What happened was awful. They called us, in the middle of the night, to order us to take pur stuff and leave the room, because of a “Flood” in the room. Simply, there was some water on the floor, maybe the other people that just walk through the room after the shower. We don't even were alone. This was Made totally by the receptionist Antonio, which was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. At the end we call the police and he changed his mind. We were three young travelers, terrorized by situa...
Aree comuni molto carine, ha una bella terrazza e zona relax! La zona è ottima per visitare la città Purtroppo la camera non era né funzionale né pulita e non aveva dei bagni adeguati. Un solo bagno per 10 persone non é comodo in più era pure sporco e con le formiche. Non ci ritornerei.
The area is great for visiting the city unfortunately the room was neither functional nor clean and did not have adequate bathrooms a single bathroom for 10 people is not comfortable plus it was just dirty and with ants. i would not return to it.
I hate to give a bad review because one of the staff members was really lovely to me while I stayed there (the main reception guy who wears the cap and has a beard) and he gave me lots of recommendations for Granada and the wider region. However, I give a bad review because I got severely attacked by BED BUGS during my stay. I asked for some kind of compensation or at least confirmation that they would be doing a decontamination clean however they have ignored my requests. Sad.
Había chinches en las camas. Deberían cerrar el hostel, desinfectarlo y no volver a abrirlo hasta que no hayan erradicado la plaga. Es muy desagradable dormir y despertarte lleno de picotazos. Es lamentable que haya comentarios de hace años diciendo que había chinches y todavía haya. No aconsejaría quedarse aquí.
There were bed bugs in the beds. they should close the hostel, disinfect it and not reopen it until they have eradicated the plague. it is very unpleasant to sleep and wake up full of bed bugs. it is unfortunate that there are comments from years ago saying there were bed bugs and still there. i would not advise staying here.
Tried to checkout but nobody at reception. Left bag in locker and returned to checkout in afternoon. Found out they had charged me for extra night due to late checkout. I explained that this was unfair given the circumstances and he said he would refund me - I just needed to write to the website first. The website said that it is hostel who handles refunds not the website. I called hostel and receptionist admitted he had lied and said if I left a review he would have me banned from the website.
Didn't enjoy grenada was just awful full of Moroccans , The hostel was cool the reception was helpful I only have one concern the Spanish girl who's a volunteer took my shampoo and she was like hey i found me a shampoo and she always tried to snatch food , The italian volunteer too was rude
There was so much noise it was hard to sleep. The front door of the hostel would slam every time someone walked in. There was also a loud noise from the AC or something else that kept going off during the night. You can also hear people coming up stairs. Fine hostel for the price, but found it really hard to rest.
There is only one bathroom (including shower and toilet) for ten people, which is definitely not enough. Also, it wasn’t really clean, the air quality was really bad and it smelled badly. The good thing about the accommodation was the location.
Perfect location in a lively neighborhood, surrounded by bars and shops. The hostel's interior is authentic and cosy. With a group of 4 we booked a 6 bed dorm. The beds were good. Sufficient storage space. One disappointment was we chose the room for the en suite douche and wc. But we got a shared unit with another 6 bed dorm. I liked the patio and rooftop terrace
First off, the rate online was significantly cheaper than what I ended up paying so that was not ideal. Beyond that, it was fine, nothing special but not bad either.

Was ok. Bedrooms were clean enough but lots of lights in the rooms and bathrooms didn't work. And the fan in the bathroom also didn't work so the bathrooms all smelled gross. Outdoor furniture needs refreshing it's old and kind of gross. yes they also offer activities but nobody participates so they will often not run so don't rely on those. Reception is NOT staffed during listed hours. Location is central but if you have heavy or large suitcases be ready to walk bc cars can't get clo...
Bien mais deux points négatifs : - pas d'ambiance, chacun dans son coin dans la cuisine, personne ne se parle... - Pour les lits superposés, l'espace entre le lit du bas et le sommier du haut est trop faible, impossible d'etre assise normalement dans son lit quand on est en bas, il faut courber la tête, pas pratique et pas agréable ! Et pas de chaise pour s'asseoir... Sinon, tres bien placé, dans une sorte d'impasse donc pas de bruit de voiture, et mec de la réception sympa.
Okay but two negative points : - no mood, everyone in his corner in the kitchen, no one talks... - For bunk beds, the space between the bottom bed and the top bunk is too small, impossible to be sitting normally in your bed when you are downstairs, you have to bow your head, not practical and not pleasant ! And no chair to sit on... Otherwise, tres well placed, in a kind of dead end so no car noise, and nice reception guy.
Lovely friend atmosphere and in a beautiful building! close to everything I wanted to see, and has a good kitchen

