The rudest staff. One yanked my coat and ripped the collar. When I complained about it, the other staff member threatened to call the police on me and demanded I give my key card back when my stuff was still in the room. They have not offered to repair my coat. Just horrible horrible customer service.

6 kişilik banyo dahil odada kaldım oda o kadar küçüktü ki hareket edecek alan bulamıyorsunuz. Ayrıca çok havasız kalıyor. Hostelin genel imkanları çok iyi ama bu kadar küçük bir odada 6 kişinin uyuması mümkün değil.

This hostel is decent, but given the price, I expect more. The location is its best feature and the facilities are pretty modern, but it feels a bit soulless. There's also no privacy curtains which is ridiculous at its price point. What I disliked was that everything is monetised. They charged to store my luggage for an hour and they made me pay twice for the dryer even though it just didn’t work the first time. Don't get me wrong, it isn’t a bad place to stay, but don't expect warmth.

Mixed Dorm, shower not lockable milky glass…we (2 girls) did go into a mixed dorm to not leave our male friend alone. But for women there there is not so much privacy so that you feel uncomfortable whoever stays in the room. Also no curtains, people can see you while sleeping.

so this is a tough one. the place is gorgeous, the hostel has lovely facilities a great rooftop patio and kitchen etc. but the marketing from the team plus the cool welcome I received on arrival were notable. I had missed my first night and was out of pocket so understandably ruffled. I didn't feel welcomed particularly, I wasn't shown around, I found the customer service really low. it improved on day two and three. but it really didn't meet my expectations of the warmth I was hoping for.

There's no ventilation at night, they have a rule where you have to close the bedroom windows at night. So you'll be trapped with 3 or more other strangers breathing, farting and coughing in a closed space with no fresh air. We couldn't even open the bathroom window, so people's toilet air and shower humidity remains in the room every morning. The staff and service were great, but no ventilation is insane. Sidenote, locker padlocks can be rented, towels have to be bought (no mention of it).

Rather a hotel atmosphere. When travelling alone this place does not do any effort bringing people together. The common area is empty. Barely any connection to fellow travelers. Sadly the beds don't have a curtain. The toilet in the hotel lobby is a desastre! Bathroom in the shared room was clean though. Next time I would stay somewhere else. If you are not planning to make new friends, this Hostel is a good base in the city centre to explore Granada

This place was okay! The staff weren’t overly welcoming. No curtains on the beds and hardly any storage in room. My biggest complaint is there was constantly a large group of young teens who would fill up the entire downstairs lounge area making lots of noise and arguing with each other - it was not possible to sit down here and staff didn’t tell them to keep it down. I felt rooms could be slightly cleaner. Location good. Not a social hostel, hard to meet people.

Tutto molto bello e pulito ma 0 vita sociale zero eventi zero organizzazione per questo tipo di cose in più si paga per lasciare la lo zaino anche per solo poche ore.

An sich gutes Hostel, aber mein Hauptentscheidungskriterium für mein Hostel war, dass es eine Waschmaschine hat. Beim Check-in wurde mir dann gesagt, dass diese kaputt ist. Daraufhin habe ich gefragt, ob ich dann meine Buchung stornieren könnte und in ein anderes Hostel mit Waschmaschine gehen. Das wurde mir verweigert und war für mich eine große Unannehmlichkeit, da ich nur sehr wenige Klamotten dabei habe, alle waschen muss, mich sehr unwohl fühle leicht bekleidet in einem Waschsalon zu w...

Good: amazing location, comfortable beds, pool table, spacious room Bad: no curtain on beds so no privacy, the room was too hot to sleep (if there was air con I wasn't told how to use it!), you have to pay to leave your bag which I've never experienced before... also if you want a social hostel, this is not it - no WhatsApp, no events, nobody really talks! Sad I was looking forward to my stay here

The location is good and the hostel has everything needed and was very clean.

Faltaba poner unos candados a los armarios de las habitaciones, o alguna llave para poder salir con mas tranquilidad. Los escalones de las literas son peligrosos para bajar, poco espacio para el pie y mucha distancia entre ellos.

Best hostel Ive been

I booked a single rooms (No. 308). Unfortunately the room had some moldy smell in it. Especially in the bathroom, there can be a mold problem which needs to be checked. Better avoid room no 308. The rest of the hostel is really good, the stuff is friendly, the location is practical and i like the style of the rooms.
