

Juste OK. Difficile à trouver, peu de signalétique . Manquement côté facilités : pas de serviette, seulement 2 douches et 1 toilette pour tout l’hostel. Pas de clef pour entrer/sortir donc on doit toquer à la porte à chaque fois. Chambres ne ferment pas à clef non plus. Peu de savoir vivre des autres hôtes qui hurlent dans l’hostel jusqu’à tard et les voix résonnent partout. Bref, ok si vous restez une nuit à Marrakech

About the hostel: The Hostel is old and used. The beds are hard as wood. Sheets and everything was already old and you could feel that it was used a lot. 2 Toilettes, 3 Showers not in their best shape for ~25 people It was clean though. I wouldn’t stay there again. Staff: super lovely people, helpful, friendly 🥰

Great location in the center of the Medina and the staff was excellent, especially Abdul. They are all available 24/7 and they have a free breakfast as well as good amenities. They also have a shuttle service to the airport so big plus

We had a pleasant stay here. The breakfast was excellent and one of the best options we had in Morocco. The staff were very friendly and they offered a shuttle service to the airport to minimise worries. The rooftop terrace was really nice to unwind in. We did not have keys but had zero issues getting inside the building as they let us in. The room was comfortable to sleep in - the facilities, including the bathroom is basic, so keep this in mind but for the price it is very good value.

This people working in this hostel really make this place a home away from home. For the pricr you pay the hospitality is amazing. Breakfast every morning was amazing and thd tea every night was so lovely. Muhammad, Morad and Agouim were all amazing anf look forward to seeing them all again when i go back! Thank you for everything guys!!

Property is in a good location rooms are small but comfortable, unfortunately I told staff I would like to extend 2 more nights and they told me to organise it the next morning after breakfast, I did and they said the rooms had sold out overnight. Very frustrating as I notified them when rooms were available. Facilities are basic but expected for Morocco. All in all good stay just don’t get caught out with room extensions.

Très bon accueil, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine grâce à la gentillesse, aux conseils, et au professionnalisme du personnel. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux et très copieux. Merci Morad, Esmael et Mohamed pour tout votre travail et les conversations intéressantes que nous avons eues . Nous recommanderons votre auberge à notre entourage .

I had an amazing experience at this hostel! I highly recommend booking here for your stay in Marrakech. Morad and Mohammad went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and enjoy our stay. It is a very easy walk to the Medina through the souks and very secure. The food and company was great and I can’t recommend it more!

It's a really nice hostel with comfortable beds, a cool rooftop and lounge area & a good breakfast. The door is a little more difficult to find but the google reviews with photos helped.

Séjour incroyable dans cette auberge à Marrakech ! Nous avons passé 4 jours incroyables. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, serviable et d’une hospitalité rare. Nous avons passé de très bons moments. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et conviviale, on s’y sent comme à la maison. L’auberge est confortable et idéalement située pour visiter la ville.
