This was a horrible experience. While it is in a good location, we arrived and one of our beds did not have a privacy curtain on it. When we told the front desk (they already knew this) they said there was nothing they could do and that they didn’t have a single extra curtain. They gave us an extra sheet after we begged for a solution - which did not offer privacy or help block the light. Management did nothing and did not offer a discount or refund for the bed.
Un solo inodoro para toda la planta es absolutamente insuficiente a todas luces. Ademas siempre ocupado y sucio. Espacio insuficiente en los lavabos. No hay donde poner las cosas. Ni una triste banqueta .
Es un Hostel normal, para España bien ya que en éste estado los Hostel estal muy devaluados. La cocina le faltan fuegos para cocinar.
It is a normal hostel, for Spain although in this state the Hostel is very devalued.
I had a great stay! Beautiful and historic building with nice common areas, clean bathrooms, and provided good sheets/comforters. Would definitely recommend to visitors to Leon. However, if you are starting your Camino here, it’s not the best location in terms of finding the actual Camino path.
No internet connection from my bed
Recomiendo la habitación solo de mujeres. Muy silenciosa, todo limpio, seguro, funcional... Un 10 La habitación compartida dejaban siempre la puerta abierta, las duchas estaban atascadas, los baños duraban muy poco limpios... El desayuno está muy completo y la atención genial, lo recomiendo totalmente
I recommend the women's room. very quiet, everything clean, safe, functional... A 10 The shared room always left the door open, the showers were jammed, the bathrooms lasted very little clean... The breakfast is very complete and the service great, I totally recommend it
Location was nice and central but that means it’s loud until late in the night. There was people partying outside until after 3am on a Thursday. Rooms are nice and big with excellent locker storage. You have to make your own bed which I’ve never seen before. They offer a simple breakfast and have a good kitchen facility. They really need to add hooks in the bathrooms and the rooms - people had clothes and towels hanging everywhere.
Llegue y alguien más estaba en mi cama pero bueno, una confusión (de ellos) pedí el servicio de lavadora (ellos te la lavan, pero si te la van a echar a perder como en mi caso mejor deberían dejarte lavarla tu) , me dijeron que tardaría 3 hrs tardo casi 6 hrs, se despintó mi ropa y mancho la demás (la eh lavado mil veces y nada) y aparte de todo salió mojada la ropa y pues solo tenía 6 hrs o perdía mi tren, me la tuve que llevar mojada. Todavía la chica de la puerta me dice que teng...
I arrived and someone else was in my bed but well, a mix-up (from them) I asked for washing machine service (they wash it for you, but if they're going to spoil it like in my case they better let you wash it yourself), they told me it would take 3 hours late almost 6 hours, my clothes were off-painted and I'm missing the rest (they were washed a thousand times and nothing) and besides everything the clothes came out wet and since I was only 6 or missed my train, I had to take it wet.
I've liked the place, I just wich the beds had a private cover and maybe a small ir fan over the bed for some air ventilation. Besides that, nice Hosle, I would recommend it.

Hostel is pretty solid - rooms are alright, location is amazing, free breakfast is offered. Just the bathrooms could be a little cleaner, but you get what you expect in such a big dorm. Overall, can recommend the hostel for a short stay!
Such a lovely hostel! Very clean, very comfy beds and such a great layout overall. Had a really nice atmosphere and the staff were very helpful. Also, free breakfast which was a bonus. Would absolutely recommend, especially for anyone doing the camino.

I really enjoyed my time at Quartier León Jabalquinto in Leon, Spain! The location was amazing. As a solo female traveler I felt especially safe and looked after by the staff. All of the facilities were clean and the space was enjoyable.
Such a great charm and location, the rooms were clean and had great shutters, beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet, the common rooms were lovely as well, would 100% recommend.
The two girls working there, one at night (Victoria I believe was her name) and one in the morning during my stay were both super helpful, kind and made everything super easy and comfortable. The room was clean and not very busy and the facilities well maintained, maybe having some more books in the common lounge will also be a nice touch but of course nothing major. Breakfast was also ok, some coffee and toast with marmalade and even some oats, simple but for that price it’s very good. Thanks
Beautiful hostel, total luxury after some weeks on the Camino! Beds are super comfortable and the cosy lounge areas are a nice touch. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! 100% recommend this place

Great place to stop on the camino
This was by far one of the best Hostel experiences Ive had on my trip so far!! To start with the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, you can tell they work so hard to maintain a high standard in the hostel in regards to cleanliness. there are some great chill spots located throughout the building. Toilets and showers are modern, big and clean. Beds are comfortable, clean and big fan in room, plenty of storage. Not a party hostel so nice and quiet, very central. would 100% recommend!
A great hostel with a breakfast! I thought the beds were really nice and the space itself was just very cool, and located in a really great part of the city.

Very clean and tidy. The rooms were very spacious along with the kitchen and hallways. Staff were all kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone staying in leon.
La ubicación es perfecta por que esta en el centro y cerca de todo, tiene desayuno incluido lo que le da un plus muy bueno, sobre todo por los peregrinos. El único inconveniente es que al estar cerca de una plaza de bares, hay mucho ruido y si eres de las personas que necesita dormir la atmosfera de fuera puede ser molestoso.
The location is perfect because it is in the center and close to everything, it has breakfast included which gives it a very good plus, especially for pilgrims.The only drawback is that being near a bar square, there is a lot of noise and if you are one of the people who needs to sleep the atmosphere outside can be annoying.

O melhor dos 5 Hostel que fiquei em 16 dias. Excelente atendimento de todas as meninas. Tudo limpo e impecável. Localização fantástica. Aconchegante. As pessoas com energia boa. Ótimos livros para ler. Possibilidades de cozinhar coisas rápidas se precisar, pois tem tudo na cozinha e tudo limpo.
The best of the 5 hostels I stayed in in 16 days. Excellent service from all the girls. Everything clean and impeccable. Fantastic location. Cozy. People with good energy. Great books to read. Possibilities to cook things quickly if you need to, because everything is in the kitchen and everything is clean.

The building the hostel is in is beautiful and they've preserved it in a way that honors its history. My only critique (and this is something they probably can't do anything about, given the limitations of the building) is that a 12-bed dorm is for me, too much. There is always someone coming in late, getting up early, sleeping in late, etc. Some people try harder than others to be considerate of their roommates. Locks on some of the bathroom doors don't work and should be fixed of ASAP.
