The worst hostel i have ever stayed in! The staff asked the same weird 3 questions over and over again and he stared the whole time I was outside the room at me! I mean without one second he kept his eyes on me. It was so weird! If I would have been a woman I would have definitely left after 1 hour. Despite that I was the only guest for a couple nights in the whole hostel. The bathroom was really dirty and full of mold. I would highly recommend everyone to not stay here!
there were bedbugs in several beds
this is one of the most expensive, yet worst hostels I’ve stayed at. The staff were very kind and helpful. The bathrooms were pretty dirty, there wasn’t even soap to wash your hands. The bathroom in my room did not lock. I ended up getting walked in on by a man when I was naked in the shower. For a mixed dorm, it is not okay that the bathrooms don’t lock and it’s such an easy solution. Location is far, grab drivers would often cancel if you want to go to beach. I recommend staying elsewh...
Booked a 4 bed room and was in a 6. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. Extremely expensive for what it is. No curtains on beds and they are very noisy. Staff didn’t take responsibility for any of the issues. Shame.
Shower curtain was very moldy, shower head was broken (and fixed poorly) and the bin was overflowing with dirty tissues. Some bunks had no plug socket, I woke up one day to find someone had come into my bed, unplugged my phone and put theirs in. I was also informed by a rather strange girl that she had the staff search my belongings to search for the AC remote, which turned out to be in a draw. The staff did this without my permission and denied doing it, things had been moved
The family, which runs this hostel, is friendly and kind. Still, when I was there, they didn’t take care of your rooms. The bathroom didn’t get cleaned once, we had to broom (clean) our room by yourself because it was just too dirty. The breakfast is super small (Toast and Egg). I left earlier because I didn’t want to stay longer. Overall I think it is super overpriced!!
I lost 400 euros in the hostel
Checkin only after 8pm (nothing offered in compensation ) Room and bathroom super dirty Mold everywhere in the bathroom and especially on the whole shower curtain Sink in the room didn’t work Always water on the floor in the bathroom because it can't drain properly Bed curtains are far too small (and there are none at the top), hardly any privacy No blankets, only thin sheets that are way too small for normal sized human beings Friendly staff but very limited English And many smalle...
The accommodation is more like a homestay than a hostel. At most times there were more hostel employees / home owners staying and sleeping there than guests. I'm also surprised that the hostel has received such good reviews so far. The bathroom smells horrible, the air conditioning doesn't work at all and the room is nothing but basic. The price is not justified. I paid less for much better accomodations in Bali.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Putu (the owner) and Kadek (the worker) really looked after us while we were here, going above and beyond. We visited in low season and very fortunately had this place to ourselves, but I can only imagine it is even more incredible in high season. Don’t be afraid of karaoke or BBQs if you stay here!
All staff were friendly and welcoming. Joined them in conversation daily and overall made us feel extremely at home. Would definitely stay here again
We had the best time at Parmilla Uluwatu. We were the first in after the renovation and it was such a nice and peaceful place. Nice cool rooms, very comfortable beds.. the staff were so friendly and helpful, we did karaoke with them one night and they drove to us when we needed help in Uluwatu. Would definitely recommend staying here!! Kadek and Kesha.. Thankyou!!!
So good kadek was lovely and so friendly would deffo come again
Staff absolutely lovely. So kind. Location really far out so have to get grab everywhere. Pool and kitchen available so can cook own food. Free tea and coffee. Spacious rooms
I lost 400 euros in the hostel
Perfect Hostel if you want quiet sleeps and a relaxed environment. Short scooter ride to the Uluwatu busy areas. Really honest, kind and helpful staff willing to help you out with any request. (Koman and Putu are legends) I got into some trouble while there and they went above and beyond to help me. Great value for money and chill vibes.
Amazing hostel, such nice staff, such a wonderful stay. Would 100% recommend!
Really good staff, so kind! Clean and friendly, chill vibes, like a family❤️

Ultra süß, aber es gibt keine richtige Dusche in einem der Zimmer und leider bisschen weit weg von Attraktionen und der coolen Gegend
Amazing time in parmilla ! This little hostel is very nice and chill, the staff is lovely and super helpful on anything. They even managed to find me a taxi driver when i couldn’t find anything on grab, and for cheaper ! I strongly recommend if you want to stay away from the crowd in uluwatu
The Staff is very friendly and fun! Cleanliness could be a bit better (especially bathrooms) but all in all good value for money.
So I can’t speak for much of this hostel Becasue I left about 30 minutes after getting there. They said there was climate control but it didn’t really work, the bathrooms were disgusting. The location is in the middle of nowhere. The owners were kind but a very odd place.
The staff was great and helpful. The hostel provides bike rentals, which worked smoothly for us. However, the toilet needs a deep cleaning, and the bed squeaks loudly. The toilet and bed are the only downsides; everything else was good.
The hostel was okay overall but the bathrooms were unfortunately dirty, a bit smelly and flooded all the time because the water didn’t drain properly. The dorms were fine but unfortunately not every bed hat a power outlet next to it which was a bit unpractical. The staff was really nice and the free dinner was delicious. It was also nice to meet other people there. Apart from the dinner I feel like the hostel was not very social.
the people working at the hostel are truly like a family it felt so damn good. they hosted a free bbq party for everyone, offered some happy water and we all sang karaoke. can only recommend
I had a great stay at Parmilla, Butu and the rest of the staff were super friendly and welcoming! The pool and social area are a nice hang out. Great value hostel. Choose the option with breakfast, it’s good value and cheap as chips
the owner is truly the best! i had an injured foot while i was there and he managed to drive me to the massage center. He also organized a family dinner with the people that were there ☺️
