I think that the acccomendation is a trap, and is not cleaned and old.

I really didn't enjoy my stay. Mostly because how dirty the property was. The location wasn't the best, and some of the staff wasn't friendly.

(25 female) The owners brother was in charge, and on arrival at 2am he offered us both massages which was forward but nothing untoward. We insisted we just wanted to sleep. I then went to the bathroom in the middle of the night to which he came running down the stairs, offered me more massages and tried to coerce me upstairs because he wanted to have a 'private discussion' with me. I, again, insisted I wanted to go back to my bed. He did the same to another girl later in the night.

l'hôte n'était pas tres sympathique.Nous sommes arrives , personne netait present , nius avoan attendu une trentatrentainte de minute avant qu'il arrive . Apres nohs avons voulu check in , il nous a envoyer l'attendre sur la terasse et ne sest jamais présenté . Nous avons retourner le voir il etait arrogant . Puis il nous a pas montrer notre chambre ni les onstallations nous avons dût demander . Les toilettes et douches étaient sales . Nous navons pas dormi car les gens faisaient la fête ...

The service is s***t, I’ve booked way ahead of my arrival, & when i made it there, the receptionist was asleep so i kept on knocking for more than 15mins & when he finally opened, he wouldn’t even allow me in, saying that they’re full! Knowing that the app says there are still couple of beds available

 very bad experience. I booked in the hostel for two days, but when I got there to check in, the guy at reception  told me that they have a large tourist group that will come tonight  and for this reason they have canceled my reservation, Because of the big group, they sacrificed me to make more money . The person responsible for reserving the rooms is not polite and unfriendly . This is not professional. I do not recommend anyone book there to not have the same experience. .

I did not like the service I booked on the application and when I arrived in Marakesh they told me that it is simple the last munite And i want my money back

if you want to party all night, drink, get high this is your place. if you want some peace and sleep at night, don’t expect anyone to consider. We asked kindly if they could turn the music volume down a bit, they didn’t. When I said at 2am that we hadn’t slept yet because of the noise, a staff member just laughed in my face and continued. We left the next morning and looked for a new hostel. At least we got some money back.

Very disappointed. Although the person that was working there was very sympathetic, we were not able to use our reservation, because our reservation was used for other people. In the same day we had to find other place. The hostel seemed also overcrowded, and the first person from the staff that talked with us, didnt't knew how to speak English.

My friends and I had a great time staying here! The location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Salah was particularly exceptional and had lots of recommendations for places to eat and activities to do. 10/10 would recommend

Lovely stay, Salah did his best to make sure my stay was as great as possible :)

The rooftop was amazing and we had a couple of weeks old kittens, which made the stay amazing. The mattress was old and also the shower etc. was in a rather old condition but generally clean. I would stay here again.

Best Spot to stay in Marrakesh. Salah is the best, will help you out with whatever you need.

The best hostel I have stayed at so far. The receptionist, Salah, was a great guy, eager to help with any questions or task. The breakfast was a nice traditional Morrocco meal. I was able to meet some great people through the hostel. They also had 3 baby cats which was a major bonus for me.

Nice location (once you figure out the narrow street labirint), short walk to main square. Felt safe and clean. Staff is nice. Recomend arriving by day to get to the hostel.

I loved my stay at the sun hostel. It’s a small hostel, which makes it a nice place to just relax after a long day. Had some nice chats on the roof terrace with other travellers and Salah was a great host.

Very nice place . Good breakfast . Kozy place . And the breaklfast lady and mr Salah are very helpfull! Very nice stay . First time coming can be difficult to find. if google maps jumps around. But they send a video . Follow that and youl be fine!

Hostel très sympa ! Sana et Salah qui travaillent là sont extraordinaires ! Le lieux est bien placé, au calme mais proche à pieds de la place Jamma El Fna et du Baiha Palace. Les lits sont plutôt confortables avec des couvertures à disposition quand il fait plus frais l’hiver. Les sanitaires sont nettoyés tous les jours et le petit déjeuner est fait par Sana le matin.

Good value for money! Simple infrastructure, but clean and organised. Breakfast was good too :)

Good place with good people. Salah was super! The position was not the best one.. the first night was a nightmare to reach it and a guy from the place brought me there on his motorbike because i couldn’t find it. Btw.. the place is super great! Breakfast was very good. The room was cleaned and also the common spaces.

Overall: A really comfortable and welcoming hostel with great vibes, fantastic beds, and lovely common spaces. I’d happily stay here again. Comfort: Excellent beds with privacy curtains and power outlets. The frames are sturdy, and you can get as many duvets as you want. I stayed in December when it was cold AF, and those extra blankets were an absolute lifesaver. Location: The only small downside. The hostel is a bit hidden away at the end of a few side streets, with not much immediately aro...

The owner sent a whatsapp before I arrived with info and a warm welcome. Salah had lists of recommended food places, activites and more he sent on whatsapp. He spoke english very well which made my breakfast needs communication a breeze and he was easily accomodating, for that alone I highly recommend. Easily one of the best hostels I stayed in in morocco. The one shower head could be repaced and was a bit weak on pressure but the water was nice and hot! Definitely would stay here again.

I loved this hostel! Salah, who runs the hostel, is an absolute legend. He was super polite, happy to help with recommendations and showed me around the city when he had time off. He made me feel like a local and not a tourist. Sana was also super nice and made a lovely breakfast. Can't recommend enough!
