- Ich konnte nicht einchecken, weil die Rezeption meine Zimmer nummer nicht hatte und musste mir um 5 uhr morgens nach einem langen flug kurzfristig ein hotel organisieren. + ich hab dann nicht mal eine Rückerstattung erhalten.

- Awful experience with The Hive Apartments. The apartment was filthy. Mould in the bathroom, stains on the chair and coffee stains in the kitchen, rotten smell in the bedroom with half pulled off sticky tape on windows, the water from the machine ran out. THEY WILL TRY AND CHEAT YOU ON THE PARKING ......BEWARE!!!! generally a very bad experience.

- No bathroom mats no kitchen towels damp in a bathroom no heater no mattresses for sofa bed even though it was requested as it was very cold

- Останавливались в отеле с 5 по 9 декабря, проживало 3 человека - эта информация была указана ещё на этапе бронирования и регистрации. После заселения столкнулись с рядом серьёзных проблем. В ванной комнате протекала труба под раковиной - вода сразу лилась на пол, пользоваться ванной было невозможно. Проблему устранили только спустя сутки после многочисленных обращений, когда наконец прислали техническую службу. Кроме того, на трёх гостей было предоставлено всего одно одеяло. Мы неоднократно писали и просили принести дополнительные одеяла и полотенца, однако первые сутки был полный игнор. Через сутки полотенца всё-таки принесли, но вопрос с одеялами так и не был решён, на троих гостей осталось одно одеяло 🤦🏻‍♀️ Уровень сервиса крайне низкий и абсолютно не соответствует высокой стоимости проживания.

+ This property has been a very disappointing experience. The information they provide is inaccurate, especially regarding parking, which caused me financial loss. Management does not assist or take responsibility. I would not recommend living here.

- This property is not clean, the environment feels dirty, and the standards are very low. It’s simply not a good place to live.

+ The apartment was fully furnished, clean, and easily accessible. The host was very welcoming and accommodated my request for a baby cot at short notice. The view was excellent, and overall it offered a luxurious stay at a budget-friendly price.

+ Very clean and super cozy. Had everything you could need appliance- and toiletry-wise. Bed was very comfortable!

- A little cold and the AC didn’t adjust to the set temperature but warm clothes and a blanket was just fine.

+ Location- amazing Mall, best parks, pool, gym, kitchen with coffee machine everything is amazing.

- WiFi wasn't working, when contacted the agent they didn't do anything... it was crucial for us since we are working remotely Gym access, cards wasn't provided, when contacted agent, was told that receptionist will arrange access, but they didn't, security was busy no kne open the gym door. Everything was excellent except the service provided by admin. Also parking space number provided in the message is different that was provided by receptionist
