Nice hostel in a good location but lacked in atmosphere.

Servicio y atención perfecta. Solo nos hospedamos una noche, porque la siguiente la pasamos en la isla de Amantaní. El viaje lo contratamos también en el hostal. Nos guardaron las mochilas t al día siguiente pudimos estar en la recepción esperando la hora de salida de nuestro bus nocturno. Absolutamente recomendable

One super night in the middle of Puno, close to everything and breakfast with a view!

Very good hotel. You cant cook here and there isn’t a proper place to hang thats not very cold. If you looking to eat out, no social life and cold common spaces here is good for you. I probably wouldn’t go again. This place is far from a hostel.

Very helpful staff, good breakfast with nice view and clean rooms with warm showers and heater. We had a great stay in Puno!

My room had heating and extra blankets - much appreciated after arriving from much warmer weather. Free tea in the lobby and they sell water bottles at reception for a reasonable price. Climb to the 5th floor wasn't too bad. Overall I really liked staying here.

This hostel was great. We added an extra night when we checked in and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. There was warm water, too. The location is nice as well. my only complaint is there is no elevator and we were on the 5th floor. That wouldn't normally be an issue, but at 12,000+ feet I couldn't catch my breath. Overall, the place was great.

Bestes Hostel, das wir in Peru besucht haben. Kostet etwas mehr als die Alternativen, aber dafür ist die Qualität auf dem Niveau von europäischen Hotels.

We had a great stay here! The rooms are comfortable and clean with hot showers. The staff was incredibly helpful. They even called our tour company for us when the company failed to pick us up for a lake tour. I’d definitely stay here again!

A lovely little hostel, nice and central location. We had a very late pick up and staff let us have a late check out, stored our bags and allowed us to wait in reception, have drinks and use the toilet before we left.

La ubicación es genial.cerca de restaurantes y plaza principal, cama cómoda y nos prestaron el secador de pelo ? La calefacción en la habitación fue lo mejor. El desayuno básico.

Booked last minute and was a great place to stay

Très bien situé, propre, les gens de l’accueil très arrangeants, aimables et gentils ! On est arrivés à 6am ils nous ont donné la chambre tout de suite pour pouvoir nous reposer. Ils nous ont aidé avec les taxis également. Possibilité de laisser les bagages. Le mauvais côté est qu’il se trouve proche d’une route principale et des discothèques karaoke, c’est un peu bruyant.
