Amazing hostel, Ernest and his team work hard to make sure that everyone is having a great time. There are daily activities and always something going on in the evenings (drinking is not mandatory - I don’t drink and still had a good time). They also have really good tips and recommendations for all kinds of places around the town. Rooms and common areas are very clean, beds are super comfy. The hostel attracts different backpacker crowd - not your usual 18yo party kids:)

Wirklich eine perfekte Hostel Erfahrung. Hab mich von der ersten Sekunde super wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber, es gibt wirklich tolle Gemeinschaftsräume, es ist sehr sozial und das Personal ist super toll und hilfsbereit! Lage ist auch perfekt. Würde ich jedes einzelne Mal wieder buchen, wenn ich nach Hoi An komme :)

I loved staying at Snapstay hostel! Everything about the hostel was so well organized and Ernest clearly loves the place and the people in it. The atmosphere at the hostel was very social and there was always something fun to do, but I never had to worry about being woken up at night by partygoers. The bunk beds were nice and sturdy and I slept through the night - a rare occurrence for me at hostels. I'll definitely come back if I'm back in Hoi An!

Snapstay is truly a special place. The staff are incredibly humble and make sure you truly experience the best of the town and life here. I only wish I could have stayed longer! A massive shout-out to Ernest for building such a gem. 🙌

Genuinely the best. Ernest and the team were amazing. Welcoming and always created a social atmosphere with events going on everyday. The team has thought of everything to make your stay in Hoi an so good. Very social and you can also chill as well. Ernest genuinely cares about everyone who comes to the hostel. The security guard didn’t come one night and he stayed up all night to look after the place himself.

Honestly the best Hostel that I have stayed in! It's really social and it fells like a big family. Ernest by far the best host that I had and is such an amazing Person doing everything with so much passion! They have every day a different activity in the afternoon, so it's really easy to connect with people. I even extended my stay and I even wanted to stay longer, because I had the best time of my entire Trip! I will definitely stay here the next time.

Loved it was intended for a more mature age group but didnt chanfe the fact its perfect for anyone who is just tired of excessive partying and wants to have actual meaningful conversation and connection and we still did party if you wanted but it was not forced upon you

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this hostel is. Ernest goes out of his way to learn everyone’s name and ensure the hostel activities represent the interests of the people staying there. We requested pickleball and he prioritized offering it while we were there! The amount of lovely people we met staying here was truly unmatched. I am so grateful we chose SnapStay because it transformed not just our Hoi An experience, but our Vietnam experience. Staying here was the best

A great hostel recommendation in Hanoi! Awesome rooms (dorm room). The rooftop terrace with a small pool is also fantastic, and there are free exercise mats available! But what impressed us the most were Ernest and his team—they’re so friendly. They immediately give you tons of information, including restaurant recommendations and evening activities, and even send it to you via WhatsApp! You absolutely have to book here!
