really bad value for money! we wanted to stay somewhere nicer for a change so forked out the money and it was beyond not worth the price. our main issue was we had a cold shower for three days even after flagging it with staff every day. wouldn’t recommend

Shower water absolutely reeked of eggs. The bed was nice and comfy. If you want to stay in a nightclub then this is the hostel for you I guess

evie was the bestttt hostel rep!! we loved her, although we thought it was not good value for money and the facilities were poor.

Overall very disappointing and I would avoid here. There was a known problem with smells from the drains in the bathroom off the room when checked in and multiple rooms too had issues. Nothing was said to me even when had checked in. I along with others in the room ending up having to leave early as the smell was vile and so bad after the shower had been used a few times. Luckily could still get another hostel nearby. Overall the place is extremely overpriced for what it is.

The reception team and volunteers were great, but the water from the showers and taps STANK of raw sewage. You would come out the shower smelling worse than before. If you stay here, make sure you’ve got access to a dive centre with a shower or a friend at a different hostel, so you can wash yourself in water that doesn’t smell like it’s come fresh from the bladder of an elephant. First hostel I’ve stayed in without free/cheap drinking water either but the vibes are great in the evening...

L’hostel est petit et tres sale… le sol l’est également alors que nous sommes obligés de monter dans les chambres en laissant les chaussures à l’accueil. De plus, l’eau puait les égouts Pas d’espace pour ranger les affaires, pas de jardins/espace chill. Très cher pour ce que c’est. J’ai déjà fait d’autres Nomads qui étaient vraiment cool mais pas celui-ci, qui est de loin le pire hostel que j’ai fait. D’autres hostel ou hôtel sont bien mieux pour le même prix voi...

Dégoûtée de mon séjour! Odeur des égouts chaque jour dans la salle de bain, l’eau pue c’est insupportable. On ne sait pas si on ressort de la douche plus propre qu’en y rentrant. Problème qui affecte tous les dortoirs depuis longtemps. Les dortoirs sont sales et vétustes, on est entassés avec très peu de place pour nos affaires. 38€ la nuit ? dirtiest place i have ever slept in 😭 bathrooms are always wet from the shower, no shoe policy but the carpet is dirty like i couldn’t not wear my shoes

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in Thailand. Not to mention Alexe and Kimi who were just so lovely and made our time incredibly memorable. Big shoutout #bestnomadscrew

Alexse and kimi were some of the best people to be around. Their hospitality brought us back to Koh Tao from Koh samui. Keep it up! You’re doing amazing.

The staff were class especially on the boat trip where we had Hannah Michael and Alex, really social hostel in the best location possible - could do with non see through curtains in the bunks

Dylan was a hero, couldn’t ask for a better bloke. Plus is northen which helps a bit.

Amazing hostel with great vibes, comfortable rooms and all the reps were so welcoming and approachable - in particular, willow hannah and Michael were so great in the evening events and tours. Would 10/10 recommend!

Had an unreal stay at Nomads. Huge shoutout to Alekse for making the experience even better — super friendly, helpful, and brought great energy the whole time. Made it really easy to meet people and feel welcomed from day one. Hostel had a great vibe, clean rooms, and the events they had everyday were perfect for meeting people and before nights out. Would definitely stay again.

Very fun party hostel to be at, including interactive events every night. Their hospitality was very warm, a special thank you to the reps. Antonio, Willow, Kimi, Sitt and Tee for being so welcoming and helpful our entire stay! Boat tour day was amazing thanks to Alex definitely our funnest day!

I had a really good stay here, the staff is amazing and the beds are great as well. The only thing that was missing was a chill area downstairs with some couches, the chairs there were quite uncomfortable. Also the water didn't always work, which can be very frustrating. The drinks weren't that expensive and they had good deals at happy hour everyday. Very good if you want to party.

Overall had a pretty good stay at Nomads. One of the reps, Kizzy, was really amazing with us. She really went above and beyond on our jungle tour and island trips and she was so much fun to hang out with!

Had a great stay. Ended up coming back later in the week. Staff were great especially Kizzy giving me great recommendations for the island and checking how I found them leading to great atmosphere . Rooms were nice and cold and the hostel is in a great location

Nicest staff ever! Specifically Mona with management, who was there to help with some accommodation & Alex, one of the reps, who went above and beyond during one of the snorkeling tours she led— making sure I was comfortable and that everyone was having a good time. She was a highlight! If your top priority is party while in Koh Tao, you’ll be happy to stay here— otherwise, I’d recommend somewhere closer to the pier with a diff crowd/vibe.
