+ Good attitude from staffs
- First no power for AC, which we specifically checked during booking procedure. Then no water in the evening for short time but no water in the morning! The water is very salty, feeling without right water treatment!

- Not my scene. It didn’t say it was more of a hostel than a hotel.
- Servizio pessimo, informazioni poco chiare sulle prenotazioni, disorganizzazione, personale totalmente impreparato e non professionale. La camera non è affatto insonorizzata, mentre ero a letto sentivo persone tossire come se ce le avessi affianco. Per fortuna sono dovuta rimanere solo una notte. La mattina sono scesa nella zona colazioni alle 10:03 e il personale mi informa che la colazione era fino alle 10:00 e che quindi non era possibile riceverla. Parlano tra di loro in spagnolo commentando la cosa in malo modo pensando di non essere capiti. Purtroppo per loro capisco lo spagnolo. Zero professionalità. La sera prima purtroppo essendo molto stanca e avendo avuto problemi con la prenotazione, non avevo controllato l’orario. Lascio perdere la loro brutta figura, faccio finta di non aver capito ciò che si erano detti e chiedo se era possibile avere solo un caffè. Mi rispondono di no e anche in maniera seccata. Esperienza disastrosa. Sconsiglio totalmente. Soprattutto a ragazze che viaggiano sole. L’entrata è molto buia in una strada secondaria.

+ Die Lage. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich. Das war aber auch schon alles, was gefallen hat.
- Das Frühstück war extrem schlecht. Der Kaffee war angerührt und kalt. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig (man konnte das Gespräch der Nachbarn lauschen). Nachts Oropax erforderlich. Die Badewanne im Zimmer konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil sie voll Kalkbelag war. Zudem roch es im Zimmer nach Abfluss. Wir haben uns extrem unwohl gefühlt.
Absolutely awful. The dorms have BED BUGS. I checked three beds and all had bed bugs. The receptionist pretended he didn't understand when I explained about the bed bugs, even though I had photos. The female dorm is completely open like the rest of the dorms. The showers are disgustingly dirty and stink of damp. The toilets are out of the way with doors that are not completely sealed. The male night receptionist tried to nap in the female dorms, so weird. I wish I could give this hostel 0/10.
Si no fuera por las personas que atienden el lugar que son super amables dejaría un cero. Las camas del hostal tienen CHINCHES, encontramos más de cinco. El agua de la ducha y para lavarse los dientes no está limpia, es salada. Los baños huelen a humedad, la cortina de las camas se caía. Como dije al inicio si no fuera por la gente que atiende qué es un excelente equipo pondría cero, no puedo creer que en Tulum exista un hostal con Chinches, nos hemos quedado en muchos hostales y ninguno ...
+ Did not like anything about the property accept for the 1 person on reception Jerry. Who was the only one out of all staff who seemed sane and not intoxicated.
- Firstly we did not know that it was a hostel and not a hotel. Our room was too dark, gave a very negetive vibe, lots of mosquitos, no light near the wash basin and it smelled of puke in that area. The restroom toilet flush was occasionally working. The shower was leaking from every angle and it was an unpleasant experience to shower. The person who was making breakfast was under influence/drunk/high so the breakfast experience also felt unpleasant. The towels provided were like rags and the sheets had spots on them and residues of weed leaves/cannabis as i could clearly see them on sheets and towels. We basically wanted to just leave the hotel/hostel so we only came to sleep at night and left early in the morning.

- Canceló la reservación sin previo aviso, aún cuando llegamos antes del check in para confirmar. No sé hizo responsable por la cancelación, fue su error al programar mal las reservaciones. CUIDADO al reservar ahí, te puedes quedar sin reservación sin previo aviso. Lugar poco higiénico.

+ Très bon séjour dans un quartier populaire, authentique loin des grands hôtels occidentaux. Merci à l'équipe pour ses précieux conseils pour nous orienter lors de nos visites. Les plus: La chambre spacieuse, le frigo à disposition, les lieux collectifs accueillants. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.
+ The staff were fantastic and when we had early morning excursions, we could ask for some fruit to be left in the fridge since we would not be there for breakfast.
- The shower sprayed water everywhere in the bathroom so we had to put some extra towels down so we wouldn’t slip. It would have also been nice to have a mini fridge in the room, but we understand for how reasonably priced it was for the location.

+ Acolllidor, agradable i tranquil
- L'aigua de la dutxa raja molt fluix, l'aigua se'n surt de la mampara, tambe raja malament l'aigua de l'aixeta, les canonades estan taponades.
+ Accoglienza e disponibilità di Juan che ha fatto di tutto per suggerirmi al meglio attività e luoghi utili per il mio soggiorno. Persona gentile e simpatica.
- Mancanza di pulizia quotidiana della Camera essendo una camera privata e non condivisa con altre persone.

- Por poner alguna mejora, el chorro de la ducha sale demasiado flojo o demasiado fuerte no hay punto intermedio
+ Accueil chaleureux, emplacement proche des habitations des locaux et vous souhaitez découvrir le « vieux Tulum » ou du moins, le côté non touristique. Nous avons découvert des restaurants locaux très bon et pas chers. Nous conseillons de passer par l’application In Drive plutôt que les taxis, beaucoup moins cher (conseil du réceptionniste). Le personnel a été très chaleureux, le réceptionniste nous a proposé un programme pour une journée où deux.
- Très éloigné des lieux touristiques (la grande statue, la plage, le musée…) (Dommage que les plages étaient remplies de sargasses)
