I don’t think it’s worth for €20. My bed-sheets n duvet’s sheets were not ready on the bed. And Wrinkled and smell disgusting. I had to prepare by myself, I been to a&o many times but it’s my first time how worst it is. It’s not standard.
The staff seemed like they hated their jobs and were not helpful at all. Our room wasn’t cleaned before check-in, the toilets smelled terrible, and at one point the hot water was completely cut off. Overall, a very bad experience.
Had to pay a 20€ deposit every time we wanted to use the kitchen. Barely any facilities in the kitchen. Rooms were stuffy with no air con. Feeling of a retirement home about it.
Horrible experience... There were no lockers in the room and common luggage room was locked. I saw some teens using drugs around the building. Coridors and the room were too noisy because of people, I woke up scared several times because of those noises. I didn't feel safe, I had to check my bags any moment. Towel and sheets were just on the bed unproperly; even if they were clean, they looked like used at first. Worst place I stayed, sorry.
Too much noise in the corridor until late at night, and I can hear the other apartments. I do not recommend this place.
La llegada a la habitación fue encontrarme que no habían tirado la basura del anterior huésped y tenía las papeleras llenas de cosas que no eran mías, las toallas estaban en el suelo (bajé a preguntar y me dijeron que en mi habitación que era privada estaban incluidas, pero por la forma en la que estaban creo que estaban usadas), el lavabo sucio, lo tuve que limpiar. Las sábanas están incluidas pero si las quieres tienes que bajar a recepción y que te las den, deberían estar en la hab...
Arriving at the room I found that they had not taken out the trash from the previous guest and I had the paper bags full of things that were not mine, the towels were on the floor (I went down to ask and they told me that in my room which was private they were included, but from the way they were I think they were used), the sink was dirty, I had to clean it.

Bedbugs! Worst hostel ever. Rooms were not clean, I was waking up with bites. No kitchen. Do not stay here.
Cupboard in the room is broken. Paid Locker takes more money than prescribed. Lift system is poor and old fashioned and looks like a dungeon. Every floor isn't connected with lift ...one has to go underground to take lift to third floor which is tedious task with luggage. Luggage room is also very untidy. Tube lights in the luggage rooms takes two to three minutes to turn on.... Worst Experience at this hostel. The staff is also not cooperative. Not worth the money that I paid. Need to improve.

Very nicely decorated hostel. It was very clean and the interior was nice. It did lack some practical things like lockers in the rooms and plug sockets near the beds. There was a luggage storage room but it didn’t look very secure as everyone‘s bags were out in the open on shelves. Overall good hostel but you might not have piece of mind with your bags. Also I booked a female room and was assigned a mixed room so there is a problem with their booking system.
The staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean and towels are included. There's a laundry room you can use,a bit pricey but less expensive than the ones in the neighborhood. It's not a party hostel, if you want a clean and comfy bed then is a good option. It's next to U6 line and 15 min walk from westbanhauf station n mall.
I have no complaints about the property itself. My problem was with the booking. I made a reservation for 3 beds in a female only room and 2 beds in a mixed room for my two guy friends. When we arrived, they gave up four beds in a mixed room and one bed in a female only room. I explained that this wasn’t what I booked, but they offered no solutions.
It was adequate. No problems, other than a terrifyingly creaky elevator. The location isn’t entirely convenient, but you can’t win them all.
Por el precio está muy bien, alejado del centro pero el transporte publico en viena funciona excelente. Las habitaciones bien, igual a cualquier a&o pero no hay lockers, de todas formas se siente seguro. No usamos la cocina pero se veía funcional.
For the price it is very good, far from the center but the public transport in Vienna works excellent. the rooms are fine, just like any other a&o but no lockers, it still feels safe. we didn't use the kitchen but it looked functional.

Very clean and comfortable. Right next to the train station and bus stop + walking distance from some good shopping areas. Only drawback is that the walls are paper thin and can be very loud in the mornings and evenings.
Nettes Personal. Einzelzimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nachtslärm durch Straße - aber nah an U-Bahn gelegen. Küche unsauber und sehr schlecht ausgestattet.

Die Lage ist nicht schlecht. Die Küche war katastrophal unbenutzbar dreckig. Die Zimmer sind einigermaßen sauber, aber die Betten werden jeden Tag abgezogen und man muss sie selbst jeden Abend wieder beziehen, was sehr nervig ist. Es war okay, empfehlen würde ich es nicht, aber absolut vermeiden auch nicht.
The kitchen was disastrously unusable and dirty. the rooms are fairly clean, but the beds are removed every day and you have to clean them yourself every evening, which is very annoying. it was okay, I wouldn't recommend it, but absolutely don't avoid it either.

The bed in the room didn''t have available plug socket or any night light, the heating was pushed to the max meaning it was extremely hot with no ventilation. I have stayed in a&o hostels many times and this was by far the worst. The bar downstairs was undergoing some kind of renovation which wasn't mentioned anywhere, the room didn't include any safe storage and security of the building was questionable with doors open on the side at all times. Avoid if you can!
Honestly it looks like a regular hotel, it was very clean and it had a bathroom in the room. The only con was the location wasn’t near anything so it was about a 20 minute walk and the train station near it was not the most pleasant to walk past but not horrible. Easy for cars to get to, so easy to uber anywhere and pretty close to public transportation. I would highly recommend.

it's an amazing place
Easy place to get to. Nice staff. No real lockers. Bathrooms didn’t get cleaned daily but they are in the room which is nice.

the single private room is great, the bed comfortable and the ensuite bathroom is very clean, very good value for money. the location is great and the staff at the reception was always friendly. they have 24h reception which i find convenient. but the door to the hotel was seperate from the reception area and it was always open, so literally everyone can come in at any time which is not very safe
60 euro a night private room so not expecting anything crazy. it was a good space for what I needed which was just a place to sleep. bed and bathroom were clean and nice and the staff were very helpful. the walls of the rooms and halls are very dirty and anyone could walk in the door. close to train station but not in the center
My review is on the Private Room. It doesn't worth the money.
