Un hotel con alma en el corazón de Santa Marta! Sin duda la mejor elección para disfrutar de la ciudad por ubicación y servicios. El desayuno buenísimo y trato inmejorable por parte de todo el equipo que lleva el hostel, saben hacerte sentir en familia y que tengas todo lo que necesitas durante tu estancia.

Ruhige und saubere Unterkunft :) ich habe nur eine Nacht dort übernachtet, aber die Lage war perfekt und das Personal super herzlich. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

I will be back!! The hostel is in a great location and feels super safe. They were incredibly welcoming and kindly allowed me to check in several hours early. They also offer bag services if you need someone to keep your stuff. The breakfast was delicious and filling and the amenities are great. My dorm room had several fans and they give you a complimentary shower towel!! They have yoga mats, a clean kitchen, workspace and areas to hang out. And Justin helped me plan my trip along the coast:)

Nous avons adoré Sanar Mar! Ce n’est pas un lieu où on fait grosse soirée je pense, en tout cas très calme quand nous y étions et c’est ce que nous voulions. Le personnel est super gentil! Le rapport qualité prix super. On s’est vraiment senti bien, c’est très joli, le lit très confortable et vraiment très propre ! :) merci :) à bientôt

We had a fantastic stay at Sana Mar. Location is perfect, very close to the center but so calm. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall a great atmosphere. We had a deluxe room with AC which was nice (even though the AC was quite loud at night, we still had a fan that we left on). They even got our laundry done when we arrived in the evening and it was dry and folded next morning. Highly recommend!

Justin runs an amazing hostel. He sets the tone here and makes everyone feel welcome... this is like a home from home, where good people meet other like minded folks. Oh and delicious breakfast options too!

I really recommend this hostel! We planned on staying just 1 night but ended up staying 5. It was our base to go on several trips around Santa Marta, and that was great! The owner is really kind and helpful and the rooms and everything look great. Worth the visit!!

Super relaxed, clean, and nice hostel with an incredibly lovely team (owner and staff know each other for a long time and you can really feel the family like vibe). It's quite centrally located, making it easy to get to the sea and the bus station at the market. The hostel has a sustainable approach and offers a variety of breakfast options (including vegan options). I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place in Santa Marta! :)

It's a lovely, peaceful hostel with a great location. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming. I loved that the room is so spacious and has a nice bathroom, all for a good price. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The only issue I had was that it was Carnaval and the music nearby was quite loud one night.

I was travelling alone along the coast of Colombia and in need of some home comforts when I found Sana Mar. I was really surprised to find such a beautiful community of people working in the hostel and this immediately made it feel friendly and very safe. The hostel is in the perfect location, far enough away from the central party scene to be relaxed and tranquil, but close enough to be able join in the fun if that's what you're looking for (I think it took me less than 5 minutes walking to rea...
