+ I don’t like the property at all- they are in horrible condition

- The staff are extremely rude. The room are in horrible condition- the room are so smelling ( mold). The bed are so dirty, the refrigerator not working. The room are full of spider web. The bathroom are full of water and and smelling. Every time I turn the water on and have shower inside the shower the water didn’t drain therefore the water flood out to the floor and make the bathroom flooded. I talk to the staff and the staff said - stay or leave no discussion and ignore me.

+ Honnêtement, rien.

- J’ai réservé pour 3 nuits. Premier jour (et dernier), je suis parti de la chambre à 16h et j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise à mon retour à 23h de constater que ma chambre était ouverte. Nous avons contrôlé les caméras de surveillance et j’ai constaté que ma chambre a été ouverte par un staff puis laissée ouverte pendant 6h avec mes affaires à l’intérieur. J’ai constaté également qu’un client de l’hôtel était rentré dans ma chambre à 22h30 pendant 1 minute, pour quoi faire on ne sait pas… Le staff n’a pas réagi à mes demandes d’explications. Ce fameux client était déjà parti de l’hôtel. J’ai ensuite compris qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel de passe quand j’ai vu le balais incessant pendant la nuit. Des filles qui tapent à ma porte à 2h du matin. Chaque entreprise a son propre positionnement mais merci à Booking de ne pas proposer ce type d’établissement sur leur app. Je ne pense pas que ça colle avec la clientèle Booking. Hotel très très sale, poils dans le lit, moisissures. Première fois en 5 ans de Vietnam que je vois une telle piètre prestation. J’ai donc écourté mon séjour à une seule nuit, ne me faisant rembourser qu’une seule nuit sur les 2 restantes. Catastrophique

- Der var beskidt overalt. Vi havde bestilt et standard dobbeltværelse, som slet ikke lignede billederne på hjemmesiden. Ikke nok med det var der spindelvæv der hang fra alle hjørnerne, og der kravlede flere insekter rundt på væggene og tøjskabet da vi ankom. Vi sagde det til receptionisten og hun fortalte bare at det var fordi, vi havde bestilt standard værelse, at det så anderledes ud, og sendte derefter rengøring op på værelset. Hun kunne dog slet ikke se noget galt, og nærmest råbte ad os på vietnamesisk. Vi endte med at upgrade til et andet værelse, som dog var renere, og lignede billederne. Men vi skulle selv betale for opgraderingen, og der lugtede stadig specielt på værelset.

- Dafür dass es heißt 24-h Rezeption, hat der Mitarbeiter nachts geschlafen und war wenig begeistert mich einzuchecken (kam morgens um 5e, hab extra Uhrzeit per Nachricht weitergegeben, wurde nicht gecheckt). Hat mir weder erklärt wo mein Zimmer liegt, noch wo der Aufzug wäre, oder über Check-out Zeiten informiert. Wobei das noch Kleinigkeiten sind. Zimmer hatte bereits einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, dachte mir nichts weil die AC nicht lief. Sonderlich gut geputzt war das Zimmer auch nicht, das Bad hätte sauberer sein können (Zahnpastareste vom Vormieter), die Wände mit Flecken … naja. Einige Stunden später krabbelten dann zuerst sehr kleine Tierchen über mein Bett (Flöhe oder Bettwanzen - nicht ganz eindeutig gewesen), danach eine Kakerlake. Bin nachts geflüchtet. Sorry, geht garnicht. Hygiene absolut unter aller Sau!

+ K có bữa ăn sáng, phòng ở 3 đêm, nhưng không dọn vs, để cái p như cái chuồng heo. Gọi đi gọi lại 2-3 lần. Sau đó, chỉ dọn vs duy nhất 1 ngày đầu tiên. Nội thất thiếu đủ thứ. Chưa bao giờ thấy 1 ks tệ như thế

- Quá tệ. Đặt phòng trước khi tới NT 2 ngày. Khi tới NV báo hết p và bảo phụ thêm mỗi p 50k để đổi hạng p khác. 50k k phải là vấn đề, nhưng vấn đề dvu quá tệ.

- I didn't like anything about the facility. There is no cleaning. The hotel is dirty, the elevators are dirty, the floors are dirty, the room was not cleaned even though I told the staff to clean the room, the light in the bathroom is insufficient and dark, the bathroom door is old and difficult to close and open.The trash in my room was not taken or cleaned for 2 days, the towels were not changed,I do not recommend staying here to anyone who is planning to stay here.

- Confirmed our arrival time, however our room had been given to someone else before check in opened. No swimming pool or breakfast, as advertised. We were given a different room and had to change the next day, however the next room was not ready. Shower stopped working in the middle of it so was given a key to a third room to use that shower. Cleaning staff shouted at me twice and refused me entry, despite explaining the situation (I was dressed in a towel with hair full of shampoo). Terrible service
