The location is great but the room was humid, with no natural light at all (I knew I did not have a view but the room was very dark also during the day).The bedsheets did not seem clean (found some hair). Towels had stains on them. The shared bathrooms were ok. It is not possible to sleep without ear plugs, since walls are thin and you can hear everything from the corridor, especially doors slamming. For sure a rip-off in general since the high price and the lack of services and cleanliness.

The bathrooms were dirty and flooded easily. The walls are really thin and you can hear everyone in the other rooms. Staff was not completely friendly. The room was fine but the bed was too soft.

Total hellhörig. Man hört jeden Furz. Selbst normales gehen auf dem Flur ist total deutlich hörbar. Bett nur zwei nur 1,40m breit.

The wifi was terrible. The noise at my room 13 was terrible

Location is great. Everything was clean. Towels and a kettle provided but no cooking facilities. Self check in so no staff around. Private room so no communal area. But good for privacy then. The location is the selling point

Det är väldigt lyhört och det hade varit bra med ett kylskåp på rummet men för det priset är det ett superbra boende. Det ligger väldigt centralt och är värt varenda krona!

Super hôtel par contre attention quand vous réservez si il y a pas une fête au quel cas prévoyez des bouchons d'oreille 😊

Great hostel in the old city center of Donostia / San Sebastian. Secure access, very clean, nicely decorated rooms. Fast reaction time of staff in case of questions ! We had booked two double sleep rooms. They were facing to the inner courtyard. It is an old building, therefore you cannot expect noise dampening - but that is the price you have to pay for staying in the old city center. Perfectly located. Full recommendation.

We managed to score a private room for two for less than €35, so value wise this place was great. Is more of a hotel with a shared bathroom than a hostel. If you want some privacy it’s great, but there are no features of typical hostels, like a shared area. I did also vommit in the room so sorry to whoever has to clean up Peace ✌️☮️

Muy buena ubicación y relación precio.caldiad, pero trate innumerables veces de contactarme con alguien y no hubo caso. No hay personal en el hostal por lo que cualquier duda o problema no hay nadie que te ayude. Supuestamente tienen números para contactarse pero llame todo el día a todos los números y nada. Nunca hubo personal en la recepción.
