I am very used to traveling to budget places, but this place was awful. Since the moment you get in, it smells like feet, bathrooms are inside the kitchen, only two showers for everyone, and both in the same space, full of water and smells like humidity, also this is the same room to brush your teeth, which makes it even more unconfortable. Beds are HORRIBLE, you feel the iron of the structure, no intimacy, very noisy. Unprofesional staff. Good things: the location and the temperature were fine
great location and good kitchen facilities, however it didnt feel very clean and many of the guests were older people that clearly lived there.
The staff was unhappy. The room was noisy the floors when you step. The location was not so bad. It was last day reservqtion so it was really expensive
staff pas friendly. dans les dortoirs il y a exclusivement des hommes avec une moyenne d’âge de 45 ans. en tant que femme je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité. parties communes trop petites. pas d’atmosphère. lits qui grincent, douches bouchées. la localisation est bien mais c’est tout. je ne recommande pas cet hostel.
staff not friendly. in the dorms there are exclusively men with an average age of 45. as a woman I didn't feel safe. communal parties too small. no atmosphere. beds that squeak, shower clogged. the location is good but that's all. i don't recommend this hostel.
Teníamos una habitación de 4 y era una habitación de 8 separada por una pared pero con puerta abierta entre ambas. No supimos dónde estaba la ducha. Las taquillas son minúsculas (seguridad 0). La puerta entre ambas habitaciones la cerramos en numerosas ocasiones pero la abrían. No lo recomiendo y no volvería.
We had a room of 4 and it was a room of 8 separated by a wall but with an open door between them. we didn't know where the shower was. the locker rooms are tiny (security 0). the door between the two bedrooms we closed it on numerous occasions but they opened it. i don't recommend it and i would not go back.
Ai limiti della truffa. L'annuncio diceva camera da 4 letti, peccato che ci fosse una porta che conduceva ad un altra camera da ulteriori 4 posti, per cui le persone dovevano attraversare la nostra stanza per andare nella loro. Inoltre, nella nostra camera c'erano gli armadietti per tutti e 8 posti letto. Il pavimento in parquet scricchiolava rumorosamente, per cui quando qualcuno entrava o usciva dalla stanza venivamo svegliati. Infine il bagno era fuori dalla stanza ed era per 8 persone
The ad said room with 4 beds, unfortunately there was a door that led to another room with 4 more seats, so people had to go through our room to go to theirs. in addition, in our room there were lockers for all 8 beds. the parquet floor creaked loudly, so when someone came in or out of the room we were woken up. finally the bathroom was outside the room and was for 8 people

Security: the door of the hostel itself is perpetually open, allowing free access to anyone. staff: I've seen someone at the reception twice and, in addition, the time indicated on the site was not respected. atmosphere: only two small rooms for 10 people each, preventing any attempt at privacy. cleaning: point plus critique. dusty, sporchi and transandati rooms. the bathroom boiler lost water dripping over it. lenzuola non fornite. other, but no more characters
Very average hostel
Nice kitchen and balcony area - fully stocked for your own cooking. Staff was very friendly. Very limited social spaces however, not really any room to sit and chat / eat a meal. The toilets and showers smelt terrible and were located in the kitchen for some reason? The rooms themselves were fine but the lockers way too small so everyone had to leave their bags / suitcases out. Good location close to all the main attractions and the train station.
Crammed and messy, staff wasn't nice. And there was fighting late at night in the common area.

Very average hostel
Overall a very nice hostel. From door lock didn’t feel overly secure, but overall a very safe area. Lovely location, very short walk from the old town and the market was on its doorstep. Staff were lovely, made sure you got all the information needed when you got there. Slight issue with the shower boiler on a couple of days where it was leaking, but staff did their best to resolve this issue. Lockers were also very small, but had secure locks on. Overall a very clean and welcoming hostel.
Nice hostel, one of the receptionist’s does not seem to want to work there, I asked to do laundry and she gave me the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. The sad part is that she makes problems for herself. She could easily write instructions to use laundry machine and upon payment provide access to detergent and allow the user to worry about it themselves. But she insists on staying until laundry is finished and then goes to tell the user it is finished. Pointless behavior
Cute and small, kitchen was well stocked and there was a nice balcony to eat on. The rooms don’t have a lock on though, only a code to get into the whole apartment block which was slightly worrying.
Very good location from old town. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
It's an alright place to stay if you are trying to keep costs down. The woman at reception wasn't very nice or friendly. I asked whether I could use the washing machine seen as it was empty and no one was using it to do laundry and all she initially said was no with no explanation. When I was finally able to use the machine it was 7 o'clock at night so I needed to use the dryer as I couldn't hang my clothes out in the sun to dry and she acted like it was the most annoying thing in the world.

The location in the city centre near to the train station and bus station was super convenient. With only a couple nights in Krakow, it made seeing the city easy but things felt a bit outdated.
If you smoke, or wanna have a beer with dinner, don’t stay here. There’s no alcohol allowed at all, and you can’t smoke on the patio (they direct you to a courtyard that’s full of garbage & rats). Average age of people staying here was about 45-50 or so I’d say, and maybe it was just bad luck but there was a woman having night terrors and another 3 guys snoring (earplugs were not enough). Also the woman at reception was not very pleasant. Worth spending a bit more to stay somewhere els...

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel!alk from the main station and close to everything in the city. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though it’s a small hostel, it felt very welcoming and homey. I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a long day of explor

Small hostel based in several flats which could be better marked as I struggled to find my room to start with. Reception wasn't very friendly and seemed annoyed that I slept in the wrong bed, when there was already someone in mine when I arrived! Facilities were okay and clean, no good space to socialise though. Location was nice and central and the other travellers were all really nice. Lights were out super early, around 9pm some people would already be sleeping.
