- Lo primero, está en muy mala zona de Ciudad de Guatemala, los Uber que nos recogieron y nos dejaron nos dijeron que era una zona peligrosa en la que había bandas latinas. Para continuar, la persona que no hizo el check in estaba fumada, la cocina súper sucia, el baño sin agua caliente y asqueroso y las toallas que ofrecían ni te quiero contar. Por no hablar de la inseguridad que nos produjo quedarnos ahí porque el ambiente era muy raro, y que llegaron huéspedes a las 23:00 pm de la noche, que creo que ya no son horas de molestar. No recomendaría bajo ningún concepto.

- cocina sucia con cucarachas, baño siempre sucio, hay dos voluntarios que no hacen nada y uno de los dueños "Jeff" también es asqueroso y es una zona peligrosa, no lo recomiendo
Lamentablemente el alojamiento nada tiene que ver con los comentarios y fotos. Nos encontramos con un lugar totalmente sucio y descuidado, sin agua caliente y con las camas en un estado inaceptable para dormir.
Unfortunately the accommodation has nothing to do with the comments and photos. we found ourselves in a totally dirty and neglected place, with no hot water and with the beds in an unacceptable state for sleeping.
The shower didn’t work (there was only a bucket, and it hadn’t worked in four days). I was not warned beforehand nor was offered compensation. Good atmosphere, but definitely needs a lot of work.

The hostel was a mess. There was only 1 bathroom for over 10 people and it was absolutely disgusting. Evidently it is not cleaned as there were hairs on the toilet and sink, alongside loads of bugs.
Auberge mal entretenue, la chambre dortoir à une odeur de saleté et d'humidité qui imprègne les draps, la salle de bain est salle, la cuisine sur le toit a des cafards dans les placards et il faut slalomer entre les tentes des personnes victime du surbooking qui dorment sur le toit terrasse, là où l'on cuisine et mange.
The hostel is poorly maintained, the dorm room smells of dirt and moisture that permeates the sheets, the bathroom is a living room, the kitchen on the roof has cockroaches in the closets and you have to slalom between the tents of the people who are victims of overbooking who sleep on the roof terrace, where you cook and eat.

I like the friendly hosts, good location and friendly atmosphere :) everything else is very shabby but i enjoyed staying here

- Construction noise on the shower upstairs & a non-functioning shower head downstairs were kind of a bummer, but overall it was a pleasant stay.
I think maybe some maintenance of the funiture would be good (like changing the sofa and the pillows upstairs on the balcony) - right now it wasn’t too tempting sitting down to relax. Also there’s a corner where you can leave things you don’t need, which is great, but there were old toothbrushes and garbage on it. The vibe is a bit weird as it seems like people have moved in there, there’s even someone sleeping on the couch at night. And people were smoking a lot of weed. Owner is very k...

+ Lo staff è super cordiale e mi ha supportato in varie richieste, davvero gentili e anche la struttura delle camere è ben pensata!
- Non hanno avvisato prima che dal giovedi al sabato c'è musica fino alle 3am, lo dicono durante il check in ma è troppo tardi perché comunque pagheresti i costi di prenotazione etc...

L’auberge est conforme à l’annonce. Ce n’est pas la plus équipée ni la plus clean mais ça fait tout à fait l’affaire si vous devez prendre l’avion. Le personnel est très sympathique. Malheureusement pour moi, l’homme qui dormait dans ma chambre sentait très fort le tabac froid et vivait visiblement ici depuis longtemps…
The hostel is in accordance with the advert. it is not the most equipped nor the cleanest but it is perfectly suited if you have to take the plane. the staff is very friendly. unfortunately for me, the man who slept in my room had a very strong cold tobacco smell and had visibly lived here for a long time...
