Athens Psiri Hotel

Great place to stay! Street was a little ehhhh but great security and just around the corner from some majorly attractions. Very clean and restful.

Great location! A little bit of a walk to the main things to see (not too bad by any means), which then made the place very calm and quiet during the day and at night. Very close to the metro that will take you straight to/from the airport. The only downside is that the air conditioning is locked/controlled to a degree, so the rooms don’t get very cool.

The room was immaculate; crisp, comfortable sheets, fresh towels daily, plenty of bathroom products, good pillows, AC, mini-fridge, wi-fi, USB ports for charging electronics without needing an adapter, and a sitting sofa. It was a clean room and well maintained by the cleaning staff! Hotel is near the metro. The front desk staff, all 3 shifts, were very friendly and helpful with reminders and locations. Neighborhood looked sketchy but it isn't. Everything in the hotel's control was of quality.

Nous avons apprécié la grande gentillesse des personnels d’accueil, le fait que l’accueil soit ouvert 24/24h, le soin apporté à la propreté, la décoration simple et moderne. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter l’acropole, le musée archéologique et boire un verre en soirée… Il me semble qu’une pièce où se reposer, rencontrer d’autres personnes, prendre son petit déjeuner serait un vrai plus.

The Athens Psiri Hotel is a hidden gem. While it appears quite spare at first blush, everything you might need is there for a super reasonable price, rooms are spotless and comfy, the staff are warm and kind and accommodating, the location is incredibly convenient (minutes walk to metro, bustling square, market, bakeries, center of town). This hostel was in a great location, we felt safe and the staff were very helpful. For the cost of the room vs the facilities we were very happy. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to friends and family. Thanks Psiri Hotel!

Accommodated a late checkin for us at about 3am due to delayed flight, we were provided with great recommendations, daily cleaning. They also had a great system where you left your keycard with the 24/7 reception when you went out - meaning that you weren’t subjected to lost keycard fees, if that ever occurred! Very safe also.

This place is not good and overpriced. It’s not expensive but compared to prices in the area it is. The air did not work at all and the hostel was on a sketchy street. We ended up getting an air bnb for the same price that was really nice and in a way better area.

Great location - easy to get to main sites and food areas . Spotlessly clean throughout - room cleaned and new bed linen on first morning of a 2 night stay. Only downside of room was air conditioning didn’t go down low enough for us Scottish folks who struggled with the heat at night !! It’s set to 20 degrees minimum. Helpful staff. Always happy to chat and pass on info if needed. Would recommend this place and would also come back if ever in Athena for a few nights.

Excellent location 10 minutes walk to Metro & several historical sites. Rooms are very clean and modern.
