I arrived there at around 5pm after mentioning in the reservation my time of arrival and there was nobody there to do the check in . Luckily I can speak Spanish and had a Mexican number so I could call and arrange to enter the hostal . The room was steaming hot and the owner on the phone told me that I would only access the a/c (which I payed for only by 10 pm onwards …. This place has a lot of potential but needs love. Beds in the room were not all made. Room was dirty. There was residue on the beds and all over the floor. No soap to wash hands or towels to dry them. Bathroom was okay. Pool was okay. Not super dirty but not clean. When they rent rooms you have options to get one with an AC or no AC which I don't quite understand as hot as it gets out there. Putting anyone in a room with no AC would be torture. AC is only on from 10 to 7am. To expensive.

Too expensive for what they provide. There is not that much hostels in Campeche, the property has only two bathroom for many many people overnighting there.

No events or social activities, so more of a place to sleep rather than hang out like other hostels - They have very cold AC but only on from 10pm to 7am. - The staff were around occasionally but for the most part the property is unattended. - The beds are triple bunks, but not bolted to the walls so very wobbly - There are small lockers for valuables only - They have a basic kitchen and fridge etc -A small pool but it wasn’t cleaned when we were there

Booked this hostel to use the kitchen & the pool, was able to use the kitchen but very dirty & ants everywhere. Pool unable to use as was so merky & dirty. Toilets were dirty and only 2 for the whole hostel. Beds has plastic covering on so really sweaty, AC was only put on at 9pm then switched off at 7am. Security really good & great location.

Zou hier niet nog eens verblijven. Het is niet normaal warm in het hostel en de airco gaat pas na 21:30 aan en gaat om 6:00 in de ochtend weer uit. De airco verkoelt amper de kamer om een beetje comfortabel te slapen. Daarnaast was er de hele dag niemand van het hostel aanwezig. Zoals te lezen in andere hostels zijn er maar 2 douche/toilet hokjes. Ook toen dus een op slot zat zonder dat er iemand in zat, duurde het lang voordat deze open ging omdat er dus niemand van het hostel aanwezig was.

2 bathroom for so many people (3 rooms of at least 9 people each) is unacceptable. There are standing fans in the rooms, good if you sleep at the bottom. For middle bed, you get nothing of the fan. Same for the plugs, no plugs near the bed, so you can either not charge or leave your phone somewhere hopping no one will steal it. No lockers in the room, makes the room messy. Little lockers provided at the reception. Overall ok and the place is pretty and clean, but 2 bathrooms is a big no for me

Assez peu de contacts, que ce soit avec le staff ou les voyageurs. Bel emplacement. Les extérieurs de l'auberge sont sympas et bien aménagés

Very simple beds and only fans in the room, no AC. Kitchen and other areas are better and within walking distance to the main sights. One staffmember would sit and speak loudly on his phone in common areas but the woman working was really helpful and nice.

In a good location - within walking distance to many local eateries as well as the seafront and pier (which btw is a great place for running and working out). Fabian & Magally are the friendly staff who look after the place and I had many conversations with both during my stay here of about 8 days. There is a pool also - but its more for bathing than swimming. You will pay extra for air conditioned room - about an extra 25-50MXN per night if I remember correctly. Satisfied overall. No complaints

El personal muy amable, solo tengo un comentario con respecto no se si sea el vigilante o la persona que cuida la noche. Prendió la tele a las 7 am y se puso a tocar la guitarra, si la tocará bien tal vez lo soportaría pero es malísimo tocando la guitarra y todo el ruido entra a la habitación, deberían colocar en otro lado la televisión o decirle que toque la guitarra en la terraza.

Un muy buen lugar para hospesarse en Campeche.100% recomendable.

Het hostel is heel gezellig en de ligging is perfect! Het personeel is vriendelijk maar doen niet echt veel. Hierdoor is het er vaak vuil en zijn sommige dingen niet in orde. Het zwembad is goed en de tuin zelf is heel gezellig!

Great atmosphere, the hostel makes it easy to get in touch with people. There were no staff the day In checked out, so It dont know the reason for that, but the staff I did meet was helpful and kind. Great location as well, real easy to go go for a stroll and find some museums or place to eat

Struttura coloniale con patio interno nel centro storico di Campeche all'interno delle mura storiche della città. Personale gentile e disponibile, stanze pulite e presenza di Locker e cucina.

I dreaded having to use this accommodation due to the many bad reviews but was positively surprised. I want to counter the most common criticism: "no one at the reception" - staff was often present. "lots of mosquitoes" - I had few, during the rain season, bats and birds seem to do their job (while it was hell in Merida). "no socket at the bed" - I had one. "door was closed" - not during the day and even the evening. "to hot" - during the summer you can still stay in the room 10am-3pm, but ...

sehr cool, schlafsaal waren am ende nur 8 betten, voll entspannt, nicht zu voll, super liebe leute die da arbeiten :) schließfächer mit schlüssel aber klimsanlsge muss vielleicht öfter mal gereinigt werden

Sehr schöner Innenhof mit kleinem Pool, Küche ist okay ausgestattet, das Personal war sehr freundlich, jedoch war bei unserer Anreise niemand an der Reception. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Bien située et agréable. Cuisine bien équipée, café à disposition. Il manque une clim dans les chambres et des rideaux aux lits. Sinon très bien

Je suis arrivée à 15h pour le check-in mais personne n’était là. Ce sont des clients de l’hostel qui m’ont dit de repasser à 16h parce que quelqu’un devait arriver. J’ai pu poser mon sac et je suis reparti. Je suis revenu à 17h, toujours personne mais cette fois la porte était fermée, j’ai encore attendu 20 minutes avant qu’on vienne m’ouvrir car il n’y a pas de sonnette.
