- Personne à notre arrivée en après-midi... De la poussière absolument partout en réception, ascenseur immonde. Première chambre : lavabo qui ne s'arrête pas de couler, salle de bain innondée, papier toilettes incrusté d'insectes, poussière partout et sol immonde. Deuxieme chambre : odeur de cigarette, pas d'eau chaude et draps humides.

I would strongly encourage travelers to AVOID this Hotel. The room did not match the pictures it was Dirty, very dirty. A grime covered the walls the bathroom, everywhere! As well as a strong odor the moment you walk in. It is a cheap room so and I did not expect luxury but the furniture was broken as well as the lock on the door! I did not feel comfortable staying the nights I booked. After one night I left!
Checked into a room on the 7th floor and came back some hours later to find the bed crawling with insects. I can only assume they were bed bugs that came alive with a bit of bodyheat and movement. When I asked for another room, the clerk mostly laughed, but he did move me after he saw them too.
De kamer stonk echt heel erg naar schimmel. Wij wilden het raam open doen om het door te laten luchten, maar tot onze verbazing zat er een muur met bakstenen achter het raam dus dit was niet mogelijk. Het is jammer dat ik geen foto kan toevoegen, maar de ventilator en airco zaten vol met stof/schimmel. Toen wij dit aangaven bij de receptie zeiden ze dat ze de kamer zouden schoonmaken. Helaas was dit niet gedaan. Het is misschien goedkoop, maar ik raad dit stinkhotel niemand aan.

Je n’ai pas été dans une chambre que les photos le présenté, si j’ai souhaitais dormir dans cet hôtel c’est bien pour la vue et je n’avais même pas une seule fenêtre, mensonge pour vendre, ce que je déteste, les employés sont peu agréable et la communication est difficile avec l’anglais que les vietnamiens ne pratique pas suffisamment. Cependant la propreté etait présente Merci
There were ants in the bed and we didnt have any windows in the room.
wir sind schon einen Tag früher wieder abgereist, da unser Zimmer sehr eklig gerochen hatte und auch generell kein angenehmer Aufenthalt war.

Good place to stay! Great location and helpful staff. Would recommend for sure.

- Tiếng ồn từ hành lang hoặc phòng kế bên. Có một ô cửa sổ nhỏ đưa ra ngoài hành lang dù đóng nhưng vẫn để lọt tiếng nói chuyện của khách khác. Đề nghị lắp đặt một lớp kính để chặn tiếng ồn, tiếng khạc nhổ của bên ngoài .
