Great infrastructure but gotta say that staff was quite rude and it was not the cleanest hostel ever. Not very social either!

- La piscina estava molt bruta i els lavabos també, l’habitació feia molt mala olor!
+ Buen ambiente y céntrico.
- El colchón hace años que se debería haber cambiado. Se notaban los hierros y el consiguiente dolor de espalda al día siguiente cuando decidí irme a mi casa para poder descansar de verdad. Te meten un 5% al precio si pagas con tarjeta, a pesar de reservar con Booking, con lo que tendré que reclamar a la plataforma.
The hostel itself is a great house with nice facilities. The dorms are very very warm and just hab vens but no AC. Breakfast is affordable and free water is good. We booked a tour there and they didn't sign us up so we had to ask again. also the stuff didn't Really help us with some issues we had in the hostel like ants in the room or a change of bed. atmosphere was quite unsocial there. i think you can find better hostels for a cheaper price.

- I had to pay more because I used my local card, according to the Law here in Nic it is against the Law, at least for Local tourists. I would have appreciated to be informed before in my reservation to simply choose another place or be ready with Cash.
I would not book this hostel again. AC was turned on only after 9 pm and I was staying in a 10 bed the AC did not reach my bed. They left the doors open during the day and all mosquitoes were happily welcome. The tap in the bathroom was broken, no water running. In gerneral the rooms / bathroom needs a renovation. My locker was broken too, had to use a different one. Positive: Breakfast for little money.

We wouldn’t stay here again, the dorms are extremely basic, no curtains, plug sockets are next to the bottom bunk so can’t freely charge or use the plug sockets, noise of people in dorms seem to be a regular issue, it didn’t seem like a party hostel but seems to attract a mix of crowds.

I originally booked 2 nights in the dorm without AC in Poco a Poco. The hostel is really nice, however the humidity and temperature without an AC was barely tolerable in mid May, it was even hotter than in other places I stayed at. So I upgraded to an AC dorm in the junior sister hostel across the street, which was perfect, more quiet and emptier. I would definitely recommend booking the junior hostel if you want a good night's sleep. Overall great experience, would come back any time.
Great hostel in the city center, with a fairly well-equipped kitchen and very clean. They also organize activities.

hostel très agréable, avec des espaces communs et des événements propices aux rencontres. AC dans la chambre, ce qui est fort appréciable. piscine des plus plaisantes et personnel trop sympa. on se sent en sécurité et on peut facilement organiser des tours depuis l’hostel. il y a meme des cordes à linge et un service de lessive pas cher à côté.
Great Hostel in a great location. The events were nice and good way to meet people! Originally had someone still in one of our bunks but staff quickly took care of it and cleaned the bunk. Nice pool and fun classes!

Mooi aangelegd en personeel receptie is top. Als dutchie kan je met betaallink betalen, mooi meegenomen. Op sociaal vlak zouden ze misschien gebaat zijn bij vrijwilligers om activiteiten wat meer leven in te blazen.
The reception is very nice and the staff is very nice. as a dutch you can pay with a pay link, nice meegenomen. on a social level they might be useful with volunteers to light up more lively activities.
Hermoso hostel, espacios muy lindos y limpios. Personal que prepara el desayuno poco amable y servicial, se quedaron sin una de las opciones y CERO flexibilidad y disposición para ofrecer algo intermedio. Se lo comenté en el momento y no tuvo intención de solucionar el tema. La actitud lo es todo y esta actitud fue malísima. El resto todo perfecto.
Beautiful hostel, very nice and clean spaces. the staff who prepare the breakfast unfriendly and helpful, they were left without one of the options and ZERO flexibility and willingness to offer something in between. i commented on it at the time and had no intention of solving the issue. the attitude is everything and this attitude was terrible. the rest everything perfect.
Top hostel! Parfait pour passer une journée à chill, en plein centre ville pour visiter ou commodités, le personnel se tient à votre disposition pour tout renseignements. C'est propre et nettoyé régulièrement. Activités disponible à la réception, on vient vous chercher directement à l'hôtel. Il y a de l'espace pour tout le monde.
Perfect for spending a day chilling, right in the city centre for sightseeing or amenities, the staff is at your disposal for any information. It is clean and cleaned regularly. Activities available at the reception, we pick you up directly from the hotel. There is room for everyone.
Nice clean place. Great staff. Good breakfast choice of 3. Dorm rooms A&B have no aircon and get really hot. Many fans to keep you cool. They are next to the road so traffic noise is an issue. Nice little dunk pool to cool in the heat of the day. Only a short walk to the city centre and markets. I would stay again

+ The bed was very comfortable and the private room with bathroom was spacious. There were many seating areas outside and the pool was great to beet the heat. The location is perfectly located in town but still quiet. The 11pm silence rule was kept to which was very important as we had to get up early for work. The hostel was clean, and both kitchens were well equipped. The little Poco a Poco Junior across the street was also cute and a little more peaceful for cooking. There were social activities every night, lots of info and support with travels - even though we didnt need any of this as we were only stopping for two nights and working remotely in the day. Calm vibes in the day and good wifi.
- Our fan made some occasional clicking sounds which was irritating at night. Probably a loose screw. And after the first night the drains smelt a little bad in the private bathroom - so unless used regularly I guess a smell builds up.
Solid hostel with an awesome vibe. The place itself is great, but the staff are the real legends here, super friendly and helped me sort out all my tours and attractions. Definitely a good spot to stay

The place is awesome and the staff is truly amazing and always ready to help. It was too warm in the room on the first night, they fixed it the next, the lightbulb burned out in the bathroom, fixed it in 2 minutes! The pool is small but so, soooo perfect! Beds are comfy and the place is clean enough (very clean for a hostel!). Tacos night was a great get together. Only annoying thing was that the water sometimes worked in some bathrooms and not in the others, with an unpredictable pattern!
Great hostel with great customer service! The people there were very friendly and helpful with everything I needed. The hostel has many activities, even though it doesn't feel like a party hostel, so you will be able to rest and at the same time get to know the city and great activities around with them or by yourself. Definitely would recommend, and I'll come back if I come to Leon again.
