Overpriced and Unpleasant – Stay Away Our stay at this hostel in Fethiye was the worst part of our trip. It’s far from the city center in a remote area, with no elevator; we had to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor. The room wasn’t so clean and had a slanted ceiling you could bump your head on, and the whole place felt neglected. Roosters roamed freely, leaving droppings everywhere. For the price, it was a huge letdown. We had a much better experience elsewhere. Not recommended.

Bed Bugs! Got smashed by bed bugs here. When I told the owner about it he tried to blame it on me, class act. I asked for a refund and he said I could use the washing machine for free, hilarious right. Considering he is so tight with money I am sure he won't get this place properly fumigated and fixed. Unsafe for female travelers – be cautious At first it was fine, but when I extended my stay, the host’s behavior drastically changed. Dirty, chaos , host absent, no help with anything,host compulsive liver, far from everything , beach 40 m, center one hour away , bus far away. Do yourself a favor, book in the center and avoid this nightmare

Host was rude to men and creepily nice to female guests. And he was constantly trying to sell things to me and would refuse to help with simple questions like where the inter city bus stop was.

Location was really bad. As google maps says it was 6,8 km far away than fethiye center. It was tiring to go there with minibus plus standing in whole journey. There were nothing near to hostel. Breakfast was overpriced and it was totally basic. For breakfast you cam find better places in fethiye center. Don't waste your money. Host was so rude and tried to scam us. We couldn't find the turkish hospitality in that hostel. Unfortunately it wasn't welcoming not like in other comments. I totally no...

Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at this hostel. To begin, we were given poor instructions on how to arrive (took 2+ hours). Should've opted for the taxi (100lira) to this far away hostel. We felt neglected the entire time. Breakfast was in a different location (10 min walk) but we weren't notified until breakfast started, no one restocked the bathroom for 24 hours+, I had to message them about it. I never felt a warm welcome as others have mentioned. Overall, bad experience.

Not clean .really far from fethiye center. Bed are not confortable neither. I had to leave after second night

Hostel is fine, management is terrible. Firstly, the hostel is run entirely by a workaway volunteer, who cleans, checks in guests, needs to be around all the time, and honestly, is doing what should be a paid job in exchange for accomodation, no food included. I stayed there 4 nights, I was expecting to stay a 5th but during the day while i was out, i got a text from hostel owner telling me i needed to leave because he had overbooked the hostel and there was no room for me.

The hostel is clean, but far from the beach and the old town for the price paid. The owner is friendly and will organise socialising events/offer tea or chocolates, which i personally apprechiatted a lot. He might ask you to go out together (as in my case), but I politely refused. It's up to every one choise. The common area is small and this hostel is a good fit for people who wanna stay late at night chatting in the kitchen or in the yard. Not 100% my vibe, but this is my honest opinion.

We stayed there for 4 nights. I wish all the hostels in the world were like Adventurous Local Calıs Hostel. I felt welcomed and relaxed during my entire trip. The home-cooked breakfasts they offer is something I will miss forever. The value for money is amazing. My favorite part was the room, we had a balcony overlooking the neighbourhood and the beds were great. There's nothing I would change. I genuinely recommend. Thank you for your service.

Totally a family the minute I walked in! Such an amazing group of people, all curated by Kubi who did his best for everyone all the time. Lots of sharing between everyone, beautiful views and easy access to the city centre. Would love to return - thank you so much for making my Türkiye experience the best.

Great place to stay. More of a home, than hostel. Host is very welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend

The host Kubilay was super kind, super helpful and really generous with his time. We wanted to hike the lycian way and he helped answer all our questions! We got a private room, which was in a separate house, and there we experienced what Turkish hospitality is like. The house mother gave us the most delicious fresh lemonade, treated us to breakfast and gave us other treats. Really nice place, would recommend you going there!

Great hostel - super friendly - we were even welcomed with homemade treats and fresh orange juice! informative owners and easy to reach by dolmus from the bus station. highly recommended

highly recommended, really cool hostel with a great host, very helpful and kind. facilites are perfect good sized kitchen big bathrooom hot showers and great indoor and oitdoor communal spaces. one of my favourite places

We stayed at the private room and our stay was amazing. Kubilay and his family welcomed us very warm. Very friendly and helpful people. It was our first stop to start the lycian way and he gave us good advice. Staying reachable even during our hiking trip. Great start of our adventure!

Incredible hostel!!! We received a very warm welcome from Kubilay and we truly felt at home in this hostel!! We found there was just the right number of beds, and we didn't feel crowded at all. A traditional Turkish breakfast service is offered by Kubilay and his family; this experience is fantastic, and the hosts took great care of us throughout our stay ☺️ The hostel is well located, with numerous shuttle services to hiking trails and beaches around Fetihye. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was amazing! It felt more like a homestay than a hostel which was lovely between the home hospitality between Kubilay and his family. I hope one day to return!

Kubilay was very helpful, friendly, and hospitable. He was also immediately willing to give us more information about The Lycian Way that we were going to walk. It was clear that he knew a lot about it as well. The bedrooms and kitchen are clean. This was an excellent experience! Highly recommended!

A short but sweet stay! We stayed here in Fethiye prior to starting the Lycian Way walk. Doğan, one of the hostel managers took the time to help us with all our questions about the hike and gave a tonne of recommendations! We wish we could’ve stayed longer, this hostel was very homely and a great base for visiting the National Park, town, beaches and markets. I strongly recommend you stay at this hostel during your stay in Fethiye ❤️

Was the best Hostel I've ever visited. I can really recommend the breakfast even though it costs extra it's totally worth it.

I’ll try to be objective. The hostel is quite far from everything, but it’s in a really nice and quiet neighborhood. It has a good atmosphere and it’s quite easy to meet people in the common areas. The downside is that I couldn’t find a quiet place to work on my laptop. The bathroom and the room are okay — no luxury, but they have the basics.
