Las Torres de Ugarte

On a séjourné 5 nuits dans cet hôtel, tout s'est super bien passé. Le staff est accueillant et super professionnel. Service 24h sur 24, dès qu'on avait une question, ils nous ont aidé. On est parti deux jours au Canyon, ils ont gardé nos bagages et quand on est arrivé, les sacs étaient déjà dans notre chambre. Excellent séjour si vous séjournez à Arequipa dans le centre.

It’s a good deal compared to staying in the oasis area, cheaper since it’s out of the way a bit. Biggest downside are it’s a hot room with no A/C, just fans, and the hotel is not walkable to anything. Had a good breakfast here and good wifi. Paid with cash.

Location was great, staff was incredibly kind and supportive, they packed twice my breakfast due to tours and early departure. The area and rooms super clean and brekfast varied and delicious. I highly recommend the hotel for an economical and pleasant stay.

We loved it here. Nice room, good shower. Cute vibes overall. The breakfast was decent. the front desk staff were beyond friendly and so helpful, we even got a birthday card from them!

Nice garden, with forty year old turtle! Very friendly staff. Great location, nice rooftop terrace. Room was small but very clean and had a nice bed en great dark curtains. Breakfast was oke and fairly extensive but could use more fresh products.

Staff exceptional, especially Angela at front desk. Very clean, safe, great location. Decent price. Fantastic breakfast!