Je m'attendais à mieux à la vue des avis. Tres mal isolee car le bâtiment est ancien, je n'ai pas beaucoup dormi. Mais elle était idéalement bien placée à à peine 5 minutes à pied de la cathédrale. Une rue perpendiculaire donne accès à des Supermarchés et des restaurants. Du café est gratuit ainsi que des aliments de base (corn flakes, sel, riz et les choses laissées au frigo par les clients). Mais l'atmosphère n'était pas au rendez-vous. J'y ai passé deux nuits mais une aura...
I expected better from the view of the ads. Tres poorly isolated because the building is old, I didn't sleep much. But it was ideally located just 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. A perpendicular street gives access to Supermarkets and restaurants. Coffee is free as well as basic foods (corn flakes, salt, rice and things left in the fridge by the customers). But the atmosphere was not as promised. I spent two nights there but one would have been enough.

Très bonne auberge de jeunesse! le personnel est aimable et à votre service. Je me suis sentie bien dans la ville et je n'avais pas peur pour ma sécurité. Les espaces étaient propres. Je recommande cette ville et cet hostel si vous êtes un voyageur qui aime les vibes chill, cozy et qui veulent ralentir un brin.
Very good hostel! the staff is friendly and at your service. i felt good in the city and i did not fear for my safety. the spaces were clean. i recommend this city and this hostel if you are a traveler who likes the chill, cozy vibes and want to slow down a bit.
La posizione dell’ostello è ottima, l’ambiente informale e vivace. Ci saremmo trovate molto bene se non fosse per la pulizia che era decisamente scadente. Lenzuola e coperte trasandate, vecchie e probabilmente non del tutto pulitissime. Il bagno non dei migliori, abbiamo trovato una blatta nella doccia. Ringraziamo le volontarie dell’ostello per la loro accoglienza sempre calorosa.
The location of the hostel is excellent, the atmosphere informal and lively. we would have been very well if not for the cleanliness which was decidedly poor. sheets and blankets are torn, old and probably not very clean. the bathroom is not the best, we found a cockroach in the shower. we thank the volunteers of the hostel for their always warm welcome.
Me hospedé nada más una noche y me tocó un espacio el cual el cajón para el equipaje no funcionaba y el baño no estaba muy nlimpio así como la lámpara de cama y contacto muy flojos. Por lo demás el trato de Luis en recepción es extraordinario y hace sentir cálidez en el viajero.
I stayed only one night and I touched a space where the luggage drawer didn't work and the bathroom wasn't very clean as well as the bed lamp and contact very loose.

Acho que faltava um pouco de luz nos quartos, secador, espelho, alem de uma melhor logistica das camas pois na minha cama eu nao conseguia subir com facilidade. Mas atendentes muito prestativos e o hostel tem uma localizaçao otima
I think there was a little bit of lighting missing in the rooms, dryer, mirror, besides a better logistics of the beds as in my bed I couldn't get up easily but attendants were very helpful and the hostel has an optimal location.
La cocina estaba perfecta para preparar tus comidas full equipada. Ubicacion buena y servicios buenos en general. El personal no fué tan amable, exceptuando el chico colombiano. Volvería.
The kitchen was perfect to prepare your meals fully equipped good location and good service in general the staff was not so friendly except for the colombian guy he would come back.

Lugar económico, céntrico con excelente atención al cliente, pero en verano deberían mantener encendido todo el día el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones.

Good location, no air conditioning, no privacy curtains. Less social dynamic but to be fair I didn't really try and socialize either.
