If you have the chance to stay at this hostel, it's best to pass it up. They are dishonest and offer no solutions. During my stay, I requested several tours, all of which arrived late. Additionally, I booked a bus through them, but they overcharged me and never actually booked the bus, leaving me to sort it out myself. If you think this hostel or place is trustworthy, think again. Be careful.

The family running the hostel were friendly and you can’t expect 5* for the price you pay. However, bed sheets were dirty, bed was uncomfortable, no towel offered, noise from other rooms travelled very loudly.

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très sales malgré nos demandes de nettoyer la salle de bain. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude pour la douche. Pas de cuisine et la cuisine du restaurant pas propre. 4 lits dans 9m2 sans rideaux. Cependant bonne localisation

Was so hot and bugs everywhere. No AC, no mosquito nets. There was no glass in the windows and there was loud noise coming from outside the ‘windows’ until late. The blankets were so hot, thick and itchy. The bed itself was also super uncomfortable. Had to check out early and book somewhere else. There was barely any curtains letting loads of light from the street in. Location fine.

all the good reviews are just because they feel bad for the family.. 1. The offered drinking water is very disgusting, they don't clean the pot 2. You can't use the kitchen and it's very dirty 3. rooms need a renovation, old and dirty 4. no AC 5. at 11pm the receptionist was annoying me that I have to show him that I payed and I did but he was still knocking on my door 5. family had a fight in the middle of the night.. it's also uncomfortable they are always around 6. no common area 7. pricy

The only good thing about this hostel is the location. It was so dirty and the bed was genuinely the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on my back hurt so much the next day. The toilet bin was overflowing with dirty tissues and the shower was so dirty with loads of cockroaches. It was so hot and there’s was only one tiny fan in the room between 3 people. It’s also not a social hostel at all.

Hätten wir die Wahl gehabt, hätten wir ein anderes Hostel genommen. Leider hat sich dies auch im Nachhinein bestätigt. Jeder hatte zwar ein größeres Bett für sich, diese waren aber super durchgelegen und unbequem (man hat jede Feder der Matratze gemerkt). Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, Wertsachen einzuschließen und auch die Zimmer werden nicht abgeschlossen. Es gibt pro Etage nur ein Bad mit Dusche für ca. 12 Personen. Das Frühstück im "Restaurant" (nicht im Preis inbegriffen) war ganz gu...

There are no locks on the doors and only cold water, with no air conditioning no mosquito screens or nets on the bed. Other hostels the same price on the island have air conditioning, pools and friendlier staff. I walked out a day early with all my things and no-one even noticed.

Absolut Renovierungs bedürftig . Personal sehr nett . Kein Schliessfach für bagpack nur ein kleines Fach für Wertsachen . Matratze alt und die Federn zu merken . Sauberkeit ok

You can find better elsewhere. Flores is hot and the fans provided don’t really cut it. The children they have working the front desk are nice but don’t give a great sense of security.

Really sweet family-run hostel. Immaculate service from everybody - super friendly, kind and attentive. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and simple, had what you needed, no frills but it was perfect for me. Nice chilled energy, great location, terrace up top has lovely views and is a nice spot to chill, cold beer, what more could you want 😁

Hostel ist in sehr guter Lage, die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und es war sehr sauber. Leider gibt es keine Küche zum Kochen, das hat uns ein bisschen gefehlt. Ansonsten auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

Muito bem localizado, ótimo atendimento e pode comprar lá passeios como para tikal. A cama boa, lugar é quente. Bom custo benefício.

Lovely family ran hostel! They let me check in early when I arrived with night bus and kindly helped me with anything I wanted to do in the kitchen. Nice rooftop, great location on the island. Clean! Highly recommend!

You pay for what you get! Lovely terrsace… bar etc Young owners.. very friendly! Limited English spoken

Overall basic but okay

Staff was nice, room had a fan for each bed, the shower was a little iffy and the water ran out a couple times which was fixed first thing in the morning. Overall wasn't bad but nothing spectacular. But for the price I'd definitely stay there again. I give it a straight 8.

Overall we had a good stay here, it’s a great location and good value. Free towels and filtered water. The shower in the 4 bed mixed dorm wasn’t great, the shower head is completely green and the jets are blocked. It needs to be replaced badly. Everything else was fine.

A family run hostel with loverly staff. if you want your money to go to a local family run business then look no further facilities werent amazing but a great hostel.

This is a small, family run hostel. The family is lovely. It's pretty quiet (not a party hostel). No locks on the dorm doors, but they have lockers for valuables. Pretty basic but suited us.

This hostel was nice enough but nothing spectacular. There was no kitchen so keep this in mind however the chef kindly let us use the kitchen on our first night which was super sweet of him. The hotel itself isn't super clean and it is quite loud in the evenings. There were some lockers but they didn't feel super secure. The location is great and central on Flores and the prices are fair but overall very basic.

Très bien pour loger sur flores à 2 min à pieds de l station de bus pour les autres destinations. Je recommande pour 1/2 nuits max

Very comfortable and quiet family owned hostel in Flores. The rooftop was very quaint and peaceful and provides a good break from some louder hostels in the area.

Good people and good valué for price paid

Overall nice stay night before getting to the airport. Nice and central and really reasonable for the price. Staff were very friendly and the terrace bar has amazing views! Got a bit hot at night but overall great place!

Nice staff were really helpful when booking a shuttle to Belize. Good location on the island. There wasn’t many other travelers here
