Jordan Guest Rooms

Stayed in a 1-person room. Room was great, spacious, clean, decent bed and shower. Bring an eye mask because the curtains don’t block any light. Location is perfect being so close to the city center. It’s a hotel so best to avoid if you’d like to meet people.

Excellent location, very close to Krakow Glowny and the old town. The man who welcomed me was friendly and answered any questions I had, couldn't fault him. The room, considering it was private and en-suite, was outrageously good value. Everything was clean and in order. The only downside was the lack of atmosphere, but I already knew this would be the case when booking. Overall, this place worked perfectly as somewhere to crash for the night before catching a train in the morning.

Had my own room. It was ok as I only needed a place to stay for 1 night. The room was bigger than expected, so that was a plus. Not a fan of carpet floors tho hehe. Also, found it weird that the door had a window on it! There were blinds you could cover it with, but still felt a bit exposing I guess

Great place to stay! Close to the main square but not in it for noise purposes. Downstairs reception was very helpful. Would highly recommend!

I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels around the world and this is the best I’ve been to as far as comfort is concerned. Great breakfast and location.

I booked a hostel and ended up in hotel for the same price, because the hostel was overbooked. That was nice.

Its a perfect place to come and stay right in the heart of the town square . I had to work so the accommodation was perfect to work . On top of it , if you don't want to go out get sumptuous breakfast in as little as 7Euro . The front desk executive was very kind and accommodating and she allowed me to spend good bit of time in the lobby as I had to catch up on something . Our stay at the Jordan was great! Our room was clean and was awesome to have AC!!! The receptionist at all hours were very helpful and kind. The breakfast if you chose to add it was good as well but make sure you get down there early otherwise you’re limited on food. The place is a short walk to old town which is great as well. I stayed in a fancier hotel near by one night. At nearly 4 times the price, I should have stayed in Jordan! It was clean, secure, and open all night. I had a couple of concerns. I arrived in the middle of the night and there was nothing to indicate how to alert the staff. I was locked out at 3 am for about 20 minutes unsure I was in the right place until a kind front desk at another hotel confirmed I was in the right place. No A/C and it was hot.

Un lugar que no parece hostal, parece hotel. Muy bien ubicado, creo que la relación precio/calidad rebasa cualquier expectativa. Lo único es que mi Duvet tenia una mancha rara y no me lo pudieron cambiar, solo lo puse en el suelo. Solo por ese detalle le pongo 9.5/10

Great stay, close to the train station and city center. Easily able to walk wherever needed. They had a nice cafe and the staff were pleasent. They made my bed every day.

Great landing spot for a senior female solo traveler.
