Idk it was alright, the placement was good but rooms are small. Bathroom was nice and clean. No one in the reception tho, so i didnt really understand what i was supposed to do when i arrived.

When me and my girlfriend arrived, there was no one at the reception (we arrived at a normal time). However, there was a note at the desk with a number we should call. The person at the other end instantly asked for photos of our passports by WhatsApp (we refused). He also told us our room number and that the keys where in our room. The entire situation did not make us feel secure. We didnt see any staff during our stay, the front door was never locked either. The room was fine though.

Nice facilities, fine place to stay. Not social. My bathroom smelled kinda bad and part of the room experience was hearing jungle noises about every 30 min??

Would not reccomend for solo female travellers. Cons: No staff on site and the building door is not locked until 11pm. there were random men walking in from the street on my first night. No kettle or microwave, no social atmosphere. Pros: Staff respond quickly to calls or emails, convienient location, I enjoyed the ocean view from my room.

No reception, cash only, dirty and smelly room, doors stayed open and just felt entirely unprofessional and weird.

Es war sauber u die Reservierungen haben geklappt. Lage an einer großen, lauten Uferstrasse; wurde schon mal erwähnt- ist wirklich so. Günstig wenn man eine frühe Fähre erwischen möchte. Rezeption ist anscheinend oft nicht besetzt, wenn man ankommt, muss man jemanden anrufen, der einem die Details erklärt; bzw die sehr nette Reinigungskraft hat das für uns erledigt. Da es niemanden vor Ort gab, der sich gekümmert hat, gab es auch keine Atmosphäre. Für 2 Nächte ok, aber eher nicht w...

There was 5 of on 2 bunk beds because staff doesn’t check rooms or check in. We didn’t have much outside light in our room because of the small windows. And it was really cold in the bedroom because of the AC. But it was in a good location and the price is good.

Pas croisés de staff en 2 jours. Reçu les instructions de check-in par email mais n'avions pas vu et avons toqué à la seule porte d'où vennaient des voix, sans aucune réponse. Qu'il n'y ait personne n'est pas rassurant car notre voisin de chambre criait et frappait dans les meubles la nuit et avec personne pour intervenir en cas de soucis sur le moment. Le gérant répond par whatsap. La porte d'entrée est ouverte h24. On a payé cash dans une boîte aux lettres, pas de reçu ou preuve...

Good location and we had a comfortable ennsuite private room with view of the harbour and 2 minutes from the old Roman forum. Huge thunderstorm on the evening we arrived but otherwise hot and sunny to explore an interesting city. Kitchen is very basic and disappointing. Not even a kettle. Staff are friendly but only there an hour each day so it is very DIY. Payment expected in cash but we negotiated for PayPal. Nice bakery 3 doors away.

Sicherheit einen Stern weniger da die Türen unten immer offen waren. Atmosphäre einen Stern weniger wegen starker Geruchsbelästigung (Kloake) im EG. Die bunten Blumen an der Fassade muss man suchen, aber der Rest war für uns ok. Küche haben wir nicht gebraucht und können wir daher nicht bewerten.

L’hostel est magnifique, très propre et bien situé. J’ai passé un très bon moment à Pula. La chambre, en entre-sol, sans fenêtre, avait une odeur d’humidité persistante, aussi dans les parties communes. La salle de bain est dans la chambre, ce qui peut poser problème si certains sont peu respectueux (odeurs nocturnes). La climatisation efficace aide beaucoup. La gestion par WhatsApp est un peu étrange, mais ça marche bien.

The location is very nice, right next to the main square of the historic centrum. All facilities were very clean (but there wasn't almost any other visitors either). There wasn't reception at all and you had to contact the staff before arriving to get the check-in information. The door was also not locked whole day and evening which was bit strange considering that there wasn't any staff in the building. You also had to pay city tax and possible extra nights by cash in a mailbox without receipt

we stayed 4 beds room every thing was nice and clean only one thing which disturbed us was noise starting from 3 am. There was a bird or alarm something we really didn’t get it what was that anyway?

Good location in Pula, served well for one night. Interesting choice of ambient sounds with bird noises playing constantly but it added to the vibe somewhat. It's very good value and overall quite comfortable.

We had a great time at the hostel. We will surely come back at some point! Thank you so much! We had a lovely time

Brilliant location. Very quiet when I visited in early April. Nice common room and dining area. Kitchen only had one stove but there was also a microwave and kitchen utensils. Had four person dorm which was quite cramped and dark but the ensuite bathroom was good. Lockers and towels included in the price as well as aircon. No reading light and had the dawn chorus from what sounded like a menagerie behind us.

Very neat place! Located just around the corner from a very cute and historic square. Check in was simple, the staff were very helpful, and the hostel was very clean!

L’hôtel est propre, bien situé et à tout les équipements nécessaires, même des serviettes de douche. Juste il n’y a pas de contact avec un personnel et la porte d’entrée est toujours ouverte, ce qui peut ne pas être rassurant…

Très bonne surprise : accueil sans aucune complication, hostel et chambre aménagés avec beaucoup de soin ! Personnel et Tomislav, le gestionnaire du Pipistrelo, très aimables. Hostel se trouve dans le quartier où il fait bon vivre à Pula. Il était très appréciable d'avoir une cuisine à disposition pour boire un thé, un café et prendre son petit déjeuner (une excellente boulangerie se trouve à côté du Pipistrelo). Nous avons désormais notre adresse dans cette ville !

Petit Hostel sympa, mais sans personnel à la réception. La voie de communication avec le personnel était WhatsApp (un peu étrange, mais ça marche!) Le dortoir à 4 lits était propre mais un peu sombre. Les serviettes sont mises à disposition. Il y a aussi une cuisine bien équipée et des frigos.

Enjoyed ourselves cooking great food in a very quiet hostel - end of season

This place was amazing. We stayed for one night for the Andrea Bocelli concert. It's a great location and very charming building with a lot of character.
