We had a great experience in Senate Hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpfull and were a big help so we could enjoy the city more. It has an amazing location, in walking distance from everything we needed and the main tourist attractions. Everything was really clean and neat. Perfectly located place. Ideal for a night or up to 2. Price pretty good comparing the other places in surroundings. That’s the end of positives, because rooms are ugly, equipment is old fashioned, mixed to fit. Booked, for transit. In my opinion, that property should fall under hostel not the hotel. There is shared kitchen, 1 shower and 1 toilet for 10 rooms. Rooms on the 5th floor of the tenement house, where is ancient elevator.

Very nice location, and the room was very warm, cozy, clean and decently big. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that has shared shower but honestly I can’t tell the difference. The bathroom was very clean with quite a bit of a space, and even though it’s shared, I never had to wait for it or anything, same with the washroom, both equipped with toilet paper and tissue paper. 部屋は古く、そこまで綺麗ではないが、広さがある。スタッフはフレンドリー。立地はとても良い。室内に水道があるのはとても良い。バストイレは共用で、壁が薄く音が少し聞こえる。あと6€ほど安ければ星5かな。

I stayed in a private room with a shared bathroom. Everything was clean, functional, and in good condition. The location was great and made it easy to get around. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Sophia was great. Made me feel very welcome. Lots of character to the place and the old wooden elevator is a gas! That 10€ pergolas of laundry is highway robbery.

Super cozy place and friendly staff in a central location. We immediately felt at home.

Awful service, stay anywhere but here

Great location, very nice employees, only one shower and two WC for maybe 6-10 rooms. The hotel is on the fifth floor of an old building and the rooms are showing their age. Honestly, don’t expect the Ritz-Carlton, or even a Hilton, for this price. If you’re a budget-minded traveler who values location and cost over amenities, it’s a good option.

Made a reservation for the wrong date that would be in one month and requested to cancel it on the very same day and they didn't want to cancel my reservation and just declined my request. What kind of business is this?

We have regretted booking this accommodation. Rooms have no private bathroom and not private WC. There were just 1 WC and 1 Shower available for at least 10 rooms. Rooms need a major renovation, this is a hostel and not a Hotel. Positive was the very friendly worker during the check and the location.

Endroit sympas. Très bien accueilli. Très bien dormi. Parfaitement bien placé Rapport qualité prix excellent!
