Bed Station Hostel & Pool Bar Hoi An

Run down and smelly. Social area dark and gloomy, my bed was dirty and room smelled like damp and cigarettes. Pool was so run down with rotting chairs with a sign next to it saying ‘Sorry we’re renovating our pool’. Of course no mention of this when booking. Except for the irritating hostel rep going into people’s dorms and spraying them with waterguns for Songkran (fine but in people’s beds come on?) in my 2 nights there, i got maybe 4 hours of sleep total. multiple people brought others into the room on both nights and werepretty loundly. people yelling and puking in the hallways at 3am 4am even though theres quiet time signage everywhere. worst hostel ive stayed in throughout all my travels tto 20+ countries. the hallways constantly smell of cigarettes and weed, common area tables are sticky and disgusting. pure party hostel for people who dont care about hygiene or sleep

The door to my room wouldn’t close properly, which made me feel unsafe. The bathrooms constantly smelled like sewage, and I ended up getting bedbugs. The only activities offered were nightly pub crawls — nothing beyond just getting drunk. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were kind and polite. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hostel.

Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. I got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet and ended up in hospital for 4 days. The staff are nice but that doesn’t make up for the damp bedrooms, grimy bathrooms and hospital stay!

This place its chaotic, you can hear everyone really drunk the whole night, so be prepare to stay awake all the night, staff doesn't care about it and dont put limits on people to.go around screaming, facilities are disgusting, shower and toilet smells really bad, Beds are really uncomfortable and noisy and mine had apparently Viet mosquitoes or bed bugs so I got bites the whole night while I was trying to sleep,this ruined my holidays as I was itchy as hell! stay somewhere else!!

The Hostel was alright if you're looking for mediocre events with about 8-10 people. During the time I stayed it was too empty to really qualify as a party hostel. The location is quite far off (20 min by foot) of the old town and there're no free bikes unlike with most other Hostels around it which makes the transfer annoying. I would recommend investing some more into a cooking class and not buying it through the Hostel as the food was quite bland and the guide was not really welcoming.

Location is okay and the breakfast was nice. The beds on the other hand were horrible. Extremely hard and not comfortable at all. Worst beds I’ve ever slept in

Don’t stay, i’m so ill from the air conditioning. I woke up multiple times during the night and could feel it effecting me and now i’ve been bedbound for the last few days with headache, dizzyness, cough, fever. security not good and very loud

Friendly hostel with a lot of activities running every evening/night, beer pong, pub crawl, pub quiz, karaoke, card games, where you can socialise and met amazing people. Also an amazing swimming pool area for the hot days. The staff is kind and is always up to help. The rooms and toilets are always clean, they give you free towel and a buffet breakfast every morning, with an egg station, fruit, salad, toast, fried rice and other hot dishes. I'd definitely come back my next time in Hoi An!

Great hostel. Good if you like to party

Definitely catered towards the 18-21 crowd. Super loud from events almost every night, which was just 18 year olds playing beer pong. The noise carries through the entire hostel. I got a private for two nights but the walls were so thin I could hear full conversations from the room next to mine. Then moved to a dorm for one night and it was genuinely one of the hardest beds I’ve ever slept on. Besides this, staff was very kind & helpful.

I initially booked 3 night, but then read some reviews and was worried I’d made a mistake so at check in I asked only to stay for 2. Well I ended up staying for 5. The staff at reception are so lovely and work really hard. The hostel is about 20 minute walk away from the night life but has loads of nice cafes and restaurants near by. I already knew people and went out at night so I can’t really comment on how easy it was to socialise but the nightly events looked fun from what I seen.

One of our favourite hostels so far! The staff were so welcoming, especially Tom, Suong and Hien. The rooms were nice and clean with properly working air con and good facilities. We would definitely stay here again! Especially for the tasty food and cheap drinks.

Just stayed for one night and it was so fun! I love all of the staff and the party aspect was also great as there is a free Bus into old town every night! I made a lot of new friends given how inclusive the nights out were and how friendly everyone was.
