+ It was a pure disappointment
- Staff was just terrible.
- Your representative emailed me saying there was bike storage - there is no such thing at this location. The host was helpful and let me know this is an issue with poor communication coming from booking.com and not the hostel itself (which was great). Don't lie to customers.
+ Nice place. Great stuff. Perfect location. Can’t sleep all night due to people snoring. Booked two night but checked out next day and booked a hotel in Calgary in order to have a good sleep

En réservant un hostel à Banff nous pensions être dans la ville, le titre de l’hostel est très trompeur, elle se trouve en fait à 32 minutes ! L’auberge fait presque peur quand on arrive, il y fait très très froid. Le peu de photos sur l’annonce fait que l’on ne sait pas à quoi s’attendre et quand on arrive on est par conséquent très déçu. When booking a hostel in Banff we thought we were in town, the title of the hostel is very misleading, it is actually 32 minutes away! The hostel is almost scary when you arrive, it's very, very cold there. The few photos on the advert make you not know what to expect and when you arrive you are therefore very disappointed. The atmosphere is moody we chose not to stay at this hostel so we were uncomfortable, we had to find an alternative last minute.
I cancelled my booking prior to my stay but still I have been charged for the full amount even without staying. Was too tough to get someone on the line. was trying 24 before my stay, I even left a voice message but when someone answer it was over the time limit which they are given.

+ It is a youth hostel so it comes with all the positives of that. You can meet great people from all walks of life and you normally pay a reasonable price.
- It also comes with some negatives of being a youth hostel. Nosy people wanting to join in on conversations, uncomfortable bunk beds and the likes. We had to wait some time before someone was checking us in, and we found the check in process not particularly a warm welcome. For what was offered we found the price too high, even for a hostel.

+ Location is great, 20mins drive to Lake Louis ski resort. Two stoves, one fridge. The fireplace is awesome! If one guy would not be snoring all night, that would be even better.. take earplugs with you!

Perfect place isolated from the croad but still accessible for everything. I’ve been here 4 nights with my 13 years old son and he appreciate a lot. Cozy place, confortable and we meet nice travellers.
+ 캐나다 밴프 숙소가 너무 비싸서 고민하다가, 호스텔을 선택하게 되었습니다. 도미토리형 호스텔은 처음이라 걱정했는데, 생각보다 사람들도 다 조용하고, 깨끗해서 너무 잘 머물렀어요. 공유 주방도 이용할 수 있는데, 다 깨끗해서 안심하고 이용할 수 있었습니다. 숙소 비용에 비해 너무 좋은 서비스였습니다.
- 개별 콘센트가 없어서 거실에서 함께 충전을 해야 한다는 점, 방에는 난방이 나오지 않아 밤에 추웠어요. 이불을 뒤집어 쓰고 잤습니다.

+ Hostel super organizado e super limpo. O melhor hostel que eu já me hospedei na vida. A localização é perfeita. Excelente custo benefício, cozinha limpissima super top.

I enjoyed my stay in this clean and comfy hostel. It was kept warm with the cozy fireplace and chill atmosphere. The only thing is there aren't many outlets to charge your electronics, the plug in stations were packed with cell phones. Otherwise its a nice place and I would stay here again.
